背景技术
对于输送易燃易爆或有毒的气液管线来讲,安全生产至关重要,而传统阀门的阀杆与阀盖之间大多采用填料密封的结构进行密封,但是随着阀门的不断启闭调节,阀杆不断转动,调料密封的结构仍然可能产生松动患,一旦泄露必须停机更换,影响工作,而且会给安全生产带来很大的危害。而结合磁传动技术控制阀门阀体是一个完整的密封体,其中密封件基本不产生磨损,因此使用寿命长且无渗漏,为安全生产提供了可靠保证。
现有技术中申请号为:CN201721720680.X公开了一种磁传动截止阀。所述支架套设在外磁套外,并固定安装在阀体上部,所述外磁套上端一体形成有转轴,所述转轴穿出支架顶部,并可旋转地设置在支架上,所述转轴端部呈方柱体,并连接手轮。其优点在于设置了支架结构,不仅起到一个支撑外磁套的作用,而且起到一个隔离保护作用,进一步将内磁套、内磁环、隔离套、外磁套、外磁环与外界隔离,避免外界因素干扰,稳定性更高,使用寿命也更高,同时使得外磁套与隔离套分离,保持一定间距,外磁套旋转更加轻松,且不会对外磁套产生损坏。但是该装置中存在缺陷:虽然该装置中的转轴与支架之间还设有轴承,减少摩擦,使得通过手轮旋转转轴时更加轻松,但是使过程中仍不能有效降低手轮旋时的驱动力,工作人员旋转手轮时仍然较为费力;而且该装置中未设置快速泄压的装置,只能通过手轮进行管路的启闭控制,达不到快速泄压的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,包括主阀体以及主阀体顶部连接有控制箱体,所述主阀体底部两侧分别设有输入通道和输出通道,输入通道与输出通道之间设有相接通的相接孔,主阀体内腔中部一体成型有阀瓣,阀瓣中转接有阀杆,阀杆底部连接有阀芯,且阀芯与输入通道、输出通道的相接孔位置相对应,控制箱体内腔底部为磁传动室,磁传动室内部设有磁传动组件,控制箱体的内腔顶部为增扭室,增扭室内部设有减速增扭组件,控制箱体的顶部转接有输入转轴,输入转轴顶部设有手轮,输入转轴内端与控制箱体内部设有的减速增扭组件连接,减速增扭组件与磁传动组件,磁传动组件作用于阀杆的上端。
优选的,所述磁传动组件包括一体成型于阀瓣上端的内磁套,阀杆上部设置于内磁套内部的同轴心位置,阀杆上端设有内磁环块,所述内磁套外部套合有外磁筒座,外磁筒座的内部嵌设有多层外磁环块。
优选的,所述内磁环块与外磁环块均由多块沿轴向间隔布置的S极磁块与N极磁块组成,内磁环块与外磁环块中各个磁块的磁极呈相吸设置。
优选的,所述减速增扭组件由行星减速增扭组件构成,包括设置于输入转轴底端的太阳轮、与太阳轮同时啮合的三个行星轮、支撑三个行星轮的行星板架,以及固定于增扭室内壁且与三个行星轮同时啮合的内齿轮,行星板架底部设有增扭输出轴,且增扭输出轴贯穿延伸至与外磁筒座的上端固定连接。
优选的,所述阀芯包括阀芯支撑体,阀芯支撑体底部外壁设有呈倒圆锥体状的密封垫层,所述阀芯支撑体沿底部开设有贯穿至顶部一侧的泄流通道,泄流通道的下端口中滑动套合有泄流套筒,泄流套筒内部与阀芯支撑体内部之间连接有拉力弹簧,泄流套筒的两侧开设有泄流口。

本发明提供了如图1-9所示的一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,包括主阀体1以及主阀体1顶部连接有控制箱体2,主阀体1底部两侧分别设有输入通道101和输出通道102,输入通道101与输出通道102之间设有相接通的相接孔,主阀体1内腔中部一体成型有阀瓣202,阀瓣202中转接有阀杆4,阀杆4底部连接有阀芯401,且阀芯401与输入通道101、输出通道102的相接孔位置相对应,控制箱体2内腔底部为磁传动室,磁传动室内部设有磁传动组件,控制箱体2的内腔顶部为增扭室3,增扭室3内部设有减速增扭组件301,控制箱体2的顶部转接有输入转轴8,输入转轴8顶部设有手轮801,输入转轴8内端与控制箱体2内部设有的减速增扭组件301连接,由减速增扭组件301对输入转轴8输入的扭矩进行减速增扭,使手轮801转动更省力,减速增扭组件301与磁传动组件连接,最后由磁传动组件作用于阀杆4的上端,实现对阀杆4的转动,从而操控阀杆4的升降,实现阀芯401密封或者脱离对相接孔的抵触。
