As described below, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cognitive ability detection training system based on a customized link memory game.
As shown in fig. 1, the whole complete system is composed of a multi-party client and a server, wherein the client is divided into 3 types, namely a monitored person side, a material customizing side and a monitoring side, and the functions of the software programs of the 3 types of clients are different.
Class 3 clients may interact with each other or with servers via the internet.
In some embodiments, the monitored person end may be used by the elderly to be detected/trained; the material customizing end can be generally used by a guardian of the monitored person, such as family members of the monitored person; the monitoring end can be generally used by professionals who have knowledge about alzheimer's disease, such as physicians, etc., the above are only examples, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Before logging in a client, a user registers an account on a server in advance, and determines account types of the account, wherein the accounts of different account types respectively have the authority of using the corresponding client.
Specifically, the account types include: the account number of the monitored person, the account number of the material customization person and the account number of the monitoring person are determined; the monitored person account number has the authority of using the monitored person end, the material customizing person account number has the authority of using the material customizing end, and the monitoring person account number has the authority of using the monitoring end.
In some embodiments, the monitoring end may be the dominant means for registering the account number. Specifically, the monitoring person account number can be directly registered by operating on the monitoring terminal; and the monitored person account and/or the material customization person account are registered in response to the operation of the monitoring terminal by the user.
Furthermore, in response to the operation of the user on the monitoring terminal, the currently logged-in monitored person account can be associated with one or more monitored person accounts.
On the basis, in response to the operation of the user on the monitoring end, the monitored person account related to the currently logged monitored person account can be further related to the material customization person account. Therefore, the correlation among the three parties of the account number of the monitored person, the material customization account number and the monitoring account number is formed.
In some embodiments, the class 3 client may be run on a tablet computer, a mobile phone, or other terminals, and further, for example, may be run in the form of APP under the iOS system, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Regarding the respective functions of the above-mentioned 3 types of clients, refer to a functional block diagram (simplified diagram, not shown in all functions) of the cognitive ability detection training system based on the customized link memory game shown in fig. 2:
and the monitored human end is suitable for carrying out predictive scoring on the cognitive ability of the user and generating a game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user.
Cognitive training refers to training different cognitive domains and cognitive processes to improve cognitive functions and increase cognitive reserves. Cognitive training may be trained on one or more cognitive domains that remember, pay attention to, and perform processes.
In this embodiment, based on the cognitive training mode of the "customized link memory game", a personalized game centered on the daily life scene of the person to be trained is established to improve memory, so that the daily life capability of the person to be trained can be improved, and adaptive cognitive training is performed by aid of AI.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the cognitive training can select the training difficulty according to the cognitive level of the person to be trained and can dynamically adjust according to the training performance, so that the adaptive training effect is realized.
In some embodiments, the monitored person end is further adapted to provide one or more specialized testing and/or training games to the user.
Wherein the specialized detection and/or training game is adapted to detect and/or train for a particular dimension of cognitive ability.
The predictive scoring of the cognitive ability of the user may specifically include: and performing predictive scoring of one or more ability dimension components on the performance of the user in detection and/or training.
Wherein the predictive scoring component of the monitored person's performance in the test and/or training is determined from each component in the McCA-B assessment scale.
In particular, the predictive score of the performance of the monitored person in detection and/or training includes a plurality of the following sub-items: the method comprises the following steps of executing a function class, a visual space function class, a naming class, an attention class, a language class, an abstract thinking ability class, a memory class, an orientation force class and a calculation force class, covering all items in a MoCA-B assessment scale, and realizing multi-dimensional detection and/or training of cognitive abilities of all aspects of a monitored person.
