Based on the pattern atmosphere lamp according to the first embodiment, the present embodiment provides the above-mentioned pattern atmosphere lamp manufacturing method, as shown in fig. 5, which includes the following steps:
the membrane needs to be designed and developed according to specific modeling patterns;
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a film is printed, transparent ink and non-transparent ink are printed on the surface of a film base material in a matched mode in a chromatography mode, light can transmit through the printed transparent ink and cannot transmit through the non-transparent ink, therefore, the light only transmits from the position where the transparent ink is printed, and the transparent ink adopts a pattern mode, so that the light can generate a pattern transmission effect when transmitting from the transparent ink;
secondly, carrying out plastic suction molding on the membrane, wherein the process mainly comprises the steps of carrying out plastic suction molding on some thermoplastic plastic sheets subjected to heating softening by utilizing vacuum suction through a mold to form vacuum covers in various shapes or attaching the thermoplastic plastic sheets to the surfaces of products in various shapes;
thirdly, punching the plastic-suction-molded diaphragm, and punching the redundant material edges at the edge of the diaphragm through a punching die to leave the diaphragm effect on the surface of the mounting panel;
fourthly, embedding the diaphragm into an injection mold, placing the punched diaphragm into a front mold (fixed mold) of the injection mold, and then closing the mold;
fifthly, injection molding is carried out on the mounting panel, and injection molding mounting panel material is injected into an injection mold and needs to have good transparency; through the injection molding process, the membrane is arranged on the surface layer of the installation panel, and the membrane and the installation panel are arranged into a whole;
and sixthly, assembling the pattern atmosphere lamp, fixedly mounting the atmosphere lamp body on the mounting panel, and arranging the light guide plate in the atmosphere lamp body and the diaphragm oppositely, so that the light generated by the atmosphere lamp body can be transmitted out from the mounting panel and the diaphragm, and a pattern effect is formed.
The manufacturing method of the pattern atmosphere lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention can greatly simplify the complexity of the paint spraying laser etching process, reduce the processing and manufacturing requirements, reduce the cost, reduce the manufacturing time and improve the manufacturing efficiency; meanwhile, the problem that the surface quality and the environment of a workpiece are affected by wastes generated in the paint spraying and laser etching process can be effectively solved; and the scratch resistance and the wear resistance of the surface of the workpiece are greatly improved.

1. A patterned atmosphere lamp, comprising: an atmosphere lamp body (100) and a mounting panel (200);
a diaphragm (300) capable of generating patterns and transmitting light is arranged on the installation panel (200), the diaphragm (300) is positioned on the surface layer or inside the installation panel (200), and the diaphragm (300) and the installation panel (200) are integrally arranged;
the atmosphere lamp body (100) is fixedly arranged on the mounting panel (200) and corresponds to the diaphragm (300);
the atmosphere lamp body (100) comprises a support (110), a light source (130) and a light guide plate (120); the bracket (110) is mounted on the mounting panel (200), and a containing cavity is formed between the bracket (110) and the mounting panel (200); the light guide plate (120) can be arranged in the accommodating cavity and corresponds to the membrane (300); the light source (130) is arranged at one end of the light guide plate (120) in the length direction, so that light generated by the light source (130) can be transmitted through the light guide plate (120);
a groove for mounting the light guide plate (120) is formed in one side face of the support (110), and a clamping structure (111) for fixing the light guide plate (120) is arranged on the side wall of the groove; the clamping structure (111) comprises a clamping hook part and a connecting part, the clamping hook part is fixedly connected to the side wall of the groove through the connecting part, and the clamping hook part is higher than the side wall of the groove; a plurality of lugs (113) are arranged at the edge of the bracket (110), each lug (113) is provided with a through hole, correspondingly, the inner side of the mounting panel (200) is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the through hole, and a screw (400) can be screwed into each group of corresponding through holes and mounting holes;
the light source (130) comprises LED lamps (131) with three primary colors of red, green and blue, and the LED lamps (131) with the three primary colors can be regulated and controlled by an RGB chip for adjusting colors.
2. The textured atmosphere lamp of claim 1, wherein the film (300) comprises a film substrate, a light transmissive ink layer (310), and a non-light transmissive ink layer (320);
the light-transmitting ink layer (310) and the non-light-transmitting ink layer (320) are correspondingly arranged on the surface of the membrane substrate in a overprinting mode, and the light-transmitting ink layer (310) adopts a pattern form;
the light penetrates through the part of the film base material on which the light-transmitting ink layer (310) is arranged, so that a pattern light-transmitting effect can be generated.
3. The patterned atmosphere lamp of claim 2, wherein the film substrate is a transparent ABS material.
4. The pattern atmosphere lamp according to claim 1, wherein one end in the length direction of the groove is provided with an accommodating groove body (112) for arranging the light source.
5. The patterned atmosphere lamp according to claim 1, wherein the light guide plate (120) is made of PMMA.
