Referring to fig. 11, the quilting apparatus includes a machine platen 1, a support 2 for supporting the machine platen 1, and a machine body 3 provided on the machine platen 1. The machine body 3 is provided with a needle 31, and when the machine body 3 runs, the overlapped cloth is sewn through the lower part of the needle 31.
The bedplate 1 is provided with a vertically penetrating installation gap 11, and the installation gap 11 comprises a hanging section 111 and an installation section 112. When the cloth at the waist of the trousers is sewn, the legs of the trousers can be hung in the hanging area 111. Two installation sections 112 are arranged, and the two installation sections 112 are respectively communicated with the two sides of the hanging section 111 in the cloth feeding direction. The machine board 1 forms an extension plate 12 for cloth and elastic bands to be sleeved on through a hanging section 111 and a mounting section 112, and the needle 31 on the machine body 3 falls on the upper side of the extension plate 12.
The bottom of the extension plate 12 is provided with a connecting rod 13, and is connected with a supporting frame 43 through the connecting rod 13, two supporting rods 42 on the supporting frame 43 are respectively positioned in two installation areas 112, after the waist of trousers is sleeved on the tensioning roller 41, the cloth at the waist of trousers can be sleeved outside the extension plate 12 at the same time, and the waist of trousers can rotate around the extension plate 12 in the sewing process so as to facilitate the whole sewing.
Preferably, the mounting section 112 near the front end of the cloth feeding direction transversely penetrates the machine table board 1 in the direction, and the operator is positioned at the end position when operating, and the end penetrates to form a gap, so that the operator can conveniently and transversely feed the trousers into the mounting gap 11 directly when operating, and can also directly and transversely take the trousers out when finishing quilting.
The quilting equipment of the embodiment of the application has the following implementation principle:
the waist of trousers to be quilted and the elastic band are sleeved on the tensioning roller 41 and are overlapped and positioned, and the overlapped part of the waist of trousers is positioned at the bottom of the machine needle 31. The staff controls the cloth after the superposition to be sewn through the bottom of the machine needle 31, the tensioning roller 41 can rotate along with the movement of the cloth, the stability of the cloth in the moving process is kept, and the quilting of the elastic band and the waistband can be completed after the waistband is moved for a circle.

Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, two tension rollers 41 are provided, and one side wall of each of the two mounting sections 112, which is away from the hanging section 111, serves as a mounting carrier for the two tension rollers 41. The tension roller 41 is rotatably disposed on the mounting carrier, and the diameter of the tension roller 41 at the overlapping section 411 is not less than the thickness of the extension plate 12. The waist and the elastic band can be sleeved on the extension plate 12 when being sleeved on the tensioning roller 41, and the overlapped position of the waist after being overlapped can be positioned below the machine needle 31.
Example 8:
this embodiment discloses a quilting apparatus which is different from embodiment 7 in that an adjusting mechanism 44 for controlling the interval between two pinch rollers 41 is further provided on the mounting carrier.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the adjusting mechanism 44 includes an adjusting screw 445, and the tension roller 41 includes a central fixed rod 415 and a rotating sleeve 416 rotatably disposed outside the fixed rod 415, wherein an end portion of the fixed rod 415 has a moving block 4151, and the moving block 4151 is screw-fitted to the adjusting screw 445 to be moved by the rotation of the adjusting screw 445.
The side wall of the bedplate 1, which is far away from the hanging section 111 in the mounting section 112, is provided with an adjusting groove 14 for the moving block 4151 to slide, the adjusting screw 445 is rotatably arranged in the adjusting groove 14, the axial direction of the adjusting screw 445 is parallel to the cloth feeding direction of the quilting equipment, the cross section of the moving block 4151 is consistent with that of the adjusting groove 13, and therefore the moving block 4151 is limited to move only along the axial direction of the adjusting screw 445 and cannot rotate along with the rotation of the adjusting screw 445.
One end of the adjusting screw 445 is transmitted out of the side wall of the bedplate 1 and is connected with a control handle 4451 convenient for the operation of human hands. The worker drives the adjusting screw 445 to rotate through the control handle 4451, and the tension roller 41 can move.
In the present embodiment, the adjusting mechanism 44 is provided only in one set and is connected to the tension roller 41 near the front end in the cloth feeding direction. In other embodiments, the adjusting mechanism 44 may be attached to the tension roller 41 near the rear end in the cloth feeding direction; it is also possible to arrange the adjustment mechanisms 44 in two sets and to connect the two pinch rollers 41 simultaneously. In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the adjusting mechanism 44 is attached to the tension roller 41 near the front end in the cloth feeding direction, so that the operator can easily control the adjusting mechanism 44.
In other embodiments, the adjusting mechanism 44 may be replaced by a linear movement such as an air cylinder or a sliding-slot-sliding-block fit.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)
