The flat knitting machine collar 100 includes a flat knitting machine collar main body 110 and an intarsia structure 120, the flat knitting machine collar main body 110 is a strip-shaped structure with a width gradually decreasing from the middle to both ends, and a first side 111 of the flat knitting machine collar main body 110 is an outward-protruding arc-shaped side capable of shielding a back collar rib 200 of clothes. Compared with the traditional flat knitting machine collar, the flat knitting machine collar 100 is additionally provided with the intarsia tissues 120 connected with the flat knitting machine collar main body 110, the intarsia tissues 120 are strip-shaped structures with the width gradually increasing from the middle to two ends, the fourth side edge 122 of the intarsia tissues 120 is an inwards concave arc-shaped edge, the intarsia tissues 120 are positioned at the part, close to the neck, of the flat knitting machine collar 100, and in the weaving process, the intarsia tissues 120 can play a role in supporting the arc-shaped structure of the flat knitting machine collar main body 110 of the next flat knitting machine collar.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in one example, the second side 112 of the flat-bed collar main body 110 is a straight side. Third side 121 of intarsia structure 120 is a straight side. The second side 112 of the flat-knitting collar body 110 is in anastomotic connection with the third side 121 of the intarsia structure 120.
In one example, the flat-knitting collar body 110 and the intarsia structure 120 are sewn together by a fish string 130.
In one example, the flat knitting machine collar 100 is a two-sided collar. The front and back of the flat knitting machine collar main body 110 are formed by interweaving cotton yarns and polyester yarns, and the front and back are connected by spandex yarns.
Further, in one example, the knitting method of the flat-bed collar body 110 includes the steps of:
step 1, taking polyester yarns and cotton yarns as front yarns, and performing single-side knitting on an upper needle bed of a flat knitting machine to form a front side;
step 2, taking the polyester yarns and the cotton yarns as back side yarns, and performing single-side knitting on a lower needle bed of a flat knitting machine to form a back side;
and 3, taking spandex filaments as connecting wires, and performing double-sided knitting on an upper needle bed and a lower needle bed of the flat knitting machine to connect the front side and the back side.
The polyester yarn and the cotton yarn can be woven by a plurality of yarns together. In one example, there are 2 polyester yarns and 3 cotton yarns.
As shown in fig. 2, in one example, the flat-knitting head body 110 includes a first region 113 and a second region 114. The first area 113 is a strip-shaped area extending inward from the second side 112, the width of the first area 113 gradually decreases from the middle to both ends, the side of the first area 113 opposite to the second side 112 is a convex arc, spandex filaments are knitted with 1 needle at intervals in the first area 113, the second area 114 is an area of the flat-bed machine collar main body 110 except the first area 113, and the knitting method of the spandex filaments in the second area 114 is knitting per needle.
The number of coil lines (CPI) per unit length of the 1-by-1-needle drawframe mode is less than that of the drawframe mode per needle. I.e. the same modulus, the area of 1 by 1 needle hanging and pulling frame will be higher than the area of each needle hanging and pulling frame. The flat knitting machine collar body 110 of the above example has 1-needle every other cradle in the first region 113, and the cloth surface is looser than the cloth surface obtained by each cradle in the second region 114. The collar body 110 can exhibit the effect of an arc-shaped structure.
In one example, when the intarsia structure 120 is woven, a jacquard is used to sequentially increase the number of rows from the middle position to the two end positions, so that the number of rows on the left and right sides is larger than that on the middle, i.e., the middle module is small and the two sides module is large, thereby showing the effect of narrow middle and wide two sides.
In one example, the cotton yarn has a count of 39.5S to 40.5S. Further, in one example, the cotton yarn has a count of 39.8S to 40.3S. In some specific examples, the cotton yarn has a count of 39.5S, 39.9S, 40S, 40.2S, etc.
In one example, the cotton yarn is 39.5S-40.5S siro compact spinning cotton.
In order to ensure that the radian of the flat knitting machine collar 100 can meet the requirement of covering the back collar rib 200, the flat knitting machine collar 100 preferably cancels cylinder entering enzyme washing in the after-finishing process, so cotton yarns with good hairiness are required to be selected as raw materials, and the hairiness of the cloth surface of a finished product is ensured to meet the requirement. The cotton yarn adopts 39.5S-40.5S siro compact spinning cotton yarn, and the yarn hairiness is good.
