Abstract

An anti-fogging and anti-frosting device for a vehicle lamp includes an original lamp mask (2), an additional mask (1), a sealing gasket (3), an outer decorative ring (4), a screw (5), a heating wire (9) and a desiccant (8). The original lamp mask (2) is externally provided with at least one additional mask (1). A gap is provided between the additional mask (1) and the original lamp mask (2), and the desiccant (8) and the heating wire (9) are provided in the gap. A gas or vacuum layer is formed between the additional mask (1) and the original lamp mask (2). The desiccant (8) and the heating wire (9) further remove the remaining water vapor. Thus, fog will not be produced by air condensation in the masks even with a sudden drop of temperature, improving adaptability to extreme weather of the lamp. The disclosure has a simple structure, a low cost and strong practicability, and is applicable on halogen lamps, HID and LED and the like.

Description

ANTI-FOGGING AND ANTI-FROSTING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE LAMP TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicle lamp, and more specifically, to an anti-fogging and anti-frosting device for a vehicle lamp.
BACKGROUND
In the extreme temperature due to the temperature difference and humidity difference between the inside and outside of the lamp, it is easy to cause condensation inside the transparent mask of the lamp in the process of lighting and extinction of the exterior lamp of the vehicle, and the appearance of the lamp is frosting or fogging. Fogging inside the vehicle lamp affects not only the aesthetics of the lamp, but also the lighting effect of the exterior lamp and the driver’s driving vision, which eventually affects the safety of driving. Currently, the way to remove the fog in the vehicle lamp is usually to arrange a separate device in the lamp to heat the inside of the lamp, but since the humidity in the lamp is difficult to discharge, it takes longer time and less effect to remove the fog, and when the lamp is turned off, fogging occurs again due to the decrease of temperature inside the lamp.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
The present disclosure provides an anti-fogging and anti-frosting device for a vehicle lamp, which aims to improve anti-fogging and anti-frosting of an exterior lamp of the vehicle in an extreme weather.
In order to solve the above problems, the present disclosure is achieved by the following technical solution: the anti-fogging and anti-frosting device for vehicle lamp includes a lamp shell and an original lamp mask, the original lamp mask is provided at an opening of the lamp shell, and the original lamp mask is externally provided with at least a layer of an additional mask, a gap is provided between the additional mask and the original lamp mask or the additional masks, in which a desiccant or a heating wire can be provided as needed.
Further, the additional mask has a middle-convex shape.
Specifically, the middle-convex shape of the additional mask is consistent with an outer shape of the original lamp mask.
Preferably, the gap is 5-10 mm, and can be adjustable as needed.
Further, a sealing gasket is provided to seal between an inner edge of the additional mask and the original lamp mask or between the additional masks.
Further, a concave portion of an outer edge of the additional mask is provided with an outer decorative ring.
Specifically, an outer surface height of the outer decorative ring is consistent with an outer surface height of the additional mask, and a width of an outer edge of the outer decorative ring is consistent with a width of an outer edge of the original lamp mask.
Further, the additional mask and the outer decorative ring are fastened and connected to the original lamp mask through a screw.
Further, a material of the additional mask is glass, plastic, PVC, PC or plexiglass (acrylic) .
Further, an interlayer between the gap is gas or vacuum.
Further, a vent cap is provided on a back of the lamp shell.
Further, the heating wire is mounted at an inner side of the additional mask of the gap, and electrically connected to a power supply device.
The present disclosure provides an anti-fogging and anti-frosting device for vehicle lamp, compared with the prior art, removes the residual water vapor between the gap by forming an air gap layer between the additional mask and the original lamp mask and placing the desiccant and the heating wire between the gap. Since the air layer is a poor conductor of heat, the air will not be condensed by a drastic drop of the temperature, and water fog and frost will not be produced in the original lamp mask and in the additional mask The device can be used in lamps such as halogen lamps, HID and LED. The shape of the additional mask varies with the original lamp mask. Therefore, the disclosure can make the inside of the lamp mask not fogging or frosting in the extreme weather condition, and fundamentally solve the frosting and  fogging of the exterior lamp of the vehicle caused by the weather change, improving the adaptability to extreme weather of the lamp of the vehicle. The disclosure has a simple structure, a low cost and strong practicability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
The preferred implementations of the present disclosure will be described in detail combining with the drawings.
In order to make purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more clearly, the present disclosure will be further described in detail by embodiments combining with the drawings. It is understood that the specific embodiments are only used for illustrating the present disclosure and not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure.
It shall be noted that when an element is recited as being "provided on" the other  element, it can be directly or indirectly provided on the other element. When a part is recited as being "connected to" the other part, it can be directly or indirectly connected to the other part.
It shall further be noted that orientation wording, such as left, right, upper, lower, top, bottom and the like in embodiments are only relative concepts or refer to normal use of the product, and shall not be considered restrictive.
Referring to Figs 1-6, an anti-fogging and anti-frosting device for vehicle lamp provided by the present disclosure comprises an additional mask 1, an original lamp mask 2, a sealing gasket 3, an outer decorative ring 4, a screw 5, a lamp shell 6, and a vent cap 7.
Specifically, the original lamp mask 2 is provided at an opening of the lamp shell 6, the original lamp mask 2 is externally provided with at least a layer of the additional mask 1, the middle of the additional mask 1 is convex, so the middle is high while the edge is low. A shape of the additional mask 1 varies from a shape of the original lamp mask 2, and a shape of a middle-convex portion of the additional face mask 2 is consistent with an external shape of the original lamp mask 1.
Preferably, a gap between the middle-convex portion of the additional mask 1 and the original lamp mask 2 or between the additional masks 1 is 5-10 mm, which can be adjustable according to actual needs.
Between an inner edge of the additional mask 1 and the original lamp mask 2 or between the additional masks 1 is sealed by a sealing gasket 3, and an interlayer between the additional mask 1 and the original lamp mask 2 or the additional masks 1 is filled with gas or keeps in vacuum to maintain a certain air tightness.
A desiccant 8 or a heating wire 9 can be placed between the gap as needed to mainly prevent water vapor from remaining between the gap of the interlayer to fog the lamp mask.
An outer edge portion of the additional mask 1 is provided with an outer decorative ring 4 for a good aesthetic modification.
Specifically, a height of an upper surface of the decorative ring 4 is consistent with a height of an outer surface of the additional lamp mask 1, and a width of an  outer edge of the outer decorative ring 4 is consistent with a width of an outer edge of the original lamp mask 1, so that the outer decorative ring 4 plays a good role in beautifying the lamp mask, and the appearance of the headlamp of the vehicle is basically not affected, as well as the practicality is increased.
Specifically, the additional mask 1 and the outer decorative ring 4 are fastened and connected to the original lamp mask 2 via a screw 5. In addition, a sealing gasket 3 is provided between the lamp mask and the original lamp mask, so that the fixing and sealing functions are well performed.
Specifically, a material of the additional mask 1 is glass, plastic, PVC, PC or plexiglass (acrylic) , maintaining good light transmittance and durability.
Specifically, a back of the lamp shell 6 is further provided with a vent cap 7, mainly used for discharging gas and dissipating heat.
Specifically, the heating wire 9 is mounted at an inner side of the additional mask 1 of the gap, and electrically connected to a power supply device 10.
Alternatively, the additional mask 1 can also be provided at an inner side of the original lamp mask 2, which achieves the same effect.
The design of the present disclosure focuses on insulating the temperature difference between the outside and inside of the lamp by the gas in the gap of the interlayer between the original lamp mask 2 and the additional mask 1 or the additional masks 1 or by keeping in vacuum so as to prevent fogging and frosting, and the gap between the interlayer is adjustable, and the desiccant 8 and the heating wire 9 are provided to remove water vapor remaining in the gap, thereby further preventing the lamp mask from fogging. The device can completely solve the problems of fogging and frosting of the lamp in the bad weather, and can avoid the poor road lighting of the lamp due to fogging and frosting of the lamp and inconvenience to the traffic participants caused by bad signal lamp. It can be widely used in the exterior lamp of the vehicle.
Specifically, the working principle of the anti-fogging and anti-frosting device for vehicle lamp provided by the present disclosure is: during application, the sealed gas or vacuum layer is formed between the additional mask 1 and the original lamp  mask 2 or the additional masks 1. Since the gas or the vacuum layer is a poor conductor of heat, the temperature inside the lamp is not affected by the external temperature in the extreme weather. Fog will not be produced by air condensation in the light masks due to the change of internal and external temperature when the lamp is turned on or turned off., preventing water fog and frost in the original lamp mask and the additional mask. The heat inside the lamp is dissipated through the vent cap 7 provided on the back of the lamp shell 6, the device can be used in lamps such as halogen lamps, HID, and LED, the shape of the additional mask 1 varies with the shape of the original lamp mask 2. Therefore, the present disclosure can make the inside of the original lamp mask 2 not fogging or frosting in the extreme weather condition, solving the frosting and fogging of the exterior lamp of the vehicle due to a change of the weather, and improving the weather adaptability of the light lamp of the vehicle. Therefore, the disclosure has a simple structure, no influence on appearance, low cost and strong practicability.
The above description is only the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the implementation of the present disclosure is not limited to the above manner, as long as adopting any modification, equivalent replacement and improvement through the method concept and technical solution of the present disclosure, or directly applying the concept and technical solution of the present disclosure to other occasions without modification shall be included in the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