结合图2和图6所示,磁传动组件包括一体成型于阀瓣202上端的内磁套201,阀杆4上部设置于内磁套201内部的同轴心位置,阀杆4上端设有内磁环块5,内磁套201外部套合有外磁筒座6,外磁筒座6的内部嵌设有多层外磁环块7,如图7所示,内磁环块5与外磁环块7均由多块沿轴向间隔布置的S极磁块与N极磁块组成,内磁环块5与外磁环块7中各个磁块的磁极呈相吸设置,通过对外磁筒座6进行旋转,由外磁环块7吸引带动内磁环块5,从而驱使阀杆4进行旋转,实现阀杆4以及底部所连接阀芯401的升降。
结合图3和图6所示,减速增扭组件301由行星减速增扭组件构成,包括设置于输入转轴8底端的太阳轮3011、与太阳轮3011同时啮合的三个行星轮3013、支撑三个行星轮3013的行星板架3012,以及固定于增扭室3内壁且与三个行星轮3013同时啮合的内齿轮3014,行星板架3012底部设有增扭输出轴3015,且增扭输出轴3015贯穿延伸至与外磁筒座6的上端固定连接,在输入转轴8输入扭矩时,由减速增扭组件301进行减速增扭,且通过增扭输出轴3015对外磁筒座6进行输出扭矩,在对外磁筒座6转动时更为省力。
结合图4和图6所示,阀芯401包括阀芯支撑体4011,阀芯支撑体4011底部外壁设有呈倒圆锥体状的密封垫层4012,阀芯支撑体4011沿底部开设有贯穿至顶部一侧的泄流通道4013,泄流通道4013的下端口中滑动套合有泄流套筒4014,泄流套筒4014内部与阀芯支撑体4011内部之间连接有拉力弹簧4016,泄流套筒4014的两侧开设有泄流口4015,主阀体1底部且对应阀芯401的位置一体成型有内凹的电磁铁安装槽103,电磁铁安装槽103中设有电磁铁11,且泄流套筒4014的底部设有衔铁4017,电磁铁11通过接通电源使其磁化端磁化,电磁铁11的磁化端对泄流套筒4014底部的衔铁4017进行吸引,从而将泄流套筒4014将阀芯支撑体4011中抽拉出来,此时输入通道101内部流量可沿泄流套筒4014两侧的泄流口4015进入,且经过泄流通道4013进入输出通道102中,实现小流量的快速泄压。
结合图5和图6所示,主阀体1的侧壁中设有延伸至阀杆4与阀瓣202螺接处的润滑导油通道10,控制箱体2的侧壁中设有延伸至内齿轮3014位置的润滑导油通道10,主阀体1、控制箱体2内部所设的润滑导油通道10相接通,控制箱体2的一侧设有与润滑导油通道10相接通的油缸9,油缸9内部存储有润滑由沿润滑导油通道10进行导流,对阀杆4与阀瓣202螺接处以及减速增扭组件301等传动件进行润滑,油缸9内部为垂直圆柱状的油腔,油缸9的顶部一侧设有补油口,补油口外端连接有进液单向阀904,外接油路连接进液单向阀904实现对油缸9中的润滑油补充,油缸9的顶部滑动穿插有至油腔内部的压杆901,压杆901内端连接有活塞902与油腔内壁配适滑接,压杆901的上端设有压座903,通过对压座903进行按压,即可将油缸9内部储存的润滑油进行挤压,使得润滑油沿润滑导油通道10快速达到润滑定位。
本发明工作原理:本发明进行管路启闭操控时,通过手持手轮801对输入转轴8进行驱动,由减速增扭组件301对输入转轴8输入的扭矩进行减速增扭,且通过增扭输出轴3015对外磁筒座6进行输出扭矩,在对外磁筒座6转动时更为省力;在外磁筒座6进行旋转,由外磁环块7吸引带动内磁环块5,从而驱使阀杆4进行旋转,实现阀杆4以及底部所连接阀芯401的升降,实现阀芯401密封或者脱离对相接孔的抵触
当管路需要进行小流量的快速泄压时,控制电磁铁11接通电源使其磁化端磁化,电磁铁11的磁化端对泄流套筒4014底部的衔铁4017进行吸引,从而将泄流套筒4014将阀芯支撑体4011中抽拉出来,此时输入通道101内部流量可沿泄流套筒4014两侧的泄流口4015进入,且经过泄流通道4013进入输出通道102中,实现小流量的快速泄压;
本发明进行润滑时,通过对压座903进行按压,即可将油缸9内部储存的润滑油进行挤压,使得润滑油沿润滑导油通道10快速达到润滑定位,对阀杆4与阀瓣202螺接处以及减速增扭组件301等传动件进行润滑。

Claims (8)

