Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of folding boats, in particular to a double-material folding boat based on three-pump folding.
Background
The triple-pump folding technique is to unfold the article by pulling the two diagonal ends apart, and to push it in the opposite direction when retracted. After the three pumps are folded, special folds can be formed, the whole structure can be unfolded into a parallelogram chessboard only by stretching along a single axial direction, and the chessboard can be pushed reversely when the chessboard is folded. It was found that the volume of the article can be reduced by a factor of 25 and the energy density increased by a factor of 14 using the three-pump folding method. The three-pump folding method can save space and avoid loss in the folding and unfolding processes.
Today, three-pump folding is a rigid paper folding, each parallelogram of which is not bent all the time and remains completely flat during the smooth unfolding of the paper folding, and the three-pump folding has applications in solar panels of satellites and spacecraft, acoustic walls and the like, and the property enables the folding surface to be made of rigid materials.
There is a folding boat structure of straight line crease among the prior art, for example U.S. Pat. No. 4, 10259535, 2 discloses a collapsible kayak, and this kayak crease is the straight line but the design is comparatively complicated, can realize accomodating of great volume ratio through two-way folding, but needs a large amount of connecting pieces, and consequently the assembling process is very loaded down with trivial details.
In the prior art, a ship body design which takes a flexible ship body plate as a main body and needs a zipper for sealing exists, for example, a folding ship is disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 4, 6006691A, the main body of the folding ship is spliced through a hinge structure, but the outer ship body is added with a waterproof sealing zipper design, but the zipper only has the waterproof sealing function and does not have the function of controlling the shaping of the ship body.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a double-material folding boat which is simple to fold, small in size after being folded and convenient to carry and is based on three-pump folding.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the utility model provides a two material folding boat based on three pumps are folding, two material folding boat includes bow, stern and the hull of connecting bow and stern, two material folding boat partially adopt three pumps folding when forming the ship type, increase ship type crease formation three-dimensional ship type structure in bow and stern department, adopt three pumps crease to accomodate when folding and accomodating, two material folding boat whole ship types comprise two kinds of materials, thereby crease department uses soft material can realize folding, thereby all the other parts use hard material to guarantee overall structure rigidity.
Optionally, the bow and the stern are fixed in a folded mode by adopting a locking buckle.
Optionally, the bow is fixed by three U-shaped locking buckles, and the stern is fixed by three U-shaped locking buckles.
Optionally, the hull section is self-locking by fixing the bow and stern sections so as to be stable.
Alternatively, the bi-material folding boat may need to exert an external restraint to maintain its form after being folded and stored using a three-pump fold.
Compared with the prior art, the double-material folding boat based on three-pump folding has the following advantages:
1. through adopting two sets of folding modes, make the crease of three pump crease and ship type exist simultaneously, adopt three pump creases when folding to accomodate, increase ship type crease when forming the ship type, because the folded particularity of three pump to the high volume ratio of hull is folding has been realized.
2. The shape of the whole ship body is kept and stabilized by self-locking of a certain angle of three-pump crease lines of the ship body and locking buckles at the positions of the bow and the stern, and the number of connecting pieces is greatly reduced.
3. Through adopting the material selection mode of bimaterial, can guarantee waterproof performance simultaneously at the foldability that realizes the structure.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that it would be obvious to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. All falling within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 shows a state in which the folding boat is unfolded, and as shown in fig. 1, the folding boat includes a bow, a stern, and a hull connecting the bow and the stern, wherein when the bow and stern folds 10, 11 are unfolded, the entire hull is in a flat plate state in which the three-pump fold is dominant. By adopting two sets of folding modes, ship-shaped creases are added at the bow and the stern to realize three-dimensional ship-shaped folding, so that the creases of three pumps and the creases of the ship-shaped creases exist simultaneously.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, considering the shape of the ship, the folds of the bow and the stern are modified on the folds of the three-pump, the folds of the bow and the stern are added, and after being folded, the folds are fixed by adopting a locking buckle mode, so that the shape of the ship can be formed, and the shape maintenance and the stability of the ship body are completed. The bow is fixed by three U-shaped locking buckles 1, 2 and 3, and the stern is fixed by three U-shaped locking buckles 4, 5 and 6. After the ship body is formed, due to the existence of the ship body self- locking folding lines 7, 8 and 9, a certain angle is maintained among the three ship body self- locking folding lines 7, 8 and 9, so that the self-locking and the stability of the ship body are ensured.
In addition, the double-material folding boat based on three-pump folding is based on three-pump folding, the whole boat type is composed of two materials, the folding line is made of soft materials so that folding can be achieved, and the rest parts are made of hard materials so that rigidity of the whole structure is guaranteed.
Further, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a folding fold of a bi-material folding boat based on three-pump folding according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a folding state of the bi-material folding boat based on three-pump folding according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, when the whole folding boat is folded and stored, the folding boat can be folded into a parallelogram with a certain thickness according to the three-pump folding. The overall volume can be reduced by three pumps folding, and the shape can be maintained by applying an external constraint 12 after the three pumps are folded.
The folding structure can adopt a set of folding lines to form a three-dimensional ship-shaped structure in an unfolding state, and adopts three-pump folding lines to fold and store during storage, so that the folding structure can be folded with high volume ratio. The whole ship type is composed of two materials, the crease is made of soft materials, so that folding can be achieved, and the rest parts are made of hard materials, so that the rigidity of the whole structure is guaranteed. The front end and the rear end of the ship body are fixed in a buckling mode after being folded, and the deformation of the ship body from a plane to a three-dimensional state can be realized. After the bow and the stern of the ship body are fixed, the ship body part can form self-locking due to a certain angle, so that the stability is kept.
The foregoing description of specific embodiments of the present invention has been presented.
