Description

Novel two-way kelp collection is defeated device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kelp harvesting mechanization, in particular to a novel bidirectional kelp collecting and conveying device.
Background
The kelp is one of the main economic algae in China, the cultivation area is about 4.5 million hectares, the annual yield is about 150 million tons, the annual yield accounts for 32 percent of the total yield of the algae, and the kelp is mainly distributed in Liaoning, Shandong, Fujian and the like. At present, the kelp harvesting mode in the kelp culture area in China mainly adopts manual operation. The harvesting process comprises the steps of sailing the culture ship to a raft frame, untying knots at two ends of a hemp rope connected with a main rope, and then dragging the hemp rope attached with kelp to a deck from seawater. 70-80 kelps usually grow on one hemp rope, each kelps has the wet weight of about 0.5kg and each kelps has the hemp rope weight of about 35-40kg, and in addition, the harvesting is usually carried out by water dragging, heavy mechanical labor needs to consume a large amount of physical power, and the production efficiency is low. In areas such as Fujian and Zhejiang, 4-5 months per year, if the kelp is not picked to the shore in time, the kelp body is rapidly rotten in a large area due to the high water temperature, and huge economic loss is brought to farmers.
At present, the prior kelp harvesting and gathering devices in China are rarely applied, mainly because the prior mechanical harvesting technology is not mature enough, and the operation is complicated, the price is relatively high, and the large-area popularization and application are difficult. The kelp harvesting method commonly adopted by farmers is still mainly carried out through manual labor, and is easy to cause physical fatigue in the repeated dragging process, so that the working efficiency and the sustainable working time are greatly reduced.
