In the tooth grinding process of the grinding wheel 41 on the circular saw blade 5, cutting fluid is introduced into the cooling tube 441 in the cooling nozzle device 44, the four cooling nozzles 442 bend towards the direction of the grinding wheel 41 exposed out of the grinding wheel protective cover 43, and the grinding wheel 41 is sufficiently washed in four directions through the cooling nozzles 442, so that the grinding wheel 41 is cooled and lubricated more sufficiently, the grinding wheel 41 is always kept in a fresh and clean state at normal temperature, and normal tooth grinding is not influenced by overheat of the grinding wheel 41 due to blockage of abrasive dust accumulation and high temperature.
The periphery of the grinding wheel 41 is provided with a grinding wheel protective cover 43 which has a protective effect on the grinding dust from splashing everywhere, so that the grinding teeth are safer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. The automatic circular saw blade gear grinding machine of the invention enables the X-axis (left and right) and Y-axis (front and back) movements of the grinding wheel 41 and the circular saw blade 5 to be automated and accurate through the control mechanism, and is beneficial to improving the gear grinding precision and efficiency of the grinding wheel 41 on the circular saw blade 5.
2. The saw blade bracket device 7 is arranged in the automatic circular saw blade gear grinding machine, and when the grinding wheel 41 grinds the teeth of the circular saw blade 5, the saw blade 5 is always kept horizontal due to the fact that the saw blade bracket device 7 supports the outer tooth grinding part of the circular saw blade 5, and the improvement of the tooth grinding precision and efficiency is facilitated.
3. The cooling spray head device is arranged in the automatic circular saw blade gear grinding machine, so that the grinding wheel 41 is washed, cooled and lubricated more fully during gear grinding, the grinding wheel 41 is kept clean and at normal temperature all the time, and normal gear grinding cannot be influenced due to blockage of grinding dust accumulation and overheating of the grinding wheel due to high temperature.
4. According to the automatic circular saw blade gear grinding machine, the periphery of the grinding wheel 41 is provided with the grinding wheel protective cover 43, so that the grinding wheel protective cover has a protective effect on the scattering of grinding scraps, and the gear grinding is safer.

The X-axis left-right moving device (2) comprises an X-axis ball screw (21), an X-axis linear guide rail (22), an X-axis servo motor (23) and an X-axis sliding plate (24), wherein the X-axis linear guide rail (22) is positioned at the front side and the rear side of the X-axis ball screw (21), the X-axis ball screw (21) and the X-axis linear guide rail (22) are fixed on a bottom plate of a frame, the X-axis ball screw (21) is connected with the X-axis servo motor (23), the X-axis sliding plate (24) is fixed on the upper part of the X-axis ball screw (21), and the X-axis sliding plate (24) is in sliding connection with the X-axis linear guide rail (22);
the Y-axis forward and backward movement feeding device (3) comprises a Y-axis ball screw (31), a Y-axis linear guide rail (32), a Y-axis sliding plate (33) and a Y-axis servo motor (34), wherein the Y-axis ball screw (31) is fixed on the X-axis sliding plate (24), the Y-axis linear guide rail (32) is fixed on the X-axis sliding plate (24), the Y-axis sliding plate (33) is in sliding connection with the Y-axis linear guide rail (32), and the Y-axis ball screw (31) is connected with the Y-axis servo motor (34);
The grinding wheel grinding head device (4) comprises a grinding wheel (41), a grinding wheel grinding head motor (42), a grinding wheel protection cover (43) and a cooling water spray head device (44), wherein the grinding wheel (41) is connected with the grinding wheel grinding head motor (42), the grinding wheel grinding head motor (42) is fixed on the Y-axis sliding plate (33), the grinding wheel protection cover (43) is arranged on the periphery of the grinding wheel (41), and the cooling spray head devices (44) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the grinding wheel protection cover (43);