1.一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,包括主阀体(1)以及主阀体(1)顶部连接有控制箱体(2),其特征在于:所述主阀体(1)底部两侧分别设有输入通道(101)和输出通道(102),输入通道(101)与输出通道(102)之间设有相接通的相接孔,主阀体(1)内腔中部一体成型有阀瓣(202),阀瓣(202)中转接有阀杆(4),阀杆(4)底部连接有阀芯(401),且阀芯(401)与输入通道(101)、输出通道(102)的相接孔位置相对应,控制箱体(2)内腔底部为磁传动室,磁传动室内部设有磁传动组件,控制箱体(2)的内腔顶部为增扭室(3),增扭室(3)内部设有减速增扭组件(301),控制箱体(2)的顶部转接有输入转轴(8),输入转轴(8)顶部设有手轮(801),输入转轴(8)内端与控制箱体(2)内部设有的减速增扭组件(301)连接,减速增扭组件(301)与磁传动组件,磁传动组件作用于阀杆(4)的上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,其特征在于:所述磁传动组件包括一体成型于阀瓣(202)上端的内磁套(201),阀杆(4)上部设置于内磁套(201)内部的同轴心位置,阀杆(4)上端设有内磁环块(5),所述内磁套(201)外部套合有外磁筒座(6),外磁筒座(6)的内部嵌设有多层外磁环块(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,其特征在于:所述内磁环块(5)与外磁环块(7)均由多块沿轴向间隔布置的S极磁块与N极磁块组成,内磁环块(5)与外磁环块(7)中各个磁块的磁极呈相吸设置。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,其特征在于:所述减速增扭组件(301)由行星减速增扭组件构成,包括设置于输入转轴(8)底端的太阳轮(3011)、与太阳轮(3011)同时啮合的三个行星轮(3013)、支撑三个行星轮(3013)的行星板架(3012),以及固定于增扭室(3)内壁且与三个行星轮(3013)同时啮合的内齿轮(3014),行星板架(3012)底部设有增扭输出轴(3015),且增扭输出轴(3015)贯穿延伸至与外磁筒座(6)的上端固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,其特征在于:所述阀芯(401)包括阀芯支撑体(4011),阀芯支撑体(4011)底部外壁设有呈倒圆锥体状的密封垫层(4012),所述阀芯支撑体(4011)沿底部开设有贯穿至顶部一侧的泄流通道(4013),泄流通道(4013)的下端口中滑动套合有泄流套筒(4014),泄流套筒(4014)内部与阀芯支撑体(4011)内部之间连接有拉力弹簧(4016),泄流套筒(4014)的两侧开设有泄流口(4015)。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,其特征在于:所述主阀体(1)底部且对应阀芯(401)的位置一体成型有内凹的电磁铁安装槽(103),电磁铁安装槽(103)中设有电磁铁(11),且泄流套筒(4014)的底部设有衔铁(4017)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,其特征在于:所述主阀体(1)的侧壁中设有延伸至阀杆(4)与阀瓣(202)螺接处的润滑导油通道(10),控制箱体(2)的侧壁中设有延伸至内齿轮(3014)位置的润滑导油通道(10),主阀体(1)、控制箱体(2)内部所设的润滑导油通道(10)相接通,控制箱体(2)的一侧设有与润滑导油通道(10)相接通的油缸(9)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种磁传动的低功耗阀门,其特征在于:所述油缸(9)内部为垂直圆柱状的油腔,油缸(9)的顶部一侧设有补油口,补油口外端连接有进液单向阀(904),油缸(9)的顶部滑动穿插有至油腔内部的压杆(901),压杆(901)内端连接有活塞(902)与油腔内壁配适滑接,压杆(901)的上端设有压座(903)。
