In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, the collecting box 13 is fixed at the bottom of the outer frame 1 and near the front end side of the outer frame 1 in the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 5, and the bottom surface inside the collecting box 13 is disposed obliquely downward toward the conveying direction of the conveying belt 8.
The collection box 13 is arranged to collect the clothes pushed down by the clothes pushing mechanism 12, and the cylindrical clothes roll towards the inclined bottom of the collection box 13 under the action of gravity by inclining the collection box 13 towards the rolling direction, so that the cylindrical clothes are automatically placed close to each other.

In this embodiment, the length of the clothes stacking plate 23 is set to substantially cover the sum of the lengths of the conveying mechanism 5, the rolling mechanism 11 and the clothes pushing mechanism 12 in the conveying direction, and the push plate 20 is higher than the position of the output shaft of the steering engine 21, so that the push plate 20 can be slightly higher than the position of the clothes stacking plate 23, when the clothes pushing mechanism 12 pushes the cylindrical clothes to leave the rolling rod 17, the cylindrical clothes can firstly fall on the clothes stacking plate 23, and then the position of the clothes stacking plate 23 is changed by the steering engine 21 to enable the clothes stacking plate 23 to incline downwards towards the inside of the collecting box 13, so that the cylindrical clothes fall into the collecting box 13 from the clothes stacking plate 23, and the cylindrical clothes fall down is buffered, so that the posture of the cylindrical clothes can be conveniently adjusted.

In this embodiment, a space is reserved at the front end of the clothes stacking plate 23 for the cylindrical clothes to fall down, so that the cylindrical clothes can fall into the collecting box 13 directly below the blanking gap for collecting, the clothes stacking plate 23 is equal in length to the conveyor belt 8 and aligned with the front end and the rear end, and the clothes length can be basically the same as that of one piece of clothes, so that the space is saved, the front-rear length of the moving frame 3 is smaller, the front-rear length of the outer frame 1 is reduced, the occupied volume of the whole device is reduced, the length of the clothes stacking plate 23 is reduced, and the weight of the whole device is reduced.
In another technical scheme, as shown in fig. 1-4, the upper end of the outer frame 1 is connected with an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, and the irradiation direction of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is set towards the rolling mechanism 11.
By arranging the ultraviolet disinfection lamp, the clothes are positioned in the irradiation range of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp from the clothes stacking process, so that the clothes are sterilized and disinfected in the accommodating process, and the mechanical clothes finishing device is particularly suitable for areas with overcast and rainy south, is not dried for a long time and is easy to grow bacteria.
In summary, the mechanical clothes finishing device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the conveying mechanism, the clothes stacking mechanism, the rolling mechanism and the clothes pushing mechanism are integrated and installed on the moving rack to form a modularized structure, a linked mechanical structure is formed, the mechanical structure can move back and forth on the outer frame along with the moving rack, meanwhile, under the meshing effect of the first gear, the second gear and the rack, the conveying mechanism and the rolling mechanism are driven to operate when the moving rack moves, the integrated function of winding and storing clothes is realized, the clothes are reasonably utilized in a roll form, the clothes finishing device is used in the field of family life, the clothes finishing efficiency is improved, the whole structure is light and easy to install and use, the service life is long, and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp is additionally arranged, so that the clothes are disinfected when the clothes are rolled.

