Abstract
The invention relates to a sealing structure of a front combination lamp of an automobile, which comprises a large lamp cover, a plurality of small lamp covers arranged in the large lamp cover and connected with the large lamp cover, a light guide plate arranged in each small lamp cover, and a circuit board arranged at the rear ends of the light guide plates, and is characterized in that: the inner side of the big lamp cover is provided with an inner clamping part, and the rear part of the small lamp cover is provided with an outer clamping part; the outer clamping part of the small lamp shade is correspondingly clamped with the inner clamping part of the big lamp shade to form a U-shaped glue groove; coating sealant in the glue groove; the rear end of the light guide plate is provided with a rubber rib, and the rubber rib at the rear end of the light guide plate is inserted into the rubber groove coated with the sealant to form a complete local sealing structure. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the sealing structure for the front combination lamp of the automobile comprises a large lamp cover 1, three small lamp covers 2 arranged in the large lamp cover and connected with the large lamp cover, a light guide plate 3 arranged in each small lamp cover, and a circuit board 4 arranged at the rear end of the light guide plates, and is characterized in that: the inner side of the big lamp shade 1 is provided with an inner clamping part 11, and the rear part of the small lamp shade 2 is provided with an outer clamping part 21; the outer clamping part 21 of the small lamp shade 2 is correspondingly clamped with the inner clamping part 11 of the big lamp shade 1 to form a U-shaped glue groove 7; the sealant 8 is coated in the sealant groove; the split of the big lamp face cover and the small lamp face cover is divided into two parts, and then the whole body is formed through clamping, so that the process difficulty in the machining process and the difficulty of injection molding of a mold can be reduced.
The back end of the light guide plate 3 is provided with a rubber rib 31, and the rubber rib 31 at the back end of the light guide plate is inserted into the rubber groove 7 coated with the sealant 8 to form a complete local sealing structure. The local sealing structure enables air outside the lamp to be isolated from other sealing areas in the lamp, so that the problem that the local area on the surface of the lamp covers of large and small lamps is fogged and cannot be eliminated is solved.
The lamp shade further comprises a decorative frame 9 fixedly connected to the edge of the headlamp shade 1 through screws, and the decorative frame 9 covers the outer side of the partial sealing structure. Thereby obscuring all non-cosmetic structures.

The bottom of the light guide plate 3 is provided with a collimating optical lens structure, and the light outlet of the light guide plate 3 is provided with fine convex textures so as to refract and scatter light to an area required to be irradiated by laws and regulations.
The circuit board 4 is provided with an LED light source, and light emitted by the LED light source is collected and enters the light guide plate through a collimating optical lens at the bottom of the light guide plate 3.
The automobile front combined lamp with the local sealing structure has the advantages that air does not enter the automobile front combined lamp after the interior of the automobile front combined lamp is sealed, the inner surface of the automobile front combined lamp does not need to be sprayed with an anti-fog coating, the automobile lamp can be prevented from fogging, the cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the process defects caused by spraying are reduced.
