The upper position limit 11 and the lower position limit 13 are used for placing the tool assembly 300, and the upper position limit 11 and the lower position limit 13 are used for placing one tool assembly 300 respectively, so that two tool assemblies 300 are placed in total. The weight is used to increase the weight of the lower portion of the second frame 20, so as to prevent the second frame 20 from tipping over due to the excessive weight of the upper portion when the tooling member 300 is lifted on the tooling lifting arm 22.
The operation process and the method during the work are as follows:
at the beginning, two tooling parts 300 to be replaced are arranged on the MCA glue station, and one tooling part 300 for replacement is respectively arranged on the upper clamping position 11 and the lower clamping position 13 of the placing trolley 100; during operation, the replacing trolley 200 uses the tool lifting arm 22 to lift one of the tool pieces 300 on the MCA glue station, so as to facilitate the lifting and alignment of the winch 21 to place the tool piece 300 on the middle position clamping position 12 of the placing trolley 100, then the replacing trolley 200 uses the tool lifting arm 22 to replace one of the tool pieces 300 on the upper position clamping position 11 or the lower position clamping position 13 with the position of the replaced MCA glue station where the tool piece 300 is placed, and finally the replacing trolley 200 uses the tool lifting arm 22 to place the tool piece 300 initially placed on the middle position clamping position 12 onto the clamping position where the tool piece 300 is taken down from the placing trolley 100, so that the replacement of one of the tool pieces 300 on the MCA glue station is completed. Similarly, the further operations may replace each further tool element 300 in the MCA gluing station.
