the number of the light holes 14 is multiple, the number of the light transmission covering layers 15 is multiple, the light transmission covering layers 15 cover the light holes 14 respectively, and at least two light transmission covering layers 15 are made of different printing ink materials.
For example, the first light-transmissive masking layer 15 is made of red ink, and the second light-transmissive masking layer 15 is made of blue ink. By means of the arrangement of the plurality of light-transmitting covering layers 15, different parts of the automobile decoration can emit light rays with different colors.
The light-transmitting decorative layer 2 is prepared by the following steps:
sputtering the sputtering material on the transparent adhesive film member 1 by using sputtering equipment to form a transparent sputtering layer 17, wherein the transparent sputtering layer 17 is the transparent decorative layer 2;
the light emitted from the light-emitting member 6 is emitted through the transparent plastic member 3, the transparent sputtering layer 17 and the transparent adhesive film member 1.
When the automobile runs in daytime, the automobile is decorated by sputtering effect through the transparent sputtering layer 17. When the automobile runs at night or in a dark environment, the light emitted by the luminous element 6 penetrates through the transparent sputtering layer 17 to decorate the automobile.
The light-transmitting decorative layer 2 is prepared by the following steps:
arranging the shading material on the light-transmitting adhesive film piece 1 to form a base material layer 16;
utilizing laser engraving equipment to engrave a perforation penetrating through the base material layer 16 on the base material layer 16 in a laser manner;
the transparent sputtering layer 17 is formed by sputtering the sputtering material in the through hole by using a sputtering apparatus.
The substrate layer 16 is made of non-light-transmitting materials, the substrate layer 16 is provided with through holes penetrating through the substrate layer 16, and the light-transmitting sputtering layer 17 is located in the through holes. At this time, the entire substrate layer 16 is opaque, and when the light emitting member 6 emits light, the light emitted from the light emitting member 6 penetrates through the transparent sputtering layer 17 in the through hole to be emitted, and the automobile is decorated by means of the shape structure of the through hole.

Claims (9)
1. A method for manufacturing an automobile decoration with a luminous function is characterized by comprising the following steps:
arranging a light-transmitting decorative layer on the light-transmitting adhesive film piece;
putting the light-transmitting film piece with the light-transmitting decorative layer into an injection mold;
injecting the light-transmitting plastic into an injection mold to be injection-molded into a light-transmitting plastic piece fixedly connected on the light-transmitting plastic film piece;
arranging a shading bracket on the light-transmitting plastic part;
the circuit board with the light-emitting piece is arranged on the light-shading support, and the light-emitting piece on the circuit board is surrounded by the light-shading support, so that light emitted by the light-emitting piece is emitted out through the light-transmitting plastic piece, the light-transmitting decorative layer and the light-transmitting adhesive film piece.
2. A method of manufacturing an automobile trim with a light emitting function according to claim 1, wherein the light-transmitting decorative layer is manufactured by the steps of:
printing ink materials on the light-transmitting adhesive film piece or coating paint materials on the light-transmitting adhesive film piece to form a light shielding layer;
utilizing laser engraving equipment to engrave light-transmitting concave holes in a laser manner on the light shielding layer, wherein the light-transmitting concave holes form a decorative structure;
the light emitted by the light-emitting component is emitted out through the light-transmitting plastic component, the light-transmitting concave hole and the light-transmitting adhesive film component.
3. A method of manufacturing an automobile trim part having a light emitting function according to claim 2, characterized by further comprising the steps of:
arranging the adhesive on the light shielding layer to form a bonding layer;
the light-transmitting concave hole which is laser-engraved by the laser engraving equipment penetrates through the adhesive layer and extends into the light shielding layer;
placing the light-transmitting glue film piece subjected to laser engraving by the laser engraving equipment into an injection mold;
the light-transmitting plastic is formed on the light-transmitting adhesive film piece in an injection molding mode to form a light-transmitting plastic piece;
the bonding layer is positioned between the shading layer and the light-transmitting plastic part.
4. A method of manufacturing an automobile trim with a light emitting function according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising the steps of:
arranging the light-transmitting covering layer on the adhesive layer after laser engraving by the laser engraving equipment, and covering the light-transmitting concave hole by using the light-transmitting covering layer;
placing the light-transmitting adhesive film piece provided with the light-transmitting covering layer into an injection mold, and performing injection molding on light-transmitting plastic to form a light-transmitting plastic piece on the light-transmitting adhesive film piece, wherein the light-transmitting covering layer is positioned between the bonding layer and the light-transmitting plastic piece;
the light emitted by the light-emitting component is emitted out through the light-transmitting plastic component, the light-transmitting covering layer, the light-transmitting concave hole and the light-transmitting adhesive film component.
5. A method of manufacturing an automobile trim part having a light emitting function according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising the steps of:
installing the light diffusion plate on the light-transmitting plastic part;
installing a circuit board with a luminous element on the light diffusion plate;
the light-diffusing plate is positioned between the light-transmitting plastic piece and the shading support, and light emitted by the light-emitting piece passes through the light-diffusing plate and then is emitted through the light-transmitting plastic piece, the light-transmitting decorative layer and the light-transmitting rubber film piece.
6. A method of manufacturing an automobile trim with a light emitting function according to claim 1, wherein the light shielding bracket is manufactured by the steps of:
making a bracket body by using plastic;
printing ink on the support body or coating paint on the support body to form a shading coating;
utilizing laser engraving equipment to engrave light holes penetrating through the shading coating and the bracket body in a laser manner;
the light emitted by the light-emitting component penetrates through the shading coating and the bracket body through the light-transmitting hole and is emitted out through the light-transmitting plastic component, the light-transmitting concave hole and the light-transmitting adhesive film component.
7. A method of manufacturing an automobile trim with a light emitting function according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising the steps of:
arranging a light-transmitting covering layer on the support body subjected to laser engraving by the laser engraving equipment, and covering the light-transmitting hole by using the light-transmitting covering layer;
the number of light transmission holes is a plurality of, and the number of printing ink material that the printing ink material was made to a plurality of, a plurality of light transmission covers the layer and covers a plurality of light transmission holes respectively for the printing ink material that the printing ink material was made for two at least light transmission covers.
8. A method of manufacturing an automobile trim with a light emitting function according to claim 1, wherein the light-transmitting decorative layer is manufactured by the steps of:
sputtering the sputtering material on the transparent adhesive film piece by using sputtering equipment to form a transparent sputtering layer, wherein the transparent sputtering layer forms a transparent decorative layer;
the light emitted by the luminous element is emitted out through the transparent plastic element, the transparent sputtering layer and the transparent adhesive film element.

the light-transmitting decorative layer is prepared by the following steps:
arranging the shading material on the light-transmitting adhesive film piece to form a substrate layer;
utilizing laser engraving equipment to engrave a perforation penetrating through the base material layer on the base material layer in a laser manner;
sputtering the sputtering material in the through hole by using sputtering equipment to form a transparent sputtering layer.
