And S400, acquiring traffic information corresponding to all hospitals capable of accommodating patients and all dispatchable hospitals, wherein the traffic information comprises a planned route and the predicted time consumption of the planned route.
S401, comparing all dispatchable hospitals to obtain the hospital which is expected to consume the least time when the hospitals departed to the positioning place are regarded as the dispatching hospitals.
S402, comparing the obtained positioning places with hospitals which can accommodate patients and are expected to consume the least time, and regarding the hospitals as emergency hospitals.
And S500, sending an ambulance running instruction, positioning place information and emergency hospital information to the dispatching hospital, and reducing the corresponding dispatched ambulances to obtain the latest data.

And the second marking module 32 is used for marking the corresponding hospital as a dispatchable hospital when the number of the dispatchable ambulances is detected to be more than or equal to 1.
And the traffic information acquisition module 40 is used for acquiring traffic information corresponding to all hospitals capable of accommodating patients and all dispatchable hospitals, wherein the traffic information comprises a planned route and predicted time consumption thereof.
A dispatch hospital determination module 41 for comparing the hospitals which are expected to spend the least time from the dispatch to the location among all dispatchable hospitals, and regarding the hospital as a dispatch hospital.
And an emergency hospital determination module 42 for comparing the location to the hospital with the least time consumption expected among all hospitals capable of receiving patients, and regarding the hospital as an emergency hospital.
And the ambulance running instruction sending module 50 is used for sending the ambulance running instruction, the positioning place information and the emergency hospital information to the dispatching hospital, and reducing the corresponding dispatched ambulances to obtain the latest data.
A preparation treatment instruction sending module 60, configured to send a preparation treatment instruction to the emergency hospital, and reduce the number of new patients that can be accommodated corresponding to the preparation treatment instruction to obtain the latest data.
The invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being processed and executed, implements the regulating method of medical first aid as described above.

Claims (9)

1. A regulation and control method for medical emergency is applied to a regulation and control terminal, and is characterized in that after receiving an emergency call, the regulation and control method for medical emergency comprises the following steps:
acquiring a positioning place corresponding to the emergency call;
setting an area which takes the positioning place as a circle center and has a radius of a first preset distance value as a first response area;
acquiring medical resource information of all hospitals in the first response area, wherein each hospital has corresponding medical resource information, and the medical resource information comprises the number of new patients and the number of dispatchable ambulances in the corresponding hospital;
when the number of the receivable new patients is more than or equal to 1, marking the corresponding hospital as the hospital capable of receiving the patients;
when the number of dispatchable ambulances is detected to be more than or equal to 1, marking the corresponding hospital as a dispatchable hospital;
acquiring traffic information corresponding to all hospitals capable of accommodating patients and all dispatchable hospitals, wherein the traffic information comprises a planned route and predicted time consumption thereof;
comparing all dispatchable hospitals to obtain a hospital which is expected to consume the least time when the dispatched hospitals arrive at the positioning place, and regarding the hospital as a dispatching hospital;
comparing the positioning place with the hospital which is expected to consume the least time from all hospitals capable of accommodating patients, and regarding the hospital as an emergency hospital;
sending an ambulance outgoing instruction, positioning place information and emergency hospital information to the dispatching hospital, and reducing the corresponding dispatched ambulances to obtain the latest data;
and sending a preparation treatment instruction to the emergency hospital, and reducing the number of the receivable new patients corresponding to the emergency hospital to obtain the latest data.
2. The method for regulating and controlling according to claim 1, wherein the ambulance is equipped with a blood type detecting device, and when there is a situation that a patient in the ambulance needs a transfusion treatment, the patient is blood type-detected by the blood type detecting device to obtain the patient blood type information, the method further comprising the steps of:
obtaining blood type information of a patient, wherein the blood type information of the patient is sent to a regulation and control terminal by an ambulance;
obtaining corresponding blood bank information in an emergency hospital sent by the patient in advance;
when the blood storage amount corresponding to the patient blood type information in the blood bank of the emergency hospital is lower than a warning threshold value, obtaining the blood bank information of other hospitals capable of accommodating patients;
when the blood storage quantity of the blood bank in the hospital capable of accommodating the patient corresponding to the blood type information of the patient is larger than or equal to the warning threshold value, regarding the corresponding hospital as the target hospital of the patient;
acquiring traffic information corresponding to target hospitals of all patients;
comparing the positioning location with all hospitals with the least time consumption to be expected from the patient, and regarding the hospital as an emergency hospital;
and sending the emergency hospital information obtained by comparison to an ambulance.
3. A control method according to claim 2, further comprising a warning threshold acquisition method comprising:
acquiring a blood loss condition of a patient, wherein the blood loss condition of the patient is sent to a regulation and control terminal by an ambulance;
judging the amount of blood needed to be delivered by the patient according to the blood loss condition of the patient;
multiplying the amount of blood required to be delivered by the patient by an expansion factor to obtain an alert threshold, wherein the expansion factor is greater than 1.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising a strain management protocol when the patient in the ambulance is in a severe condition, comprising:
obtaining request information of a patient on an ambulance needing to perform a surgery, wherein the request information of the patient on the ambulance needing to perform the surgery is judgment information made by personnel on the ambulance according to the situation of the patient;
acquiring corresponding idle operating room information in an emergency hospital sent by the patient in advance;
when at least one idle operating room exists in the emergency hospital, sending an operating room reserving request to the emergency hospital and reducing the number of the idle operating rooms;
when no idle operating room exists in the emergency hospital, acquiring idle operating room information of other receivable patients;
when at least one free operating room exists in other hospitals capable of accommodating patients, the corresponding hospital is regarded as a target hospital of the patient;
acquiring traffic information corresponding to target hospitals of all patients;
comparing the positioning location with all hospitals with the least time consumption to be expected from the patient, and regarding the hospital as an emergency hospital;
and sending the emergency hospital information obtained by comparison to an ambulance.
5. The method for controlling according to claim 1, further comprising a temporary relief plan after the location corresponding to the emergency phone is acquired, comprising:
acquiring medical resource information of all hospitals in the first response area;
setting an area which takes the positioning place as a circle center and has a radius of a second preset distance value as a second response area;
acquiring information of all volunteers in the second response area, wherein the volunteers are pre-registered personnel with emergency training certificates and turn on positioning information;
transmitting a first aid request to volunteers within the second response zone.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising an online consultation step comprising:
acquiring a video consultation request sent by an ambulance;
acquiring information of a currently idle consultation doctor;
an information communication channel is created to connect the ambulance sending the request and the available consultant.

