It should be noted that the auxiliary positioning structure 33 may be fixedly mounted on the mounting frame 1, or may be detachably mounted on the mounting frame 1, but the invention is not limited thereto, and for convenience of maintenance or replacement, the auxiliary positioning structure 33 is preferably a detachable connection structure.
The auxiliary driving device 332 may be an air cylinder, an oil cylinder, or an electric push rod, which is not limited in the present invention.
Further, since the position of the auxiliary positioning pin 331 is usually in a blind area, during the assembly process of the vehicle door 8, the appearance of the side wall of the vehicle body is easily damaged, in order to solve this problem, in this embodiment, the auxiliary positioning structure 33 further includes a transfer block 333, a limit block 334, and a support structure 335, and the transfer block 333 is disposed between the auxiliary positioning pin 331 and the auxiliary driving device 332; the limiting block 334 is arranged on the mounting side surface and is positioned on the movable stroke of the auxiliary positioning pin 331, so as to limit the stroke of the auxiliary positioning pin 331; the supporting structure 335 includes a supporting groove and a supporting protrusion that are matched with each other, one of the supporting groove and the supporting protrusion is disposed on the limiting block 334, the other one of the supporting groove and the supporting protrusion is disposed on the transfer block 333, so as to limit the moving distance of the auxiliary positioning pin 331, so as to prevent the auxiliary positioning pin 331 from extending too long and damaging the side-body appearance of the vehicle body, the auxiliary positioning pin 331 is connected to the auxiliary driving device 332 through the transfer block 333, which is not only beneficial to setting the auxiliary positioning pin 331, but also beneficial to setting the supporting structure 335, when the auxiliary positioning pin 331 extends, the supporting structure 335 is supported to prevent the auxiliary positioning pin 331 from shaking due to the auxiliary driving device 332 extending too long.
The invention further provides a vehicle door assembling device, please refer to fig. 6 and fig. 9, the vehicle door assembling device comprises a vehicle door assembling lifting appliance 200 and a vehicle door assembling tool 100, the vehicle door assembling tool 100 is the vehicle door assembling tool, the vehicle door assembling lifting appliance 200 comprises a hanging seat 4, a lifting component 5 and a balance component 6, the lifting component 5 comprises a spring balancer 51 hung on the hanging seat 4 and a fixing seat 52 connected with a lifting hook of the spring balancer 51, the fixing seat 52 is used for connecting a lifting structure, the balance component 6 comprises a balance block 61, and the balance block 61 can be selectively installed on the fixing seat 52, so that the spring balancer 51 in the same state can be suitable for lifting structures to be lifted with different weights.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the hoisting component 5 comprises a spring balancer 51 hung on the hanging seat 4 and a fixed seat 52 connected with a hook of the spring balancer 51, the fixed seat 52 is used for connecting a hoisting structure, the hoisting structure is in a gravity-free state through the spring balancer 51, so that the hoisting structure can stay at any position in the working stroke of the spring balancer 51, and meanwhile, the tension of a spring in the spring balancer 51 and the gravity of the hoisting structure reach a force balance, so that an operator can easily walk up and down in the spring balancer 51 or stay at any position by using a small force, and the hoisting structure is quickly adjusted to a corresponding height, so that the assembly of the vehicle door 8 and a vehicle body is quickly completed, the balance block 6 comprises a balance block 61, the balance block 61 can be selectively installed on the fixed seat 52, so that the spring balancer 51 in the same state can adapt to hoisting structures to be hoisted with different weights, and when the vehicle door assembly hoisting tool 200 hoists the vehicle door 8, the balance block 61 is separated from the fixed seat 52; when the vehicle door assembling lifting appliance 200 does not lift the vehicle door 8, the balance block 61 abuts against the fixed seat 52, and the weight of the spring balancer 51 borne by the vehicle door 8 lifted or not lifted is the same through the balance block 61, so that the frequent adjustment of the spring balancer 51 due to the change of the weight is avoided, and the rapid assembly of the vehicle door 8 and the vehicle body is facilitated.
It should be noted that the same state means that the weight of the spring balancer 51 when the door 8 is hung is the same as the weight of the spring balancer 51 when the door 8 is not hung, and it is understood that the weight of the weight 61 is the same as the weight of the door 8 so that the weight of the spring balancer 51 before and after the door 8 is hung is the same.
It should be noted that the spring balancer 51 is detachably mounted on the hanging seat 4 for maintenance or replacement.
Further, the balance weight 61 is provided in a plurality, different numbers of the balance weights 61 can be selected to be installed on the fixing seat 52, and in this way, the number of the balance weights 61 is changed to adjust the weight of the balance assembly 6, so that the vehicle door assembly hanger 200 can lift the vehicle doors 8 with different weights, and the universality of the vehicle door assembly hanger 200 is improved.

In order to facilitate the connection between the hook of the spring balancer 51 and the fixing seat 52, in this embodiment, the balance block 61 is provided with a through hole for the hook of the spring balancer 51 to penetrate through, so that the hook is conveniently connected with the fixing seat 52, and the balance block 61 can be uniformly installed in the circumferential direction of the fixing seat 52 to prevent the fixing seat 52 from inclining.
In order to avoid accidents caused by the fact that hands or objects enter the moving area of the balance weight 61, in the embodiment, the upper end of the fixing seat 52 is provided with the protective cover 7, the protective cover 7 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the balance weight 61 in a covering mode, the moving area of the balance weight 61 is isolated through the protective cover 7, the hands or the objects can be prevented from entering the moving area of the balance weight 61, the balance weight 61 can be guided to the mounting seat, and the balance weight 61 is prevented from being turned over and clamped in the descending process.