Specifically, for example:
the executive function class can comprise jigsaw puzzle, finger-guessing and the like, and the behavior ability of the monitored person in independent, purposeful and self-responsibility is detected and/or trained;
the visual space function class is a small game mainly comprising visual elements such as customized continuous watching, photo card turning and the like, and the identification and space positioning capacity of the monitored person on the stimulated object is detected and/or trained;
the naming class mainly matches customized picture materials and corresponding text information thereof, and can detect and/or train the memory and concept capability of the monitored person on the specific figure things and places;
the attention category comprises a plurality of small games such as character color matching, time prejudging, exchanging and turning, and the like, and the pointing and centralizing ability of the monitored person to the task is detected and/or trained;
the language class comprises a recognition sentence and the like, and can detect and/or train the language ability, social contact ability and communication ability of the monitored person;
the abstract thinking ability class is classified games, which is beneficial to being capable of detecting and/or training the recognizability of the monitored person on the essence and the law of the object;
the memory type includes small games such as photo memory, information matching and the like, and can detect and/or train the instant memory and delayed memory capability of a monitored person;
the directional force category comprises simple questions and answers, clock games and the like, and can detect and/or train the cognitive ability of the monitored person on time, place and self state;
the calculation power category has the advantages of being small in volume, large in number, capable of simulating supermarket shopping and the like, and capable of detecting and/or training the digital operation and operation capability of a monitored person.
The game has various forms, and the materials come from a personalized uploading library (uploaded by a user through a material customization end) on the server and a public edition material library, so that the detection and/or training examples have interestingness, professionality and relevance to the life of a monitored person.
The above description of the technical solution shows that: in the embodiment, the cognitive ability of the monitored person is detected and/or trained in the game process, and the monitored person can be attracted to voluntarily and actively perform high-frequency detection and/or training, so that the compliance of the monitored person is higher, and the detection and/or training is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the monitored person end is further adapted to upload, to the server (real-time data upload), after each completion of the detection and/or training, a prediction score for the cognitive ability of the user during the detection and/or training.
And the material customizing terminal is suitable for responding to the operation of the user on the material customizing terminal, receiving the material uploaded by the user and uploading the material to the server for generating a game instance used when the monitored person account number associated with the currently logged material customizing person account number is detected and/or trained.
Wherein the material comprises: one or more of a character picture, an item picture, a scene picture associated with the monitored person.
Specifically, the generating of the game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user includes: customizing the materials uploaded by the account number according to the forecast score of the performance of the currently logged monitored account number in the detection and/or training process and the materials related to the currently logged monitored account number to generate a game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user.
Furthermore, the game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user is generated by customizing the materials uploaded by the monitored person account according to the forecast score of the performance of the currently logged monitored person account in the detection and/or training and the materials related to the currently logged monitored person account, and comprises the following steps: and adjusting the game difficulty of the game instance used by the monitored person account in the subsequent detection and/or training according to the prediction score of the performance of the currently logged monitored person account in the detection and/or training (automatically and adaptively adjusting the game difficulty).
The above description of the technical solution shows that: in the embodiment, the game instance generating system is used for detection and/or training and can be used for customizing the materials uploaded by the monitored person according to the materials so as to design the personalized game instance for the monitored person in a targeted manner.
The game has rich expression forms and diversified stimulation modes, and is suitable for detecting and/or training monitored people. In the embodiment, by constructing the virtual home, the supermarket, the square and the like, the detection and/or training of the cognitive ability of the monitored person can be synchronously realized in the process of the monitored person playing the task in the game.
In some embodiments, the generating the game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user may further include: also for each dimension of cognitive ability, a certain amount of detection and/or training content for each dimension of cognitive ability is added in the detected and/or trained game instance, respectively.
In some embodiments, the material customization end is further adapted to receive, in response to user manipulation of the material customization end, a description of the material uploaded by the user, information relating to an association of the material with the monitored person, and a voice recording of the material customization person.
In some embodiments, the material customizing terminal is further adapted to, in response to a user operating the material customizing terminal, obtain a prediction score of performance of a monitored human account associated with the currently logged-in monitored human account in detection and/or training.
In some embodiments, the material customization end is further adapted to obtain details and dynamic graphs of the prediction scores of the performance of the monitored human account in detection and/or training associated with the currently logged-in monitored human account in response to the user operating the material customization end.