In one example, the strength of the cotton yarn is 270 cN-330 cN, the hairiness H value is 3.4-4.1, the yarn evenness is 10.8-12.1%, and the twist is 21.7 TPI-23 TPI. Further, in one specific example, the cotton yarn had a tenacity of 292.8cN, a hairiness H value of 3.82, a yarn evenness of 11.61%, and a twist of 22.4 TPI.
In one example, the polyester yarn is 80.51 dtex-85.49 dtex high elastic yarn.
In one specific example, the polyester yarn is 75D/36F high stretch yarn.
In one example, the number of the spandex filaments is 67.2D-72.8D. Further, in one example, the number of the spandex filaments is 69D-71D. In some specific examples, the spandex filaments have 68D, 69D, 70D, 71D, 72D, and the like.
In the after-finishing process, in order to ensure the requirements of collar shape and arc height, the blank collar is not subjected to enzyme washing, and is not subjected to cylinder washing water, but is subjected to hand washing outside the cylinder. When the collar is washed by hands outside the cylinder, other processes are the same as the common collar, and the using amount of the soft oil is only increased, for example, the using amount of the soft oil is 80g/l, so that the hand feeling and the elasticity of the finished collar are ensured.
Further, the present invention also provides a method of manufacturing the flat knitting machine collar 100, comprising the steps of:
the flat-knitting machine collar main body 110 is woven, the flat-knitting machine collar main body 110 is of a strip-shaped structure, the flat-knitting machine collar main body 110 is provided with a first side 111 and a second side 112, the first side 111 and the second side 112 are oppositely arranged in the width direction, the width of the flat-knitting machine collar main body 110 is gradually reduced from the middle to the two ends, and the first side 111 of the flat-knitting machine collar main body 110 is an outward-convex arc-shaped side;
the intarsia structure 120 is continuously knitted on the basis of the flat-knitting machine collar body 110. The intarsia structure 120 is a ribbon-like mechanism. The intarsia structure 120 has a third side 121 and a fourth side 122, the third side 121 and the fourth side 122 are disposed opposite to each other in the width direction, the third side 121 of the intarsia structure 120 is connected to the second side 112 of the flat-knitting collar main body 110, the width of the intarsia structure 120 gradually increases from the middle to the two ends, and the fourth side 122 of the intarsia structure 120 is an inward-concave arc-shaped side.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to improve the manufacturing efficiency, the flat knitting head main body 110 and the intarsia structure 120 may be alternately knitted to obtain a material band in which a plurality of flat knitting heads 100 are connected, and then the material band may be divided into a plurality of flat knitting heads 100. The flat-knitting machine collar body 110 and the intarsia structure 120 can be connected by a fish wire 130. The fourth side 122 of the intagliated shape of the intagliated pattern 120 is matched with the first side 111 of the convex shape of the flat-knitting collar main body 110 to form complementation, and the intagliated pattern 120 can play a role of supporting the arc-shaped structure of the flat-knitting collar main body 110 of the next flat-knitting collar 100.
In a specific example, the front and back of the flat knitting machine collar body 110 are formed by interweaving cotton yarn and polyester yarn, and the front and back are connected by spandex yarn.
In a specific example, the knitting method of the flat-bed collar body 110 includes the steps of:
step 1, taking polyester yarns and cotton yarns as front yarns, and performing single-side knitting on an upper needle bed of a flat knitting machine to form a front side;
step 2, taking the polyester yarns and the cotton yarns as back side yarns, and performing single-side knitting on a lower needle bed of a flat knitting machine to form a back side;
and 3, taking spandex filaments as connecting wires, performing double-sided knitting (also called a hanging and pulling frame) on an upper needle bed and a lower needle bed of the flat knitting machine, and connecting the front side and the back side.
The polyester yarn and the cotton yarn can be woven by a plurality of yarns together. In one example, there are 2 polyester yarns and 3 cotton yarns.
In one example, the flat-bed machine collar main body 110 includes a first area 113 and a second area 114, the first area 113 is a strip-shaped area extending inward from the second side 112, the width of the first area 113 gradually decreases from the middle to both ends, the side of the first area 113 opposite to the second side 112 is an outward convex arc, and spandex filaments are knitted by 1 needle at intervals in the first area 113. The second area 114 is an area of the flat-bed machine collar main body 110 except the first area 113, and the weave of the spandex yarn in the second area 114 is knitted per needle.
