The existing stainless steel cold rolling and annealing are generally realized by adopting an annealing and pickling unit and a bright annealing unit, but some problems exist. The annealing and pickling line has the problems of high production cost and high pollution; the existing bright annealing unit, whether vertical bright annealing or horizontal bright annealing unit, has extremely low productivity. The large vertical bright annealing unit is a single-pass heating annealing furnace, the capacity is 6-8 ten thousand tons/year, and the capacity of the horizontal bright annealing unit is 1-10 ten thousand tons/year. Most of the existing horizontal bright annealing units of some stainless steel production plants have no degreasing section, no loop and no leveling machine, the productivity is low, and the inlet and the outlet of the horizontal annealing furnace have no vertical seal, so the atmosphere control difficulty is high.

The heating of the annealing furnace adopts natural gas heating or coal gas heating or electric heating, and a muffle or no muffle is arranged in the annealing furnace. The protective gas of the annealing furnace is hydrogen with the concentration of 75-100%. The inlet and outlet sealing devices of the annealing furnace are sealed by nitrogen, and the inlet and outlet sealing devices of the annealing furnace adopt a sealing mode that vertical pinch rolls are matched with nitrogen protection.
The annealed strip steel enters a leveling section through an outlet loop 18, and a front tension roller 17 of the outlet loop and a front tension roller 19 of the leveling machine are respectively arranged at the front section and the rear section of the outlet loop 18 so as to ensure the tension of the strip steel entering a process section. The leveling section is provided with a double-frame leveling machine 20, the roughness of the leveling roller of the strip steel entering the leveling section is set according to the requirement of the surface grade of a product, and single-frame leveling or double-frame leveling is determined according to the steel type, for example, 400 series stainless steel adopts double-frame leveling to achieve the optimal surface. The leveler adopts two-roller or four-roller leveler, the leveler can be a double-frame leveler or a single-frame leveler, and if the double-frame leveler is arranged, a tension roller or a tension-free roller can be arranged between the two frames.
The flattened strip steel is slit by an outlet shear 22 and then enters a coiling machine 23 for coiling, and the bright annealing process is completed.
The horizontal bright annealing equipment for stainless steel provided by the invention connects a plurality of working procedures such as cleaning, annealing and leveling together to form a continuous unit, directly produces 2B/BA surface stainless steel products, saves the allocation and transportation of steel coils among the working procedures, improves the yield, and greatly saves the construction land and the engineering investment of factories.
