本发明涉及染发调理组合物技术领域,尤其涉及一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物。
背景技术
在染发过程中由于有大量碱性物质进入毛发中,破坏了原有的蛋白质和氨基酸,对头发的损伤在所难免,因此染后的头发通常会变得干枯、失去光泽和弹性。
而亚洲人的发色绝大多数是乌黑或深棕,因为头发的角质层聚集了大量的黑色素因子,而且相对来说亚洲人头发较多较厚,发质较粗,因此属于较难染色的头发类型。从染发原理上讲,改变头发原色一方面要褪去一部分头发固有的色素,另一方面要增加一些新的色素,这两个过程同时作用而得出最终效果。染发剂能染浅黑发,通常都含有双氧水和氨水,其浓度越高,褪去黑色素的能力越强,头发就能染得越浅,同时头发受到的损伤就越厉害。在染发时一般会加一些护发成分,这就是时下流行的护发染——护发和染发同时进行。因此,我们提出了一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物用于解决上述问题。

一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物,包括染色基料和氧化剂,所述染色基料由以下重量份的原料组成:氧化染料22-35份、水20-32份、乳化剂4-9份、增稠剂3-7份、润滑剂2-6份、磷酸单酯4-8份、烷基醇磷酸酯12-15份、烷基醇醚磷酸酯6-11份、硫酸钾铝2-5份、渗透助剂1-3份、聚季铵盐6-10份、抗氧化剂1-4份、醋酸钠3-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4-7份、香精0.1-0.3份、水解植物蛋白15-22份和植物提取物7-12份;
所述氧化剂为磷酸氢钠;
染色基料和氧化剂的质量比为4-6:1。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的染发调理组合物,无刺激性气味,染发调理组合物中含有水解植物蛋白和植物提取物等护发精华,在染发的同时,能够有效的对头发以及头皮进行护理,保证头发和头皮的健康,同时,该染发调理组合物中含有烷基醇磷酸酯、烷基醇醚磷酸酯、磷酸单酯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,使得染完的头发色泽鲜艳,有光泽,不易变色,适合推广使用。

进一步的,染色基料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将氧化染料、水、乳化剂、增稠剂、润滑剂、磷酸单酯、烷基醇磷酸酯、烷基醇醚磷酸酯、硫酸钾铝、渗透助剂、聚季铵盐、抗氧化剂、醋酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、香精、水解植物蛋白和植物提取物相混合,40-50℃下搅拌40-60min,然后-18℃下冷冻8-12h,恢复至室温,即得到一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物。
实施例2中,一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物,包括染色基料和氧化剂,所述染色基料由以下重量份的原料组成:氧化染料22-35份、水20-32份、乳化剂4-9份、增稠剂3-7份、润滑剂2-6份、磷酸单酯4-8份、烷基醇磷酸酯12-15份、烷基醇醚磷酸酯6-11份、硫酸钾铝2-5份、渗透助剂1-3份、聚季铵盐6-10份、抗氧化剂1-4份、醋酸钠3-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4-7份、香精0.1-0.3份、水解植物蛋白15-22份和植物提取物7-12份;
所述氧化剂为磷酸氢钠;
染色基料和氧化剂的质量比为4-6:1。
进一步的,所述水解植物蛋白为水解大豆蛋白、水解小麦蛋白、水解薏米蛋白、水解银杏蛋白和水解糯米蛋白中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述植物提取物为芦荟提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物、黄瓜提取物、艾草提取物中的一种或多种。

进一步的,所述氧化剂为磷酸氢钠;
进一步的,染色基料和氧化剂的质量比为5:1。
进一步的,所述水解植物蛋白为水解大豆蛋白、水解小麦蛋白、水解薏米蛋白、水解银杏蛋白和水解糯米蛋白中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述植物提取物为芦荟提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物、黄瓜提取物、艾草提取物中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为十八烷基三甲基氯化铵,增稠剂为十八醇,润滑剂为棕榈酸异丙酯。

实施例1-3中,本发明提出的染发调理组合物,无刺激性气味,染发调理组合物中含有水解植物蛋白和植物提取物等护发精华,在染发的同时,能够有效的对头发以及头皮进行护理,保证头发和头皮的健康,同时,该染发调理组合物中含有烷基醇磷酸酯、烷基醇醚磷酸酯、磷酸单酯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,使得染完的头发色泽鲜艳,有光泽,不易变色,适合推广使用。

Claims (7)
1.一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物,其特征在于,包括染色基料和氧化剂,所述染色基料由以下重量份的原料组成:氧化染料22-35份、水20-32份、乳化剂4-9份、增稠剂3-7份、润滑剂2-6份、磷酸单酯4-8份、烷基醇磷酸酯12-15份、烷基醇醚磷酸酯6-11份、硫酸钾铝2-5份、渗透助剂1-3份、聚季铵盐6-10份、抗氧化剂1-4份、醋酸钠3-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4-7份、香精0.1-0.3份、水解植物蛋白15-22份和植物提取物7-12份;
所述氧化剂为磷酸氢钠;
染色基料和氧化剂的质量比为4-6:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物,其特征在于,包括染色基料和氧化剂,所述染色基料由以下重量份的原料组成:氧化染料29份、水26份、乳化剂7份、增稠剂5份、润滑剂4份、磷酸单酯6份、烷基醇磷酸酯13份、烷基醇醚磷酸酯8份、硫酸钾铝4份、渗透助剂2份、聚季铵盐8份、抗氧化剂2份、醋酸钠5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、香精0.2份、水解植物蛋白18份和植物提取物9份;
所述氧化剂为磷酸氢钠;
染色基料和氧化剂的质量比为5:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物,其特征在于,所述水解植物蛋白为水解大豆蛋白、水解小麦蛋白、水解薏米蛋白、水解银杏蛋白和水解糯米蛋白中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物,其特征在于,所述植物提取物为芦荟提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物、黄瓜提取物、艾草提取物中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为十八烷基三甲基氯化铵,增稠剂为十八醇,润滑剂为棕榈酸异丙酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为茶多酚和维生素E的混合物,茶多酚和维生素E的质量比为2:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物,其特征在于,染色基料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将氧化染料、水、乳化剂、增稠剂、润滑剂、磷酸单酯、烷基醇磷酸酯、烷基醇醚磷酸酯、硫酸钾铝、渗透助剂、聚季铵盐、抗氧化剂、醋酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、香精、水解植物蛋白和植物提取物相混合,40-50℃下搅拌40-60min,然后-18℃下冷冻8-12h,恢复至室温,即得到一种染护二合一的染发调理组合物。
