As shown in fig. 1 and 4, an auxiliary dressing change device for bone joint surgery comprises: the movable lamp holder 21 is connected to one side above the auxiliary rod 27, an adjusting sliding groove 22 is formed in the movable lamp holder 21, an adjusting sliding block 23 is connected to the inside of the adjusting sliding groove 22, and an adjusting LED lamp 24 is connected to the lower portion of the adjusting sliding block 23; the movable lamp holder 21 is movably connected with the auxiliary rod 27, the adjusting LED lamp 24 is movably connected with the adjusting slide block 23, and the adjusting slide block 23 and the movable lamp holder 21 form a sliding structure through the adjusting sliding chute 22; the angle of the movable lamp holder 21 can be adjusted through the movable lamp holder 21 which is movably connected, and the distance of the movable lamp holder 21 can be adjusted in a sliding mode through the movable lamp holder 21 which can slide, so that the movable lamp holder 21 can be used conveniently.
As shown in fig. 5, the use method of the dressing change assistor for the osteoarticular surgery comprises the following steps:
s1: temperature regulation: electrifying and heating the heating pad 3, adjusting the temperature, placing the limb part of the patient on the replacing contact plate 4 of the arc surface, and adjusting the limb part to the optimal position;
s2: light adjustment: applying an acting force on the adjusting LED lamp 24 to adjust the angle of the adjusting LED lamp 24 movably connected with the adjusting slide block 23, adjusting the distance of the adjusting LED lamp 24 by the sliding of the adjusting slide block 23 in the adjusting slide groove 22, and electrifying the adjusting LED lamp 24 to supplement light to the limb part after the adjusting LED lamp is adjusted to a proper position;
s3: removing the bandage: the bandage of the limb of the patient is then removed and the waste material produced is thrown into a waste sleeve 20 which is rotatable by means of a second mobile sleeve 18;
s4: cleaning and medicine application: then, the placing plate 17 is adjusted in a rotating mode through the first movable sleeve 16, the medicine on the placing plate 17 is used for disinfecting and cleaning the part of the patient, and medicine feeding treatment is carried out again after the medicine is completely disinfected;
s5: re-bandage: then, the sliding functional box 7 is slid according to the requirement, and the bandage is taken out through the bandage rack 11 inside, and is wound on the patient again.
S6: bandage disinfection: the remaining bandage is put back into the bandage rack 11 and slid in by the slidable sliding plate 8, and after the sliding plate 8 is closed, the uv sterilizing lamp 15 is turned on to sterilize the remaining bandage for the next use.
The working principle is as follows: when the bone joint surgery dressing change assistor and the using method are used, firstly, the heating pad 3 is electrified, then the affected limb of a patient is placed on the changing contact plate 4, then the movable lamp holder 21 is adjusted, the movable lamp holder 21 is movably connected with the auxiliary rod 27, the movable lamp holder 21 rotates, then the adjusting LED lamp 24 is adjusted, acting force is applied to the adjusting LED lamp 24, the adjusting LED lamp 24 is movably connected with the adjusting slide block 23, the adjusting LED lamp 24 rotates, then the distance of the adjusting LED lamp 24 is adjusted, the acting force is continuously applied, the adjusting slide block 23 generates acting force, the adjusting slide block 23 slides in the adjusting slide groove 22 under the acting force, the patient is detached after the adjustment is finished, the processed garbage can be placed in the garbage sleeve 20, when the garbage sleeve 20 needs to be adjusted, the acting force is applied to the garbage frame 19, the garbage frame 19 is welded with the second movable sleeve 18, the second movable sleeve 18 generates acting force, the second movable sleeve 18 is movably connected with the auxiliary rod 27, the second movable sleeve 18 is rotatably adjusted, when the placing plate 17 needs to be adjusted, the acting force is applied to the placing plate 17, the placing plate 17 is in threaded connection with the first movable sleeve 16, the first movable sleeve 16 generates acting force, the first movable sleeve 16 is movably connected with the auxiliary rod 27, so that the first movable sleeve 16 is rotatably adjusted under the acting force, when bandage needs to be performed, the acting force is applied to the function box 7, the function box 7 is fixedly connected with the pushing sliding block 25, the pushing sliding block 25 generates acting force, the sliding block 25 is pushed to slide on the moving frame 1 through the pushing sliding groove 26 under the acting force, then the acting force is applied to the sliding plate 8, the sliding plate 8 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 9, the sliding block 9 generates acting force, and the sliding block 9 slides inside the sliding groove 10 under the acting force, bandage frame 11 and sliding plate 8 threaded connection, bandage frame 11 removes, take the bandage after that, and let bandage frame 11 return to the home position, start ultraviolet ray disinfection lamp 15 after the completion of changing dressings and disinfect, when needs dry, to electrify with stoving pipe 12 threaded connection's heating wire 13 and air blowing fan 14, heating wire 13 produces the heat, air blowing fan 14 accelerates the air flow and carries out drying process, when needs change contact plate 4 and clean, exert the effort to changing contact plate 4, change contact plate 4 and elastic clamp body 5 fixed connection, elastic clamp body 5 produces the effort and keeps away from installation draw-in groove 6, thereby let change contact plate 4 accomplish the separation to receiving plate 2, this is the theory of operation of this osteoarticular surgery dressing change assistor and application method.

the device comprises a moving frame (1), wherein a bearing plate (2) is arranged above the moving frame (1), a heating pad (3) is arranged inside the bearing plate (2), a replacing contact plate (4) is arranged on the upper end face of the bearing plate (2), elastic clamping bodies (5) are connected to two sides of the replacing contact plate (4), and the outer walls of the elastic clamping bodies (5) are connected with mounting clamping grooves (6);
the functional box (7) is arranged on one side of the bearing plate (2), a sliding plate (8) is arranged inside the functional box (7), the lower end face of the sliding plate (8) is connected with a sliding block (9), the outer wall of the sliding block (9) is connected with a sliding groove (10), the upper end face of the sliding plate (8) is connected with a bandage frame (11), the lower end face of the functional box (7) is connected with a pushing sliding block (25), and the outer wall of the pushing sliding block (25) is connected with a pushing sliding groove (26);
the drying pipe (12) is arranged above the sliding plate (8), an electric heating wire (13) is arranged inside the drying pipe (12), an air blowing fan (14) is arranged above the electric heating wire (13), and ultraviolet disinfection lamps (15) are arranged on two sides of the drying pipe (12);
the auxiliary rod (27) is arranged at one end of the other side of the bearing plate (2), a first movable sleeve (16) is sleeved on the outer wall of the auxiliary rod (27), a placing plate (17) is connected to one side of the outer wall of the first movable sleeve (16), a second movable sleeve (18) is arranged below the first movable sleeve (16), a garbage rack (19) is connected to one side of the outer wall of the second movable sleeve (18), and a garbage sleeve (20) is arranged inside the garbage rack (19);
the LED lamp comprises a movable lamp holder (21) connected to one side above an auxiliary rod (27), an adjusting sliding groove (22) is formed in the movable lamp holder (21), an adjusting sliding block (23) is connected to the inside of the adjusting sliding groove (22), and an adjusting LED lamp (24) is connected to the lower portion of the adjusting sliding block (23).
