The invention discloses a self-adaptive assembly table of a heavy plate and a using method thereof, wherein the self-adaptive assembly table comprises an assembly platform, an elastic support and a three-jaw chuck; the assembly platform is used for bearing the whole weight of the heavy plate; the elastic support is arranged on the assembly platform and used for bearing a heavy pound ring; the three-jaw chuck is arranged on the assembling platform and positioned in the elastic support and used for concentrically operating the main board and the heavy pound ring. The invention aims to solve the problems of long time consumption, more energy consumption, poor precision and space waste of the existing heavy plate assembly.

The heavy-duty plate mainly comprises a main plate and two heavy-duty rings, and in the conventional assembly process, hoisting equipment such as a crane and the like needs to be used for multiple times to finish the turning-over and assembly of the heavy-duty plate, but the mode is long in time consumption, high in energy consumption and poor in precision, and the limited space of a workshop is wasted due to the spreading operation.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the assembly platform 1 includes a bracket 101 and an assembly platform body 102 disposed on a top of the bracket 101, wherein a circular mounting groove 103 is formed on the assembly platform body 102.
The elastic support 2 comprises a support body 201 and an elastic mechanism 202, wherein the support body 201 is in a circular ring shape, is positioned in the mounting groove 103, and is connected with the bottom of the mounting groove 103 through the elastic mechanism 202.
The elastic mechanism 202 includes an upper sleeve 203 provided on the lower surface of the holder body 201, a lower sleeve 204 provided at the bottom of the mounting groove 103, and a compression spring 205 connecting the upper sleeve 203 and the lower sleeve 204.
The number of the elastic mechanisms 202 is 12, and the elastic mechanisms are uniformly distributed between the support body 201 and the bottom of the mounting groove 103.
