Abstract
The invention discloses a novel waterproof sealing automobile front combined lamp, which comprises a high-beam and low-beam reflecting bowl, wherein the high-beam and low-beam reflecting bowl is provided with a high-beam reflecting bowl cavity and a low-beam reflecting bowl cavity; the rear lamp holder shell is fixed on the rear side of the high-beam and low-beam reflecting bowl through screws and is provided with a high-beam mounting wall, a low-beam mounting wall, a first waterproof cap mounting wall, a second waterproof cap mounting wall and a third positioning mounting wall, wherein the third positioning mounting wall sinks in a stepped manner from the second waterproof cap mounting wall; the decorative outer frame is arranged around the high and low beam reflection bowl; the front lamp cover shell is fixed on the decorative outer frame through screws and is buckled on the rear lamp holder shell in a buckling mode; and a mounting bracket. According to the invention, the rear lamp holder shell is sequentially provided with the second waterproof cap mounting wall, the high beam mounting wall, the first waterproof cap mounting wall, the low beam mounting wall and the third positioning mounting wall which are formed in a stepped manner, and the high beam and low beam reflecting bowls are matched, so that the light distribution excellence is enhanced, and meanwhile, the waterproof sealing performance is enhanced.

The high beam and low beam reflecting bowl 10 is provided with a high beam reflecting bowl cavity 11 and a low beam reflecting bowl cavity 12, the high beam reflecting bowl cavity 11 is backward relative to the low beam reflecting bowl cavity 12 and is designed in a step backward and streamline shape, and the mutual light distribution is prevented from being influenced by the fact that the layout is jammed together.
The rear lamp holder shell 20 is fixed at the rear side of the high and low beam reflection bowl 10 through screws, and is provided with a high beam mounting wall 21 corresponding to the high beam reflection bowl 11, a low beam mounting wall 22 corresponding to the low beam reflection bowl 12, a first waterproof cap mounting wall 23 positioned between the high beam mounting wall 21 and the low beam mounting wall 22, a second waterproof cap mounting wall 24 positioned at the outer side of the high beam mounting wall 21, and a third positioning mounting wall 25 positioned at the outer side of the low beam mounting wall 22, wherein the third positioning mounting wall 25 to the second waterproof cap mounting wall 24 sink in a stepped manner in sequence; corresponding to the high beam and low beam designs, a first waterproof cap mounting wall 23 is additionally arranged between the high beam mounting wall 21 and the low beam mounting wall 22, and a second waterproof cap mounting wall 24 is additionally arranged on the outer side of the high beam mounting wall 21, so that the waterproof sealing performance of the rear lamp holder shell 20 is ensured. The third positioning installation wall 25 realizes the installation and the reinforcement of the high and low beam reflection bowl 10, the guiding and the positioning, and the stability after the assembly is improved.
The decorative outer frame 30 surrounds the high and low beam reflecting bowl 10, so as to enhance the assembling stability with the rear lamp holder housing 20 and improve the decorative aesthetic property.
