(3) And (3) combining the extracting solution in the step (1) and the supernatant in the step (2), and carrying out reduced pressure concentration by using a double-effect reduced pressure concentration tank.
Steam pressure: 0.03-0.09 Mpa, temperature: the first effect is 75-85 ℃, the second effect is 60-70 ℃,
vacuum degree: 0.02 to 0.04 MPa for the first effect, 0.06 to 0.08 MPa for the second effect,
the speed of adding the extracting solution is 13-15 kg/min. The relative density of the concentrated liquid was 1.04.
(4) Adding ethanol in three times amount into the concentrated solution in the step (3), stirring uniformly, standing for 24h, filtering, recovering ethanol from filtrate, concentrating the liquid medicine to obtain clear paste with the relative density of 1.05, adding 200 parts of dextrin and 0.72 part of stevioside powder, granulating by adopting a one-step granulation method, grading, subpackaging and packaging.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: the sika deer antler blood particle is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of sika deer blood, 12 parts of ginseng, 30 parts of wolfberry fruit, 150 parts of dextrin and 0.54 part of stevioside.
The preparation method of the sika deer antler blood particles comprises the following steps:

(2) placing the rest solid phase materials in (1) in a multifunctional extraction tank, reflux-extracting, adding 6 times, 4 times and 3 times of water, decocting for 3 times for 2 hr, 1.5 hr and 1 hr respectively. Filtering the extractive solution with a filter (80 mesh stainless steel screen), discarding the residue, and mixing the 3 decoctions.
(3) And (3) combining the extracting solution in the step (1) and the supernatant in the step (2), and carrying out reduced pressure concentration by using a double-effect reduced pressure concentration tank.

1. A sika deer antler blood particle is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1-5 parts of sika deer blood, 4-20 parts of ginseng, 10-50 parts of wolfberry fruit, 50-250 parts of dextrin and 0.18-0.9 part of stevioside.

(1) taking fresh deer blood of sika deer, removing impurities, freezing and drying at low temperature to obtain blood powder, taking 1-5 parts of the blood powder, 4-20 parts of ginseng and 10-50 parts of wolfberry fruit as raw materials, adding 3-6 times of water by weight, performing low-temperature ultrasonic extraction for 1 time, wherein the temperature is 30-60 ℃, the ultrasonic frequency is 18-21 kHz, the ultrasonic intensity is 400-1200W, and the time is 20-60 minutes, and the extracting solution and the residual solid phase substance after extraction are reserved for later use;
(2) placing the rest solid phase substances in the step (1) in a multifunctional extraction tank, performing reflux extraction, adding 8-3 times of water of the raw materials respectively, decocting for 3 times, 1-2 h each time, filtering the extract through a filter (80-mesh stainless steel screen), discarding the residue, and combining the 3 water decoctions into a storage tank for later use;
(3) mixing the extractive solution of (1) and the supernatant of (2), concentrating under reduced pressure in a double-effect vacuum concentration tank,

(4) adding ethanol in three times amount into the concentrated solution in the step (3), stirring uniformly, standing for 24h, filtering, and recovering ethanol from the filtrate
Concentrating the liquid medicine to obtain clear paste with the relative density of more than or equal to 1.05, adding 50-250 parts of dextrin and 0.18-0.9 part of stevioside powder, granulating by adopting a one-step granulation method, grading, subpackaging and packaging.

The method for preparing sika deer antler blood particles as claimed in claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: when the rest solid phase substance is extracted by a multifunctional extraction tank, the selected water is added in an amount which is 6 times, 4 times and 3 times of the weight of the solid phase substance, and the solid phase substance is decocted for 3 times, wherein the time is 2 hours, 1.5 hours and 1 hour respectively.