1. A mechanical garment finishing device, comprising:
the support frame comprises an outer frame and a moving frame, wherein the outer frame is of a cuboid structure, a pair of mutually parallel sliding rails are symmetrically arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the outer frame along the horizontal direction, the moving frame is arranged in the outer frame and is in sliding connection with the pair of sliding rails, the upper end of the moving frame is divided into a left half space and a right half space which are respectively close to one side of the sliding rails, and racks are arranged on the outer frame below one side of the sliding rails along the length direction of the sliding rails;
the transmission mechanism is arranged in a half space of the upper end of the moving rack, which is close to the rack, and comprises at least two rotating shafts, the rotating shafts are horizontally arranged perpendicular to the extending direction of the rack, a plurality of transmission wheels are sleeved and fixed on each rotating shaft at intervals, a transmission belt is wound on all the transmission wheels positioned on the same straight line parallel to the extending direction of the rack, a first gear is fixed at one end of each rotating shaft, which is close to the rack, and the first gear is meshed with the rack for transmission, and the rotating shafts are connected to the moving rack through bearing seats;
the clothes folding mechanism is connected in a half space, far away from the rack, of the moving rack, is arranged opposite to the conveyor belt and is used for folding clothes in half towards the surface of the conveyor belt;
the rolling mechanism is connected to the moving frame and positioned at the front end of the conveying mechanism in the conveying direction and is used for rolling the clothes conveyed by the conveying mechanism;
the clothes pushing mechanism is connected to the moving rack and used for pushing the coiled clothes to leave the coiling mechanism along the axial direction;
a collection box for collecting laundry falling off the winding mechanism;
the rolling mechanism comprises a main shaft, the main shaft is parallel to a rotating shaft, the main shaft is connected to the moving rack through a bearing seat, one end of the main shaft extends towards the rack and is fixedly provided with a second gear, the second gear is in meshed transmission with the rack, the other end of the main shaft is fixedly provided with a connecting plate, the other surface of the connecting plate is symmetrically connected with two rolling rods, and the rolling rods are parallel to the rotating shaft and extend towards the middle of the moving rack;
the clothes pushing mechanism comprises driving motors symmetrically arranged on two sides of the axial direction of the winding mechanism, the driving motors are fixed on the moving frame, the output ends of the driving motors are fixedly connected with screw rods, two screw rods are arranged in parallel with the winding rods, push plates are sleeved on the two screw rods together, the push plates are connected with each screw rod through threads, a circular through hole is formed in the center of each push plate, and the two winding rods penetrate through the through holes and are coaxially arranged with the circle center of the push plates.

The mechanical clothes finishing device of claim 1, wherein the clothes folding mechanism comprises a steering engine, the steering engine is fixed on the moving frame and is arranged close to the conveying mechanism, an output shaft of the steering engine is horizontally and radially connected with a supporting shaft, the upper surface of the supporting shaft is connected with a clothes folding plate, the length of the clothes folding plate is smaller than the half length of the moving frame in the direction parallel to the rotating shaft, and the steering engine is used for driving the clothes folding plate to turn towards the conveying belt.

The mechanical clothes finishing device of claim 2, wherein the moving rack is of a cuboid-shaped frame structure, a middle cross rod is connected to the moving rack in the middle along the extending direction of the rack, side cross rods are connected to one side, close to the rack, of the moving rack along the extending direction of the rack, two ends of each rotating shaft are connected to the middle cross rod and the side cross rods through bearing blocks respectively, the driving motor is fixed to the side cross rods, the main shaft is connected to the side cross rods through the bearing blocks, the steering gears are fixed to the middle cross rods, two steering gears are arranged, and the two steering gears are located between the two rotating shafts.

5. A mechanical clothes treating apparatus as claimed in claim 4 wherein the side of the deck at the forward end of the conveying direction extends forwardly beyond all of the screw shafts, the push plate being located higher than the output shaft of the drive motor.

A mechanical clothes finishing device according to claim 2, wherein the length of the clothes folding plate is equal to that of the conveyor belt, the front and rear ends of the clothes folding plate and the conveyor belt in the conveying direction are respectively aligned in the horizontal direction, a blanking gap is formed between one side of the front end of the clothes folding plate in the conveying direction and the moving frame, and the collecting box is used for collecting clothes falling from the blanking gap.
7. A mechanical clothes conditioning apparatus as claimed in any of claims 1 to 6 wherein the upper end of the outer frame is connected with an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, the irradiation direction of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp being set toward the winding mechanism.
