As shown in fig. 5, a method for using the dressing change aid for osteoarticular surgery includes the steps of:
s1: and (3) temperature adjustment: the heating pad 3 is electrified and heated, and after the temperature is regulated, the limb part of a patient is placed on the replacement contact plate 4 with the arc-shaped surface and is regulated to the optimal position;
s2: and (3) light adjustment: then applying acting force to the adjusting LED lamp 24 to adjust the angle of the adjusting LED lamp 24 movably connected with the adjusting slide block 23, then adjusting the distance of the adjusting LED lamp 24 through the sliding of the adjusting slide block 23 in the adjusting slide groove 22, and electrifying the adjusting LED lamp 24 to supplement light to the limb part after adjusting to a proper position;
s3: removing the bandage: the bandages on the limb parts of the patient are removed, and the generated waste is thrown into a garbage sleeve 20 which can rotate through a second movable sleeve 18;
s4: cleaning and feeding: then the first movable sleeve 16 is used for rotating and adjusting the placing plate 17, and the medicine on the placing plate 17 is used for disinfecting and cleaning the part of a patient, and the medicine is applied again after the medicine is completely removed;
s5: the bandage is put on again: the sliding functional box 7 is then slid as required and the bandage is taken up by the bandage holder 11 inside and wound up again on the patient.
S6: sterilizing the bandage: the remaining bandage is put back into the bandage holder 11 and slid in through the slidable slide plate 8, and after the slide plate 8 is closed, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 15 is activated to sterilize the remaining bandage for the next use.
Working principle: when the bone joint surgical dressing change assistor and the use method are used, firstly, the heating pad 3 is electrified, then the affected limb of a patient is put on the replacement contact plate 4, then the movable lamp bracket 21 is adjusted, the movable lamp bracket 21 is movably connected with the auxiliary rod 27, the movable lamp bracket 21 rotates, then the adjusting LED lamp 24 is adjusted, the adjusting LED lamp 24 is applied with an acting force, the adjusting LED lamp 24 is movably connected with the adjusting slide block 23, the adjusting LED lamp 24 rotates, then the distance of the adjusting LED lamp 24 is adjusted, the acting force is continuously applied, the adjusting slide block 23 generates an acting force, the adjusting slide block 23 slides in the adjusting slide groove 22 under the acting force, the patient is dismantled after the adjustment is finished, the treated garbage can be put in the garbage sleeve 20, the acting force is applied to the garbage frame 19 when the garbage sleeve 20 needs to be adjusted, the garbage rack 19 is welded with the second movable sleeve 18, the second movable sleeve 18 generates an acting force, the second movable sleeve 18 is movably connected with the auxiliary rod 27, the second movable sleeve 18 is rotationally adjusted, when the placing plate 17 needs to be adjusted, the placing plate 17 is applied with an acting force, the placing plate 17 is in threaded connection with the first movable sleeve 16, the first movable sleeve 16 generates an acting force, the first movable sleeve 16 is movably connected with the auxiliary rod 27, so that the first movable sleeve 16 rotates and adjusts under the acting force, when a bandage is needed, the acting force is applied to the functional box 7, the functional box 7 is fixedly connected with the pushing slide block 25, the pushing slide block 25 generates an acting force under the acting force, the pushing slide block 25 slides on the movable rack 1 through the pushing slide groove 26, then the sliding plate 8 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 9, the sliding block 9 generates an acting force, the sliding block 9 slides in the sliding block through the sliding groove 10 under the action of the force, the bandage frame 11 is in threaded connection with the sliding plate 8, the bandage frame 11 moves, then the bandage is taken, the bandage frame 11 returns to the original position, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 15 is started to disinfect after dressing change is finished, when the drying is needed, the electric heating wire 13 in threaded connection with the drying pipe 12 and the blowing fan 14 are electrified, the electric heating wire 13 generates heat, the blowing fan 14 accelerates the air flow to carry out drying treatment, when the replacement contact plate 4 is needed to be replaced and cleaned, the acting force is applied to the replacement contact plate 4, the replacement contact plate 4 is fixedly connected with the elastic clamping body 5, the acting force is generated by the elastic clamping body 5 and is far away from the installation clamping groove 6, and therefore the separation of the bearing plate 2 is finished by the replacement contact plate 4.
