The technical problem solved by the invention is as follows: how to conveniently detect and train the cognitive ability of the old in daily activities.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cognitive ability detection training device based on a customized link memory game, including:

Detailed Description
According to the analysis in the background art, the alzheimer disease is a progressive degenerative lesion of the nervous system, and has a slow onset and a latent property. At present, no effective means for preventing, treating and even delaying the development of the traditional Chinese medicine is available internationally, so that the traditional Chinese medicine has irreversible disability, and becomes a serious disability disease seriously threatening the health and the life quality of old people.
The existing therapeutic drugs for the Alzheimer disease mainly aim at patients in dementia period, and the disease process cannot be prevented, and as mentioned above, the Alzheimer disease has no effective means for treating or delaying the development of the Alzheimer disease at present, so the drug has important practical significance for the detection and training of the cognitive ability of the elderly and the reduction of the probability of the conversion from mild cognitive impairment to the Alzheimer disease.
In the prior art, the scheme for detecting and training the cognitive ability of the elderly is often complex to operate, most of the elderly and the guardians thereof need to participate offline, the detection is performed once at a long interval, and the optimal intervention opportunity is easily missed (as mentioned above, alzheimer's disease is irreversible, so that early discovery and early intervention are very important).

In some embodiments, the software program of the monitored person side (and the material customizing side and the monitoring side) may be run on a terminal such as a tablet computer, a mobile phone, and the like, and further, may be run in the form of APP under the iOS system, for example, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Before logging in a client, a user registers an account on a server in advance, and determines account types of the account, wherein the accounts of different account types respectively have the authority of using the corresponding client.
Specifically, the account types include: the account number of the monitored person, the account number of the material customization person and the account number of the monitoring person are determined; the monitored person account number has the authority of using the monitored person end, the material customizing person account number has the authority of using the material customizing end, and the monitoring person account number has the authority of using the monitoring end.
In some embodiments, the monitoring end may be the dominant means for registering the account number. Specifically, the monitoring person account number can be directly registered by operating on the monitoring terminal; and the monitored person account and/or the material customization person account are registered in response to the operation of the monitoring terminal by the user.

Example two
As described below, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cognitive ability detection training system based on a customized link memory game.
As shown in fig. 1, the whole complete system is composed of a multi-party client and a server, wherein the client is divided into 3 types, namely a monitored person side, a material customizing side and a monitoring side, and the functions of the software programs of the 3 types of clients are different.
Class 3 clients may interact with each other or with servers via the internet.
In some embodiments, the monitored person end may be used by the elderly to be detected/trained; the material customizing end can be generally used by a guardian of the monitored person, such as family members of the monitored person; the monitoring end can be generally used by professionals who have knowledge about alzheimer's disease, such as physicians, etc., the above are only examples, and the invention is not limited thereto.

Cognitive training refers to training different cognitive domains and cognitive processes to improve cognitive functions and increase cognitive reserves. Cognitive training may be trained on one or more cognitive domains that remember, pay attention to, and perform processes.
In this embodiment, based on the cognitive training mode of the "customized link memory game", a personalized game centered on the daily life scene of the person to be trained is established to improve memory, so that the daily life capability of the person to be trained can be improved, and adaptive cognitive training is performed by aid of AI.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the cognitive training can select the training difficulty according to the cognitive level of the person to be trained and can dynamically adjust according to the training performance, so that the adaptive training effect is realized.
In some embodiments, the monitored person end is further adapted to provide one or more specialized testing and/or training games to the user.

