the U-shaped frame 9 is arranged at the top end of the adjusting tank 2, so that various medicaments can be conveniently and uniformly scattered in the adjusting tank to be in full contact reaction with sewage, suspended matters and particles in the sewage are sequentially intercepted by the filter screen plate 10, the hollow plate 11 and the adsorption plate 12, the filtering pressure of the ultrafiltration membrane 22 is reduced, the service life of the ultrafiltration membrane 22 is prolonged, and when the hydraulic columns 29 retract, the bottom ends of the sludge gathering grooves 15 and the inner wall of the bottom end of the adjusting tank 2 are parallel to each other, precipitates on the surface of the inner wall of the bottom end of the adjusting tank 2 are scraped downwards into the sludge gathering grooves 15 by the scraping blades 31 and are guided into the sludge tank 16 by a pipeline;
a plurality of water outlet rings are arranged on two sides of the ultrafiltration membrane 22, and filter holes at two ends of the ultrafiltration membrane 22 are in a truncated cone shape with a narrow outside and a wide inside, so that water inlet of the ultrafiltration membrane 22 is easy to enter and precipitate difficultly, the water outlet efficiency is effectively improved, and the service life of the ultrafiltration membrane 22 is prolonged;
