Abstract
The invention discloses a double-head wheel type drilling mechanism which comprises a first oil edge mechanism and a second oil edge mechanism, wherein the first oil edge mechanism is installed on a rack through a first rotating shaft, the second oil edge mechanism is installed on the rack through a second rotating shaft, a first motor is arranged on the rack, and the first motor can drive the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft to synchronously rotate through a first transmission belt. Under the drive of a first motor, the first oil edge mechanism and the second oil edge mechanism synchronously rotate to respectively adapt to the positions of the edges of two materials, and the edges of the two materials are synchronously oiled, so that the efficiency of oiling the edges of the materials is improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the double-head wheel type drilling mechanism comprises a first oil edge mechanism 10 and a second oil edge mechanism 20, wherein the first oil edge mechanism is mounted on a frame 30 through a first rotating shaft 11, the second oil edge mechanism is mounted on the frame through a second rotating shaft, a first motor 40 is arranged on the frame, and the first motor can drive the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft to synchronously rotate through a first transmission belt 41.
A motor shaft of the first motor 40 is provided with a driving belt wheel, the first rotating shaft 11 and the second rotating shaft are respectively provided with a driven belt wheel, and the first transmission belt 41 is connected with the driving belt wheel and the two driven belt wheels.
The frame 30 is connected with the three-dimensional motion system, and the first oil edge mechanism 10 and the second oil edge mechanism 20 respectively wipe the edges of the two materials under the driving of the three-dimensional motion system. The edge of the material may be curved, linear or other irregular shapes, and therefore, the angles of the first edge painting mechanism 10 and the second edge painting mechanism 20 need to be adjusted adaptively, so that the oil needle 12 of either edge painting mechanism can paint the edge of the material smoothly.
The first wick mechanism 10 is identical to the second wick mechanism 20, and only the first wick mechanism will be described below.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first oil side mechanism includes a rotatable oil needle 12 and a side oil circulation system that supplies oil to the oil needle and receives return oil. The first motor 40 adjusts the angle of the first and second edge painting mechanisms, essentially adjusting the angle of the oil needle of each edge painting mechanism to adapt the oil needle to the shape of the edge of the material.
The limit oil circulation system includes open-top's limit oil collection container 15, is equipped with the oil needle support in the limit oil collection container, and the oil needle support is equipped with the fuel feeding passageway 130 to the oil needle oil feed, and the oil needle is the optical axis, and the top at oil needle support 13 is installed at the top of oil needle 12, and the limit oil collection container is passed downwards to the bottom of oil needle, and the bottom and the second motor 141 of oil needle are connected. As shown in fig. 6. The oil needle 12 is pivoted at the bottom of the side oil collecting container 15 and penetrates through the bottom, the lower half part of the oil needle is connected with a second motor 141 through a second transmission belt 140, and the second motor drives the oil needle 12 to rotate. The direction of the oil needle rotation is opposite to the advancing direction of the oil edge. Alternatively, the second motor is a stepper motor. The edge oil circulating system sprays edge oil on the oil needle through the oil supply channel 130, and the oil needle wipes the edge oil on the edge of the material. The side oil falling along the oil needle 12 converges and flows into the side oil collecting container 15, and the side oil in the side oil collecting container 15 enters the side oil circulating system for recycling.
The side oil circulating system includes a recovery container 16 for recovering side oil from the side oil collecting container 15, and an oil pump 17 for pumping the side oil in the recovery container into the oil supply passage 130. The top of the recovery container 16 is provided with a funnel 160 through which the rim oil in the rim oil collecting container 15 enters the recovery container 16. The lower portion of the side oil collecting container 15 is provided with an oil passage 150, as shown in fig. 5, which communicates with the oil supply passage 130 of the oil needle holder 13 installed in the side oil collecting container 15. In actual operation, the circulation path of the edge oil is as follows: the oil needle support 13 comprises a recovery container 16, an oil pump 17, an oil passage 150 of a side oil collecting container, an oil supply channel 130 of the oil needle support 13, an oil needle 12, a side oil collecting container 15 and the recovery container 16.
As shown in fig. 3, the edge oil collecting container 15 is pivotally connected to the top bracket 110 of the first rotating shaft 11 through a connecting member 151, and the top bracket is provided with an adjusting device 50 for adjusting the inclination of the edge oil collecting container. As shown in fig. 7, the adjusting device includes an adjusting body 51 mounted on the top bracket 110, and a first adjusting screw 52 and a second adjusting screw 53 movably fitted in the adjusting body, the adjusting body 51 is provided with a first guide groove 54 and a second guide groove 55, the first adjusting screw is provided with a first guide part 520 fitted with the first guide groove, the second adjusting screw is provided with a second guide part 530 fitted with the second guide groove, the first adjusting screw 52 is screwed with a first internal thread 56, the second adjusting screw is screwed with a second internal thread 57, and the first internal thread and the second internal thread are fitted in a limiting groove 58 of the adjusting body 51. One end of the first adjusting screw 52 and one end of the second adjusting screw 53 are both abutted against the connecting piece 151, the first adjusting screw is located above the connecting piece 151 and the pivot shaft 152 of the top bracket 110, and the second adjusting screw is located below the pivot shaft. The operator rotates the first internally threaded member 56 to linearly move the first adjusting screw 52, and rotates the second internally threaded member 57 to linearly move the second adjusting screw 53. The first adjusting screw advances, the second adjusting screw moves backward, and the connecting piece 151 and the edge oil collecting container 15 are driven to tilt forward. The second adjusting screw advances, and the first adjusting screw moves backward, thereby driving the connecting member 151 and the edge oil collecting container 15 to tilt backward. The forward or backward tilting of the side oil collection container 15 drives the oil needle 12 to be forward or backward tilted so as to adapt to the non-vertical edge surface of the material.
The recovery tank 16 and the oil pump 17 are mounted on a disc 18, which is connected to the first shaft 11. The edge oil collecting container 15 is connected to the first shaft 11 through a connecting member 151. The second motor 141 and the adjusting device 50 are connected to the first rotating shaft 11.