The method for regulating and controlling as claimed in claim 1, wherein said obtaining traffic information corresponding to all hospitals capable of accommodating patients and all dispatchable hospitals, wherein the traffic information includes planned routes from the corresponding hospitals to the location sites and their predicted time consumption, comprises:
acquiring a planned route from a hospital capable of accommodating patients to a positioning place;
acquiring real-time road condition information corresponding to a planned route;
and calculating to obtain the predicted time consumption according to the real-time road condition information and the distance of the planned route.
8. A regulation and control device for medical emergency, which is applied to a regulation and control terminal, and is characterized in that after receiving an emergency call, the device comprises:
the position acquisition module is used for acquiring a positioning place corresponding to the emergency call;
a first response area generation module, configured to set, as a first response area, an area with the location as a center of a circle and a radius as a first preset distance value;
the medical resource information acquisition module is used for acquiring medical resource information of all hospitals in the first response area, and each hospital has corresponding medical resource information, wherein the medical resource information comprises the number of new patients capable of being accommodated in the corresponding hospital and the number of dispatchable ambulances;
the first marking module is used for marking the corresponding hospital as the hospital capable of accommodating the patient when detecting that the number capable of accommodating the new patient is larger than or equal to a first preset number;
the second marking module is used for marking the corresponding hospital as a dispatchable hospital when the number of the dispatchable ambulances is detected to be more than or equal to 1;
the system comprises a traffic information acquisition module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the traffic information acquisition module is used for acquiring traffic information corresponding to hospitals capable of accommodating patients and all dispatchable hospitals, and the traffic information comprises a planned route and predicted time consumption thereof;
the dispatching hospital determining module is used for comparing all dispatchable hospitals to obtain the hospital which is expected to consume the least time when the dispatched hospitals are dispatched to the positioning place, and regarding the hospital as the dispatching hospital;
the emergency hospital determining module is used for comparing the obtained positioning places with hospitals capable of accommodating all patients and considering the hospitals with the minimum expected time consumption as emergency hospitals;
the system comprises an ambulance going instruction sending module, a dispatching hospital sending module and a dispatching information receiving module, wherein the ambulance going instruction sending module is used for sending an ambulance going instruction, positioning place information and emergency hospital information to the dispatching hospital, and reducing the corresponding dispatched ambulances to obtain the latest data;
and the preparation treatment instruction sending module is used for sending a preparation treatment instruction to the emergency hospital and reducing the number of the corresponding receivable new patients to obtain the latest data.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being processed and executed, carries out a method of regulating a medical emergency as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