And the monitoring terminal is suitable for responding to the operation of the user on the monitoring terminal to evaluate and manage the related data of one or more monitored person accounts related to the currently logged-in monitored person account.
In some embodiments, the evaluating and managing data related to one or more monitored human accounts associated with the currently logged-in monitoring human account comprises: personal information of a monitored person account related to the currently logged-in monitored person account, a detection and/or training record and data related to various aspects of performance in detection and/or training are obtained and displayed.
Wherein the performance-related data relating to aspects of detection and/or training includes: prediction scores and related data reports are presented in various dimensions for performance in detection and/or training.
In some embodiments, the monitoring terminal is further adapted to respond to the operation of the user on the monitoring terminal, and according to the condition set by the user on the time span and/or the capability dimension subentry, obtain and display a predicted score variation trend (implementing stage statistics of data) of one or more monitored human accounts associated with the currently logged-in monitoring human account with respect to the performance in detection and/or training.
In some embodiments, the monitoring terminal is further adapted to, in response to an operation of the monitoring terminal by a user, derive data related to a certain monitored person account associated with a currently logged-in monitored person account and/or send data related to a certain monitored person account associated with a currently logged-in monitored person account to one or more material customized person accounts associated with the monitored person account (to implement derivation and sharing of data).
In some embodiments, the monitoring terminal is further adapted to obtain a statistical report about all monitored person accounts associated with the currently logged-in monitored person in response to a user operating the monitoring terminal.
And the server is suitable for storing the materials uploaded by the material customizing terminal, storing the forecast scores of the monitored person accounts in the detection and/or training process, and storing the correlation among the monitored person accounts, the material customizing person accounts and the monitoring person accounts.
In some embodiments, a conversation between the material customizer and the monitor may be established to facilitate both parties discussing the situation of the monitored person with which they are associated. Specifically, a session between the currently logged material customizer account and the monitor associated with the monitored person can be established in response to the operation of the user on the material customizer. After the session is established, the material customizer and the monitoring person can conveniently communicate.
The above description of the technical solution shows that: in this embodiment, the cognitive ability detection training system based on the customized link memory game includes: the monitored person end is suitable for carrying out prediction scoring on the cognitive ability of the user and generating a game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user; the material customizing terminal is suitable for receiving the material uploaded by the user and uploading the material to the server so as to generate a game instance used when the account of the monitored person associated with the currently logged-in account of the material customizing person is detected and/or trained; the monitoring terminal is suitable for evaluating and managing related data of one or more monitored person accounts related to the currently logged-in monitored person account; the server is suitable for storing the materials uploaded by the material customizing terminal, storing the performance prediction scores of the account numbers of the monitored persons in detection and/or training, and storing the correlation among the account numbers of the monitored persons, the account numbers of the material customizing persons and the account numbers of the monitoring persons, so that the detection and training of the cognitive ability of the old persons in daily game activities are realized, the family members can conveniently know the current cognitive ability condition of the old persons in time, the system automatically customizes the materials uploaded by the persons according to the materials, and the personalized game examples are pertinently designed for the monitored persons.
Furthermore, the system automatically scores the performance of the monitored person in detection and/or training and stores the performance on the server, and the performance can be acquired and displayed by the monitoring person and the material customizing person associated with the monitored person, so that the monitoring person and the material customizing person can know the change of the cognitive ability condition of the monitored person in time.
Those skilled in the art will understand that, in the methods of the embodiments, all or part of the steps can be performed by hardware associated with program instructions, and the program can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, which can include: ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. A cognitive ability detection training device based on a customized link memory game is characterized by comprising:
a processor adapted to load and execute instructions of a software program;
a memory adapted to store a software program, the software program comprising a client program for implementing the following monitored human-side functions:
the monitored person end is suitable for carrying out prediction scoring on the cognitive ability of the user and generating a game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user;
the game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user is generated by customizing materials uploaded by the monitored person account number according to the forecast score of the performance of the monitored person account number which is logged currently in the detection and/or training process and the materials related to the monitored person account number which is logged currently; the material customizing terminal is suitable for responding to the operation of the user on the material customizing terminal to receive the material uploaded by the user and upload the material to the server; the monitoring terminal is suitable for responding to the operation of a user on the monitoring terminal to evaluate and manage the related data of one or more monitored person accounts related to the currently logged-in monitored person account; and the server is suitable for storing the materials uploaded by the material customizing terminal, storing the forecast scores of the monitored person accounts in the detection and/or training process, and storing the correlation among the monitored person accounts, the material customizing person accounts and the monitoring person accounts.
