Abstract

本发明涉及合成革制作领域,且公开了一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革,包括依次贴合的表面层、收缩复合层、粘接层及底布,表面层上通过刻蚀生成有类蜥蜴纹路,收缩复合层中设有高弹性地层状分布结构。本发明采取刻蚀工艺对表面层进行处理,生成类蜥蜴纹路十分美观,具有质感,由聚丙烯酸酯乳液固化制得的六边形块错位粘接形成的收缩复合层大大增加了装置延展性,在制备形态各异的皮制品过程中可以通过自身地收缩延展来进行适应,而不需要进行大量的剪裁拼接来对产品进行包覆,减小用料成本,降低加工难度。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成革制作领域,具体为一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革。
背景技术
合成革是模拟天然革的组成和结构并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品,通常以经浸渍的无纺布为网状层,微孔聚氨酯层作为粒面层制得,其正、反面都与皮革十分相似,并具有一定的透气性,比普通人造革更接近天然革,广泛用于制作鞋、靴、箱包和球类等。
现有的合成革表面花纹处理较为简单,不够美观且质感不足,另外现有合成革中由于存在无纺布制成的网状层的结构限制,导致产出的合成革难以收缩,延展性存在不足,不能在制备形态各异的皮制品过程中通过自身地收缩延展来进行适应,需要进行大量的剪裁拼接来对产品进行包覆,这不仅加大了皮制品生产过程中的用料成本,产生过多的废弃边角料,还增加了加工的工序和难度,因此需要做出相应改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革,包括依次贴合的表面层、收缩复合层、粘接层及底布;
所述表面层上通过刻蚀生成有类蜥蜴纹路;
所述收缩复合层中设有高弹性地层状分布结构。
优选的,所述表面层的类蜥蜴纹路相对表面层本体延伸方向呈倾斜状等距分布。
优选的,所述表面层由添加有机阻燃剂的微孔聚氨酯树脂制成,其中阻燃剂为经细化处理的聚磷酸铵、烷基次磷酸铝、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐中的一种或几种的粉末状混合物,平均粒径为2~4μm。
优选的,所述收缩复合层中均匀排布有六边形块,同一水平面上的所述六边形块边壁相互挤压贴合,同一竖直面上的所述六边形块错位粘接。
优选的,所述六边形块由聚丙烯酸酯乳液固化制得。
优选的,所述底布由聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚氨酯弹性纤维以1:1:1:4的比例均匀混合纺织制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下几点有益效果:
1、相较于简单的压印生成均匀地花纹,本发明中采取刻蚀工艺对表面层进行处理,生成类蜥蜴纹路十分美观,具有质感。
2、由聚丙烯酸酯乳液固化制得的六边形块错位粘接形成的收缩复合层大大增加了装置延展性,在制备形态各异的皮制品过程中可以通过自身地收缩延展来进行适应,而不需要进行大量的剪裁拼接来对产品进行包覆,减小用料成本,降低加工难度。

实施例一
表面花纹处理
请参阅图1,图示中一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革,包括依次贴合的表面层1、收缩复合层2、粘接层3及底布4,表面层1上通过刻蚀生成有类蜥蜴纹路,表面层1的类蜥蜴纹路相对表面层1本体延伸方向呈倾斜状等距分布,表面层1由添加有机阻燃剂的微孔聚氨酯树脂制成,其中阻燃剂为经细化处理的聚磷酸铵、烷基次磷酸铝、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐中的一种或几种的粉末状混合物,平均粒径为2~4μm。
相较于简单的压印生成均匀地花纹,本发明中采取刻蚀工艺对表面层1进行处理,生成类蜥蜴纹路不仅十分美观,具有质感,而且均匀、倾斜状地纹路分布使得水液在与合成革在表面接触后沿着类蜥蜴纹路快速滑出,不至于长时间停留在合成革的表面,提高合成革的疏水性能,增强合成革的使用寿命。
实施例二
延展性增强
请参阅图1-3,收缩复合层2中均匀排布有六边形块21,同一水平面上的六边形块21边壁相互挤压贴合,同一竖直面上的六边形块21错位粘接,六边形块21由聚丙烯酸酯乳液固化制得。
由聚丙烯酸酯乳液固化制得的六边形块21本身即具有弹性,而同一竖直面上的六边形块21错位粘接,同一水平面上的六边形块21边壁相互挤压贴合,这样在进行延展时,同一水平面上每一相邻的六边形块21间的拉伸距离共同叠加,即为合成革整体的延展限度,相较于现有的网状纤维结构,不仅大大增加了合成革的延展程度,而且在延展时,六边形块21虽然之间产生了缝隙,但由于是处于错位叠加的状态,这样六边形块21拼合的整体仍具有一定的疏水性。

1.一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革,其特征在于:包括依次贴合的表面层(1)、收缩复合层(2)、粘接层(3)及底布(4);
所述表面层(1)上通过刻蚀生成有类蜥蜴纹路;
所述收缩复合层(2)中设有高弹性地层状分布结构;
所述收缩复合层(2)中均匀排布有六边形块(21),同一水平面上的所述六边形块(21)边壁相互挤压贴合,同一竖直面上的所述六边形块(21)错位粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革,其特征在于:所述表面层(1)的类蜥蜴纹路相对表面层(1)本体延伸方向呈倾斜状等距分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革,其特征在于:所述表面层(1)由添加有机阻燃剂的微孔聚氨酯树脂制成,其中阻燃剂为经细化处理的聚磷酸铵、烷基次磷酸铝、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐中的一种或几种的粉末状混合物,平均粒径为2~4μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革,其特征在于:所述六边形块(21)由聚丙烯酸酯乳液固化制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超仿真收缩蜥蜴纹合成革,其特征在于:所述底布(4)由聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚氨酯弹性纤维以1:1:1:4的比例均匀混合纺织制成。
