The equipment on the preposed production line 3, the first production line 1 and the second production line 2 is controlled through the data acquisition and monitoring control system in a centralized mode, and after printing processes of products to be processed are completed on the preposed production line 3 in sequence, the products enter the first production line 1 or the second production line 2 to perform subsequent coating processes. A first production line 1 for coating wallboard and a second production line 2 for coating floor share one printing production line to integrate the coating operation of wallboard and the coating operation of floor to one production line, merge two production lines into one, can greatly reduce the overall occupation of land space of production line, practice thrift land cost. After the coating is finished, the power roller machine 25 and the power roller RGV are matched to work, and the product is conveyed to a production line of the next procedure. By sharing the preposed production line 3 for printing, the automatic continuous production without shutdown of the board products of the matte wallboard, the bright wallboard and the floor on one production line is realized, the production efficiency in the board production process can be greatly improved, the production period is shortened, and the production cost is reduced.
As an alternative embodiment, the sanding area 7 is equipped with three sanding machines 21, when the first production line 1 runs, two sanding machines 21 are used alternately, the other sanding machine 21 is used as a backup, when one sanding machine 21 fails, the data acquisition and monitoring control system controls the failed sanding machine 21 to stop, and simultaneously the backup sanding machine 21 starts running. The production line can still continue to normally run without stopping when the sander 21 fails.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a control method of a plate coating production line, which is applied to the plate coating production line provided in embodiment 1 and comprises the following steps:
the ANDON all-in-one machine control terminal sends a line body starting instruction, the processed product enters a printing production line serving as a front production line, and the pattern on the surface of the product to be processed is printed through a polishing process, a substrate coating process, a printing process and a connecting layer coating process in sequence. After the data acquisition and monitoring control system receives the starting instruction, the first identification module receives the type information of the product to be processed, controls the first production line or the second production line to start working according to the type of the product to be processed, and simultaneously controls the product to be processed to enter the first production line or the second production line which starts working. And if the product to be processed is a floor serving as a second product, controlling the second production line to work, simultaneously controlling the front production line and the first production line as well as two transverse belt conveyors between the first production line and the second production line to operate, and driving the product to be processed to enter the second production line by using the two transverse belt conveyors. And on the second production line, the floor sequentially finishes six times of third rolling coating curing procedures, in the first five times of third rolling coating curing procedures, the floor is processed by using a single rolling coating machine and a four-lamp curing machine, and in the last time of third rolling coating curing procedures, the floor is processed by using the single rolling coating machine and an eight-lamp curing machine so as to finish final curing of the floor. And if the product to be processed is a wallboard serving as a first product, controlling a transverse belt conveyor between a front production line and the first production line to operate, driving the product to be processed to enter the first production line, simultaneously acquiring type information on the product to be processed by a second identification module, and controlling a double-roller coating machine to start working and a single-roller coating machine to stop when the type of the product to be processed is bright. And when the type of the product to be processed is bright, controlling the double-roller coating machine to start working, and stopping the single-roller coating machine. On a first production line, the wallboard sequentially completes a first roller coating curing process, a sanding process and a second roller coating curing process, the second roller coating curing process comprises a second roller coating process, a leveling process and a second curing process, and the leveling operation is performed on the wallboard before curing to improve the flatness of the surface of the wallboard. The product to be processed can finish the surface coating procedure through the first production line or the second production line.
When the first production line works to coat the wallboard, the data acquisition and monitoring control system controls one of the sanding machines in the sanding area to work until the sanding belt on the sanding machine needs to be replaced. And simultaneously controlling the other sander to start working. Before a command for starting the designated sanding machine is sent, whether the designated sanding machine is ready or not needs to be judged, if the designated sanding machine finishes the replacement readiness of the abrasive belt, the command is sent to control the designated sanding machine to start to run, and if the designated sanding machine is not ready, the acquisition and monitoring control system sends a locking and wire stopping command to control all machines on the production line to stop running. And meanwhile, when the first production line or the second production line works, controlling a storage machine at the tail end of the working production line to collect the products to be processed, judging whether the storage machine is full or fails in real time by the ANDON all-in-one machine, and controlling the storage machine at the tail end of the other production line to collect the products to be processed by the data acquisition and monitoring control system if the storage machine is full or fails.
The production line first inspection is carried out on the production line before batch production, and the production line first inspection refers to a process of carrying out equipment detection on all equipment in the production line in a remote mode before starting mass production. And judging whether the equipment parameters and the running state meet the process production requirements or not by detecting the effect of the plate processed by the equipment. When the production line is in a first inspection mode, the plate passes through the process equipment and then stops on a roller way at the back of the equipment. The quality testing personnel judges whether the product is qualified or not, when the product is qualified, a first-test qualified button is manually clicked on the ANDON all-in-one machine, the plate continuously passes through the next process equipment forwards and stops on a roller way behind the equipment, the quality testing personnel judges whether the product is qualified or not, and the process is repeated until the first test of all process equipment on the production line is completed; when the sheet passes through the equipment, the sheet is stopped on a roller way behind the equipment, and quality inspection personnel continue to detect and judge until the sheet passes through the qualification. In producing the line head and examining, panel is through the first sanding zone time of producing the line, defaults at first start the grinder that uses when stopping the line last time, if this grinder head is examined qualifiedly, then switches over the grinder, controls above-mentioned grinder to stop, makes another grinder start simultaneously, and panel stops on a grinder back section roll table after another grinder, and the quality testing personnel detect panel until all the equal head of grinder examine qualified back. And the ANDON all-in-one machine sends a starting instruction of the mass production line body, and the data acquisition and monitoring control system controls the corresponding production line and the roller coating machine to start working to carry out mass production according to the type and the type of the product to be processed.