2. The cognitive ability detection training device according to claim 1, wherein the client program is adapted to run under an iOS system.
3. The learning ability detection training device according to claim 1, wherein account numbers are registered in advance on the server, and account number types of the account numbers are determined, and account numbers of different account number types respectively have authority to use their corresponding clients.
4. The cognitive ability detection training device based on a customized link memory game as claimed in claim 3, wherein the account number type includes: the account number of the monitored person, the account number of the material customization person and the account number of the monitoring person are determined; the monitored person account number has the authority of using the monitored person end, the material customizing person account number has the authority of using the material customizing end, and the monitoring person account number has the authority of using the monitoring end.

The cognitive ability detection training device according to a customized link memory game according to claim 1, wherein the generation of customized material uploaded by the human account based on the predicted score of the performance of the currently registered monitored human account in detection and/or training and the material associated with the currently registered monitored human account comprises: in the process of generating the game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user, the game difficulty of the game instance used by the account number of the monitored person in the subsequent detection and/or training is adjusted according to the forecast score of the performance of the account number of the monitored person in the detection and/or training.
6. The cognitive ability detection training device according to a customized link memory game according to claim 1, wherein the generation of customized material uploaded by the human account based on the predicted score of the performance of the currently registered monitored human account in detection and/or training and the material associated with the currently registered monitored human account comprises: in the process of generating the game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user, a certain amount of detection and/or training content about each dimension of the cognitive ability is respectively added in the game instance for detecting and/or training aiming at each dimension of the cognitive ability.

The cognitive ability detection training device based on a customized link memory game as claimed in claim 1, wherein the monitored person end is further adapted to provide one or more specialized detection and/or training games to the user; wherein the specialized detection and/or training game is adapted to detect and/or train for a particular dimension of cognitive ability.

The cognitive ability detection training device based on the customized link memory game as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predictive scoring of the cognitive ability of the user comprises: and performing predictive scoring of one or more ability dimension components on the performance of the user in detection and/or training.
9. The cognitive ability testing training device according to claim 1, wherein the monitored person is further adapted to upload the prediction scores of the cognitive ability of the user during the testing and/or training to the server after each testing and/or training of the user.
10. The cognitive ability detection training device according to claim 1, wherein the material includes: one or more of a character picture, an item picture, a scene picture associated with the monitored person.
11. The cognitive ability detection training device according to claim 1, wherein the predictive score of the performance of the monitored person in detection and/or training comprises a plurality of the following sub-items: an executive function class, a visual space function class, a naming class, an attention class, a language class, an abstract thinking ability class, a memory class, an orientation class, and a computing ability class.
12. A cognitive ability detection training system based on a customized link memory game is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a monitored person end, a material customizing end, a monitoring end and a server; wherein:
the monitored person end is suitable for carrying out prediction scoring on the cognitive ability of the user and generating a game instance for detecting and/or training the cognitive ability of the user;
the material customizing terminal is suitable for responding to the operation of the user on the material customizing terminal, receiving the material uploaded by the user and uploading the material to the server for generating a game instance used when the account number of the monitored person associated with the currently logged material customizing account number is detected and/or trained;
the monitoring terminal is suitable for responding to the operation of a user on the monitoring terminal to evaluate and manage the related data of one or more monitored person accounts related to the currently logged-in monitored person account;
and the server is suitable for storing the materials uploaded by the material customizing terminal, storing the forecast scores of the monitored person accounts in the detection and/or training process, and storing the correlation among the monitored person accounts, the material customizing person accounts and the monitoring person accounts.