  1. An anti-fogging and anti-frosting device for a vehicle lamp, comprising a lamp shell and an original lamp mask, characterized in that the original lamp mask is provided at an opening of the lamp shell; the original lamp mask is externally provided with at least one additional mask; and a gap is provided between the additional mask and the original lamp mask or between two additional masks; a desiccant or a heating wire is provided in the gap.
  2. The anti-fogging and anti-frosting device for a vehicle lamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the gap is 5-10mm; and the gap is adjustable.
  3. The anti-fogging and anti-frosting device of claim 1, characterized in that an interlayer between the gap is gas or vacuum.
  4. The anti-fogging and anti-frosting device of claim 1, characterized in that a shape of the additional mask is consistent with an outer shape of the original lamp mask.
  5. The anti-fogging and anti-frosting device of claim 1, characterized in that a sealing gasket is provided to seal between an inner edge of the additional mask and the original lamp mask or between the the two additional masks..
  6. The anti-fogging and anti-frosting device of claim 1, characterized in that the additional mask is externally provided with an outer decorative ring; an outer surface height of the outer decorative ring is consistent with an outer surface height of the additional mask; and a width of an outer edge of the outer decorative ring is consistent with a width of an outer edge of the original lamp mask.
  7. The anti-fogging and anti-frosting device of claim 1, characterized in that the additional mask and the outer decorative ring are fastened and connected to the original lamp mask through a screw.
  8. The anti-fogging and anti-frosting device of claim 1, characterized in that a material of the additional mask is glass, plastic, PVC, PC or plexiglass.
  9. The anti-fogging and anti-frosting device of claim 1, characterized in that a vent cap is provided on a back of the lamp shell.
  10. The anti-fogging and anti-frosting device of claim 1, characterized in that the heating wire is mounted at an inner side of the additional mask of the gap, and electrically connected to a power supply device.
