As a preferred embodiment, the width of the accommodating through groove 100 is larger than the thickness of the wall of the steel tube 4. The pipe wall of the end part of the scaffold steel pipe has movable allowance in the accommodating through groove.
In this embodiment, two ear plates 11 are connected to the outside of the elastic ferrule 1. The surfaces of the two ear plates are oppositely arranged. The two ear plates 11 are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the gap 10. The ear plate 11 is perforated.
As a preferred embodiment, the quick release locking structure 2 includes: connecting bolt 21, stopper 22, cam 23.

Further, a drive pawl 232 is connected to the circumferential surface of the cam 23.
In a preferred embodiment, the elastic hoop and the extension rod are made of carbon fiber profiles. The ultrahigh tensile strength and the smaller mass of the carbon fiber material can be effectively utilized, and the dead weight of the scaffold is reduced while the bearing capacity of the elastic hoop is ensured.
