Abstract
一种复合型离型膜,用于光固化3D打印方法中从光固化成型表面上分离当前固化层。所述复合型离型膜包括塑形层和弹性层;所述塑形层上表面为光固化成型表面,塑形层下表面与弹性层上表面贴合。所述弹性层可以进一步包括弹性层基体与韧性支架,该弹性层基体填充于韧性支架的孔隙中,所述弹性层的韧性支架在弹性层下表面具有多个凸起。另外披露了在增材制造领域使用上述复合型离型膜通过光固化3D打印技术制备三维物体的设备及方法。