When a certain process device on the production line breaks down, in order to prevent plates on the production line from colliding with each other, the ANDON all-in-one machine or the data acquisition and monitoring control system actively sends out a whole-line stop instruction, and all process devices and conveying devices on the production line stop. After equipment faults are eliminated, the ANDON all-in-one machine sends a production line reset instruction, the data acquisition and monitoring control system receives the instruction and then sequentially judges whether each process equipment on the production line can be started or not, if the process equipment on the production line can be started, the process equipment on the production line is controlled to be started sequentially according to the sequence, and if a certain process equipment cannot be started normally, the process equipment is manually adjusted and then judged again until the process equipment can be started normally.
The production line is centrally controlled by the data acquisition and monitoring control system, and each process device on the production line is controlled to be coordinated and matched, so that the non-stop automatic continuous production of different types of products of different types on the same production line is realized, the production efficiency in the production process of the plate can be greatly improved, the production period is shortened, and the production cost is reduced.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (14)

1. A control method for a plate coating production line is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring information of a product to be processed on a production line;
if the product is a first product, the first production line starts to work, meanwhile, the product to be processed enters the first production line, and a first roller coating curing process, a sanding process and a second roller coating curing process are sequentially completed;
if the product is a second product, the second production line starts to work, meanwhile, the product to be processed enters the second production line, and a third roller coating curing procedure is sequentially completed for multiple times;
and finishing surface coating of the product to be processed after the product to be processed passes through the first production line or the second production line.
2. The sheet coating line control method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: acquiring the type of a first product, and if the type of the first product is the first type, performing a roll coating process by using a double-roll coating machine in both the first roll coating curing process and the second roll coating curing process; and if the second type is adopted, the roller coating process is carried out by adopting a single roller coating machine in the first roller coating curing process and the second roller coating curing process.
3. The control method for the plate coating production line according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least two sanding machines are arranged in the sanding area, one sanding machine in the sanding area is controlled to work until the preset working condition is reached, the sanding machine is controlled to stop, and the other sanding machine is controlled to work.
4. A method for controlling a coating line of a sheet material according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein when the first production line or the second production line is operated, a stocker at the end of the operating production line is controlled to collect the product to be processed; and judging whether the material storage machine reaches a preset state, and if so, controlling the material storage machine at the tail end of another production line to collect the products to be processed.
5. The sheet coating line control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, before the product to be processed enters the first line or the second line: and controlling the product to be processed to enter a preposed production line, and completing the printing process and the pre-coating process in sequence.
6. The sheet coating line control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the second roll coating curing process comprises a second roll coating process, a leveling process and a second curing process.
7. A method for controlling a plate coating production line according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the curing time of the plate to be processed in the last third roll coating curing process is controlled to be longer than the curing time of the plate to be processed in other third roll coating curing processes.
8. A sheet coating line to which the sheet coating line control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 is applied, comprising:
the first production line (1) is sequentially provided with a first feeding area (4), a first roller coating curing area, a sand light area (7) and a second roller coating curing area along the conveying direction of a product to be processed;
the second production line (2) is sequentially provided with a second feeding area (11) and a plurality of groups of third roller coating curing areas along the conveying direction of the product to be processed;
the front production line (3) is connected with the first feeding area (4) and the second feeding area (11) respectively, and a first recognition module is installed on the front production line (3) to recognize a product to be processed and control the product to be processed to enter the first feeding area (4) or the second feeding area (11).
9. The plate coating production line according to claim 8, wherein a single-roll coating machine (23) and a double-roll coating machine (24) are installed on the first roll coating curing area and the second roll coating curing area, and a second identification module is installed on the front production line (3) to identify the type of the product to be processed and control the single-roll coating machine (23) or the double-roll coating machine (24) on the first roll coating curing area and the second roll coating curing area to work.
10. A sheet coating line according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that said sanding block (7) comprises at least two sanders (21) arranged in sequence.
11. Plate coating production line according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the end of the second production line (2) remote from the front production line (3) is flush with the end of the first production line (1) remote from the front production line (3), and a storage area (14) is provided at the end of the first production line (1) and/or the second production line (2) remote from the front production line (3).
12. A panel coating line according to any one of claims 8 to 11, characterised in that said pre-line (3) is a printing line, provided with a printing zone (19) and a pre-coating zone (20) in succession along the direction of transmission of the products to be processed.
13. A board coating line according to any of claims 8 to 12, characterized in that the second roll coating curing zone comprises a second roll coating zone (8), a levelling zone (9) and a second curing zone (10) arranged in sequence.
14. The board coating production line according to any one of claims 8 to 13, wherein the third roll coating curing zones comprise roll coating machines and ultraviolet curing machines, and the number of the lamp tubes of the ultraviolet curing machines on the end group of the third roll coating curing zones is greater than that of the ultraviolet curing machines on the third roll coating curing zones at other positions.
