本发明公开了一种清洁锅炉燃料,锅炉燃料由以下质量百分比的原料制成:甲醇60~85%、碳五5~10%、煤焦油5~10%、助溶剂8~15%、樟脑酚0~3%、丙酮0~6%、助燃剂2~4%、消烟剂1~3%。本发明燃烧效率高,灰分杂质少,污染少,安全稳定,完全满足锅炉燃料的需求。

本发明涉及燃料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种清洁锅炉燃料。
背景技术
目前很多企业的锅炉都使用燃油锅炉,但是其使用的燃油大多是0#柴油或重油,这不仅大大增加了生产成本,而且燃烧效率低、灰分杂质较多,还对环境污染大,安全性不高。现在,人们研制出甲醇燃料来替代传统的锅炉燃料,但是存在热值低、用量大等问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,提供了一种清洁锅炉燃料。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种清洁锅炉燃料,锅炉燃料由以下质量百分比的原料制成:甲醇60~85%、碳五5~10%、煤焦油5~10%、助溶剂8~15%、樟脑酚0~3%、丙酮0~6%、助燃剂2~4%、消烟剂1~3%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述甲醇为工业级甲醇。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述助溶剂为叔丁醇、溶剂油的一种或二者的混合物。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述助燃剂为氧化铁、三氧化二铝、四氧化三铁、氯化铁的一种或一种以上混合物。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明燃烧效率高,灰分杂质少,污染少,安全稳定,完全满足锅炉燃料的需求。

一种清洁锅炉燃料,锅炉燃料由以下质量百分比的原料制成:甲醇60%、碳五10%、煤焦油10%、助溶剂8%、助燃剂2%、消烟剂1%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述甲醇为工业级甲醇。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述助溶剂为叔丁醇。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述助燃剂为氧化铁、三氧化二铝、四氧化三铁三者的混合物。
本实施例的锅炉燃料的热值可达5000大卡。
实施例2
一种清洁锅炉燃料,锅炉燃料由以下质量百分比的原料制成:甲醇78%、碳五8%、煤焦油7%、助溶剂11%、樟脑酚1%、丙酮3%、助燃剂3%、消烟剂2%。其中,樟脑酚可减少锅炉燃料的粘度,使其快速、充分气化,减少回风杂质,而丙酮可提高燃料的热值,助燃剂可为燃料补充燃烧所需要的氧气,使得燃料燃烧充分,消烟剂可采用现有技术中的消烟剂,其可防止燃料燃烧产生大量烟雾。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述甲醇为工业级甲醇。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述助溶剂为溶剂油。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述助燃剂为氧化铁、三氧化二铝、四氧化三铁三者的混合物。

一种清洁锅炉燃料,锅炉燃料由以下质量百分比的原料制成:甲醇85%、碳五5%、煤焦油5%、助溶剂15%、樟脑酚3%、丙酮6%、助燃剂4%、消烟剂3%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述甲醇为工业级甲醇。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述助溶剂为叔丁醇、溶剂油二者的混合物。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述助燃剂为氧化铁、四氧化三铁、氯化铁三者的混合物。
本实施例的锅炉燃料的热值可达8000大卡以上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清洁锅炉燃料,其特征在于:所述甲醇为工业级甲醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清洁锅炉燃料,其特征在于:所述助溶剂为叔丁醇、溶剂油的一种或二者的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清洁锅炉燃料,其特征在于:所述助燃剂为氧化铁、三氧化二铝、四氧化三铁、氯化铁的一种或一种以上混合物。
