Abstract
本发明公开了一种可视尿道扩张套件,包括尿道镜、导丝、球囊、导鞘、球囊加压器、尿道扩张器及推送器;所述球囊自带导丝,所述尿道镜内部设有供导丝穿过的通道,所述球囊加压器和自带导丝的球囊,共同组成球囊扩张器;所述球囊加压器连接于球囊自带导丝后端,并通过导丝内部的加压孔与球囊连通;所述导鞘的孔径大于导丝的直径,尿道扩张器套装在导鞘前端,推送器连在导鞘后端并且二者直径相同;本发明的一种可视尿道扩张套件,采用球囊扩张和植入尿道扩张器的方式,结合可视技术,达到精准、有效、持续扩张尿道,保护膀胱和肾功能的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种可视尿道扩张套件。
背景技术
尿道狭窄是泌尿系统常见病,多见于男性,临床上常见有外伤性尿道狭窄、尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄、炎症性尿道狭窄、先天性尿道狭窄等。其中外伤性尿道狭窄最为常见,一般是由于尿道损伤严重,初期处理不当或不及时所致,病理上狭窄的程度、深度及长度相差很大。尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄临床亦较常见,临床处理非常困难,常需多次手术治疗。目前针对尿道狭窄除再次手术重建尿道外,主要采用金属探条扩张的办法,存在的问题是持续时间短,或尿道细小扭曲,探条不能通过或盲目扩张容易形成假道;长期留置导尿容易感染、操作不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种可视尿道扩张套件,采用球囊扩张和植入尿道扩张器的方式,结合可视技术,达到精准、有效、持续扩张尿道,保护膀胱和肾功能的目的。
本发明的一种可视尿道扩张套件,包括尿道镜、导丝、球囊、导鞘、球囊加压器、尿道扩张器及推送器;所述球囊自带导丝,所述尿道镜内部设有供导丝穿过的通道;所述球囊加压器连接于自带导丝后端,并通过导丝内部的加压孔与球囊连通,自带导丝的球囊和球囊加压器,共同组成球囊扩张器;尿道扩张器套装在导鞘前端,推送器连在导鞘后端并且二者直径相同;尿道镜伸进患者尿道内之后,能够精准确定病灶位置,然后将导丝沿着尿道镜插入,此时球囊为收缩状态,在尿道镜的直视下将球囊置于病灶位置,然后通过球囊加压器对球囊加压使其胀开,进行尿道扩张, 15-30分钟后,取出尿道镜,通过球囊加压器控制气囊收缩,再使用推送器将导鞘沿着另一导丝推入,使导鞘前端的尿道扩张器置于病灶位置,固定推送器,取出导丝和导鞘,最后取出推送器,尿道扩张器半年后取出或长期留置;尿道扩张器粗细F6-F24偶数,长度2cm、3cm、4cm、5cm等不同长度,根据患者实际状况进行选型。
进一步,所述导丝后端还设有与加压孔连通的液囊和压力表,液囊内预先储存有液体,通过控制液体在球囊和液囊之间流转来控制球囊的胀开与收缩。
进一步,所述导丝和导鞘的表面均沿长度方向设有刻度,先根据导丝表面的刻度精确读取病灶深度和长度,然后再根据该数值将导鞘推送至所需的深度,达到精准、有效、持续扩张尿道的目的。
进一步,所述尿道扩张器为双层结构,外层由丝素蛋白制成,内衬由聚己内脂或聚乳酸或钛合金制成;可根据需要调整大分子长度以调整降解时间;尿道扩张器的外层表面设有均匀分布的凹槽,凹槽内填充有缓释祛疤痕药物;既有良好的刚性与弹性,还具有缓慢降解、吸收的良好生物相容性,能实现可控降解,可使自身细胞附着其上,便于生长;无毒,可直接用于接种细胞生长,降解产物不会对人体产生影响;具有人造尿道作用,使用后期生长的细胞和组织可逐步替代尿道,有助于难治性尿道缺损的治疗。
进一步,所述导丝、导鞘、球囊加压器和推送器表面均设有亲水涂层;避免组织损伤。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种可视尿道扩张套件,采用球囊扩张和植入尿道扩张器的方式,结合可视技术,达到精准、有效、持续扩张尿道,保护膀胱和肾功能的目的。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
需要注意的是,除非另有说明,本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
如图1-2所示:本实施例的一种可视尿道扩张套件,包括尿道镜2、球囊4、导鞘9、球囊加压器5、尿道扩张器10及推送器8、导丝11;所述球囊4自带导丝3,所述尿道镜2内部设有供导丝3、导丝11穿过的通道;所述球囊加压器5连接于导丝3后端,并通过导丝3内部的加压孔与球囊4连通,自带导丝的球囊和球囊加压器,共同组成球囊扩张器;所述导鞘9的孔径大于导丝3的直径,尿道扩张器10套装在导鞘9前端,推送器8连在导鞘9后端并且二者直径相同;尿道镜2伸进患者尿道内之后,通过显示屏1能够精准显示病灶位置,然后将导丝3沿着尿道镜2插入,此时球囊4为收缩状态,在尿道镜2的直视下将球囊4置于病灶位置,然后通过球囊加压器5对球囊4加压使其胀开,进行尿道扩张,15- 30分钟后,取出尿道镜2,通过球囊加压器5控制气囊收缩,再使用推送器8将导鞘9沿着另一导丝11推入,使导鞘9前端的尿道扩张器10置于病灶位置,固定推送器8,取出导丝和导鞘9,最后取出推送器8,尿道扩张器10半年后取出或长期留置,尿道扩张器10粗细F6-F24偶数,长度2cm、3cm、4cm、5cm等不同长度,根据患者实际状况进行选型,导鞘 9亦有不同型号,其体部直径与扩张器10和推送器8相适应。
本实施例中,所述导丝3后端还设有与加压孔连通的液囊6和压力表 7,液囊6内预先储存有液体,通过控制液体在球囊4和液囊6之间流转来控制球囊4的胀开与收缩。
本实施例中,所述导丝3和导鞘9的表面均沿长度方向设有刻度,先根据导丝3表面的刻度精确读取病灶深度,然后再根据该数值将导鞘9推送至所需的深度,达到精准、有效、持续扩张尿道的目的。

本实施例中,所述导丝3、导鞘9、球囊加压器5、尿道扩张器10和推送器8表面均设有亲水涂层;避免组织损伤。

1.一种可视尿道扩张套件,其特征在于:包括尿道镜、导丝、球囊、导鞘、球囊加压器、尿道扩张器及推送器;所述球囊自带导丝,所述尿道镜内部设有供导丝穿过的通道;所述球囊加压器连接于自带导丝后端,并通过导丝内部的加压孔与球囊连通;尿道扩张器套装在导鞘前端,推送器连在导鞘后端并且二者直径相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可视尿道扩张套件,其特征在于:所述导丝后端还设有与加压孔连通的液囊和压力表。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可视尿道扩张套件,其特征在于:所述导丝和导鞘的表面均沿长度方向设有刻度。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的一种可视尿道扩张套件,其特征在于:所述尿道扩张器为双层结构,外层由丝素蛋白制成,内衬由聚己内脂或聚乳酸或钛合金制成;尿道扩张器的外层表面设有均匀分布的凹槽,凹槽内填充有缓释祛疤痕药物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种可视尿道扩张套件,其特征在于:所述导丝、导鞘、球囊加压器和推送器表面均设有亲水涂层。
