Abstract

本发明公开了本发明提供一种可提高胶层粘接牢度的PVC防水卷材,其通过如下步骤制备:采用涂布机将丙烯酸胶涂布在双面离型膜上,然后网格布放卷,并采用复合辊使网格布与离型膜上的丙烯酸胶进行复合,然后收卷待用;采用挤出机挤出第二PVC层,然后玻纤布通过放卷设备进行树脂层的复合;然后挤出机挤出第一PVC层,通过三辊定型复合到一体;将已经涂胶后的丙烯酸胶离型膜通过放卷装置进行开卷,通过导引辊同第一PVC层进行贴合,然后通过复合牵引后收卷完成。本发明在丙烯酸胶层中设置聚酯网格布,聚酯网格布可固定丙烯酸胶层,防止或减少胶层收缩,进而提高胶层粘接牢度。

Description

一种可提高胶层粘接牢度的PVC防水卷材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材,具体涉及一种可提高胶层粘接牢度的PVC防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC防水卷材是以纤维织物作为加强筋,通过特殊的挤出涂布法工艺,使双面的聚氯乙烯塑料层和中间的纤维织物结合成为一体而形成的高分子卷材。
PVC防水卷材一面的PVC层外侧会覆上丙烯酸胶,使PVC防水卷材具有自粘特性;丙烯酸胶外侧还会覆上离型膜,使用时,撕去离型膜,将覆有丙烯酸胶的一面铺在基层上,PVC防水卷材即可通过丙烯酸胶牢固地粘结在基层上。
但PVC中常含有增塑剂,随着时间推移PVC中的增塑剂会慢慢析出,而析出的增塑剂会对丙烯酸胶造成不良影响,使胶层收缩,进而影响PVC防水卷材的剥离强度和耐候性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可提高胶层粘接牢度的PVC防水卷材,包括依次层叠的离型膜层、丙烯酸胶层、第一PVC层、玻纤布层、第二PVC层;所述丙烯酸胶层中设有聚酯网格布。
优选的,所述聚酯网格布中纤维的截面形状为圆形。
本发明还提供上述PVC防水卷材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
采用涂布机将丙烯酸胶涂布在双面离型膜上,然后网格布放卷,并采用复合辊使网格布与离型膜上的丙烯酸胶进行复合,然后收卷待用;
采用挤出机挤出第二PVC层,然后玻纤布通过放卷设备进行树脂层的复合;然后挤出机挤出第一PVC层,通过三辊定型复合到一体;
将已经涂胶后的丙烯酸胶离型膜通过放卷装置进行开卷,通过导引辊同第一PVC层进行贴合,然后通过复合牵引后收卷完成。
优选的,在第一PVC层的一侧设有未覆盖丙烯酸胶层的预留边。
优选的,所述预留边的宽度为50~100mm。
优选的,所述离型膜层的厚度为0.02~0.1mm。
优选的,所述丙烯酸胶层的厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
优选的,所述网格布的厚度为0.05~0.1mm。
优选的,所述第一PVC层的厚度为0.8~2.0mm;所述第二PVC层的厚度为0.4~2.0mm。
优选的,所述玻纤布层的厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种可提高胶层粘接牢度的PVC防水卷材及其制备方法,在丙烯酸胶层中设置聚酯网格布,聚酯网格布可固定丙烯酸胶层,防止或减少胶层收缩,进而提高胶层粘接牢度。
网格布主要材质是聚酯,具有超低收缩率和超强的耐热性,一般260℃才会熔融变形;所以在胶层内部添加网格布能稳定的固定胶层的收缩变形,起到固定作用。
网格布中纤维的截面形状为圆形,圆形的固定效果更佳,更利于防止/减少丙烯酸胶层收缩。
本发明通过降低胶层的收缩,能够很好的固定已经铺贴完成的卷材,避免温度过高导致的材料收缩变大,现场出现鼓包、分层的等问题。
本发明第一PVC层和第二PVC层之间设置玻纤布层,玻纤布层也可以使防水卷材具有良好的尺寸变化率,可以将普通PVC卷材收缩率由1.5%降低至0.1%,效果明显。
本发明PVC防水卷材使用时,撕去离型膜层,将覆有丙烯酸胶层的一面铺在基层上,PVC防水卷材即可通过丙烯酸胶牢固地粘结在基层上。
本发明PVC防水卷材也适于屋面防水的维修施工,本发明防水卷材的第二PVC层设有未覆盖丙烯酸胶层的预留边,便于防水卷材在屋面原有PVC材料上的施工,具体实施时,卷材的施工通过热风焊接进行连接,PVC是优异的焊接型材料,可焊性良好,通过热风加热,使表面熔融,上下表面实现优异的粘结。焊接的强度比自粘强度要高很多,所以在卷材的边上预留焊接边,使得卷材与卷材之间的连接通过热风焊接的形式进行施工,强度高,效果好,施工便捷。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种可提高胶层粘接牢度的PVC防水卷材,包括依次层叠的离型膜层、丙烯酸胶层、第一PVC层、玻纤布层、第二PVC层;所述丙烯酸胶层中设有聚酯网格布。
本发明还提供上述PVC防水卷材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
采用涂布机将丙烯酸胶涂布在双面离型膜上,然后网格布放卷,并采用复合辊使网格布与离型膜上的丙烯酸胶进行复合,然后收卷待用;
采用挤出机挤出第二PVC层,然后玻纤布通过放卷设备进行树脂层的复合;然后挤出机挤出第一PVC层,通过三辊定型复合到一体;

优选的,所述聚酯网格布中纤维的截面形状为圆形。

1.一种可提高胶层粘接牢度的PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,包括依次层叠的离型膜层、丙烯酸胶层、第一PVC层、玻纤布层、第二PVC层;所述丙烯酸胶层中设有聚酯网格布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可提高胶层粘接牢度的PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,所述聚酯网格布中纤维的截面形状为圆形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
采用涂布机将丙烯酸胶涂布在双面离型膜上,然后网格布放卷,并采用复合辊使网格布与离型膜上的丙烯酸胶进行复合,然后收卷待用;
采用挤出机挤出第二PVC层,然后玻纤布通过放卷设备进行树脂层的复合;然后挤出机挤出第一PVC层,通过三辊定型复合到一体;
将已经涂胶后的丙烯酸胶离型膜通过放卷装置进行开卷,通过导引辊同第一PVC层进行贴合,然后通过复合牵引后收卷完成。
4.根据权利要求3所述PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,在第一PVC层的一侧设有未覆盖丙烯酸胶层的预留边。
5.根据权利要求4所述PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预留边的宽度为50~100mm。
6.根据权利要求3所述PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述离型膜层的厚度为0.02~0.1mm。
7.根据权利要求3所述PVC防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸胶层的厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
