Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating dysmenorrhea and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating dysmenorrhea as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The information in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art that is already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
The causes of dysmenorrhea are manifested as unsmooth mood, stagnation of qi due to depression of the liver, improper coordination of qi, obstructed blood flow, internal stagnation of stagnant blood, pain due to stagnation, or cold-warm injury to the lower-jiao and uterus. The treatment of the above diseases mainly comprises promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, regulating qi-flowing for relieving pain, warming channels for dispelling cold. Clinically, oral analgesics or injections are usually used to treat the above diseases, and acupuncture is used to treat patients.
Because the recovery of dysmenorrhea is slow, it takes a long time to cure the disease, and it is difficult for patients to cooperate with the treatment for a long time, so it is difficult to achieve good treatment effect. Meanwhile, western medicine preparations aiming at relieving pain, such as aspirin, ibuprofen and other anti-inflammatory analgesics, often have toxic and side effects, and drugs such as aspirin and the like easily cause gastric mucosa injury, thereby further influencing the normal life and working quality of patients.

Effect verification
1. Animal experiments
Research on analgesic effect of dysmenorrheal mice
In order to verify the analgesic effect of the product on dysmenorrhea, the oral liquids of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 are concentrated and dried in vacuum, and then diluted by adding water (the dilution ratio is 1: 4, W/W) to verify the efficacy of the product based on a mouse primary dysmenorrhea model.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: 42 clean Kunming mice with the weight of 18-22 g are selected, females are randomly divided into 6 groups, and the 6 groups are respectively a blank group, a model group, an example 1 group and a comparative example 1-3 group.
Except for the blank group, the mice of other groups adopt a ethenestrol-oxytocin mode to construct a mouse dysmenorrheal model (see concretely Sunxi swallow, Cao Yongxiao, Liu Jing, and the like. the establishment of the mouse dysmenorrheal model. Chinese pharmacology report 2002(02): 233-. Feeding corresponding medicines on the 7 th day by using the diethylstilbestrol, and feeding equal volume of physiological saline every day for the blank group and the model group; the other groups were administered with a volume of 10ml/kg for 5 days, and were injected with oxytocin into the abdominal cavity 1 hour after the last administration, and the writhing latency and the number of writhing times of the mice were recorded within 30min after the injection.
The experimental results are shown in table 1, compared with the model group and the comparative example group, the group in the example 1 can obviously reduce the writhing frequency (p is less than 0.05) of the mice within 30min, and prolong the latency period of writhing of the dysmenorrheal model of the mice, so that the compound traditional Chinese medicine composition has good analgesic effect.