the attention category comprises a plurality of small games such as character color matching, time prejudging, exchanging and turning, and the like, and the pointing and centralizing ability of the monitored person to the task is detected and/or trained;
the language class comprises a recognition sentence and the like, and can detect and/or train the language ability, social contact ability and communication ability of the monitored person;
the abstract thinking ability class is classified games, which is beneficial to being capable of detecting and/or training the recognizability of the monitored person on the essence and the law of the object;
the memory type includes small games such as photo memory, information matching and the like, and can detect and/or train the instant memory and delayed memory capability of a monitored person;
the directional force category comprises simple questions and answers, clock games and the like, and can detect and/or train the cognitive ability of the monitored person on time, place and self state;
the calculation power category has the advantages of being small in volume, large in number, capable of simulating supermarket shopping and the like, and capable of detecting and/or training the digital operation and operation capability of a monitored person.
The game has various forms, and the materials come from a personalized uploading library (uploaded by a user through a material customization end) on the server and a public edition material library, so that the detection and/or training examples have interestingness, professionality and relevance to the life of a monitored person.
The above description of the technical solution shows that: in the embodiment, the cognitive ability of the monitored person is detected and/or trained in the game process, and the monitored person can be attracted to voluntarily and actively perform high-frequency detection and/or training, so that the compliance of the monitored person is higher, and the detection and/or training is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the monitored person end is further adapted to upload, to the server (real-time data upload), after each completion of the detection and/or training, a prediction score for the cognitive ability of the user during the detection and/or training.
And the material customizing terminal is suitable for responding to the operation of the user on the material customizing terminal, receiving the material uploaded by the user and uploading the material to the server for generating a game instance used when the monitored person account number associated with the currently logged material customizing person account number is detected and/or trained.

The above description of the technical solution shows that: in the embodiment, the game instance generating system is used for detection and/or training and can be used for customizing the materials uploaded by the monitored person according to the materials so as to design the personalized game instance for the monitored person in a targeted manner.
The game has rich expression forms and diversified stimulation modes, and is suitable for detecting and/or training monitored people. In the embodiment, by constructing the virtual home, the supermarket, the square and the like, the detection and/or training of the cognitive ability of the monitored person can be synchronously realized in the process of the monitored person playing the task in the game.
In some embodiments, the generating the game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user may further include: also for each dimension of cognitive ability, a certain amount of detection and/or training content for each dimension of cognitive ability is added in the detected and/or trained game instance, respectively.
In some embodiments, the material customization end is further adapted to receive, in response to user manipulation of the material customization end, a description of the material uploaded by the user, information relating to an association of the material with the monitored person, and a voice recording of the material customization person.
In some embodiments, the material customizing terminal is further adapted to, in response to a user operating the material customizing terminal, obtain a prediction score of performance of a monitored human account associated with the currently logged-in monitored human account in detection and/or training.
In some embodiments, the material customization end is further adapted to obtain details and dynamic graphs of the prediction scores of the performance of the monitored human account in detection and/or training associated with the currently logged-in monitored human account in response to the user operating the material customization end.
And the monitoring terminal is suitable for responding to the operation of the user on the monitoring terminal to evaluate and manage the related data of one or more monitored person accounts related to the currently logged-in monitored person account.
In some embodiments, the evaluating and managing data related to one or more monitored human accounts associated with the currently logged-in monitoring human account comprises: personal information of a monitored person account related to the currently logged-in monitored person account, a detection and/or training record and data related to various aspects of performance in detection and/or training are obtained and displayed.

In some embodiments, the monitoring terminal is further adapted to respond to the operation of the user on the monitoring terminal, and according to the condition set by the user on the time span and/or the capability dimension subentry, obtain and display a predicted score variation trend (implementing stage statistics of data) of one or more monitored human accounts associated with the currently logged-in monitoring human account with respect to the performance in detection and/or training.
In some embodiments, the monitoring terminal is further adapted to, in response to an operation of the monitoring terminal by a user, derive data related to a certain monitored person account associated with a currently logged-in monitored person account and/or send data related to a certain monitored person account associated with a currently logged-in monitored person account to one or more material customized person accounts associated with the monitored person account (to implement derivation and sharing of data).
In some embodiments, the monitoring terminal is further adapted to obtain a statistical report about all monitored person accounts associated with the currently logged-in monitored person in response to a user operating the monitoring terminal.

In some embodiments, a conversation between the material customizer and the monitor may be established to facilitate both parties discussing the situation of the monitored person with which they are associated. Specifically, a session between the currently logged material customizer account and the monitor associated with the monitored person can be established in response to the operation of the user on the material customizer. After the session is established, the material customizer and the monitoring person can conveniently communicate.
