With the development of social economy and science and technology, the procedures and technologies of emergency treatment and first aid in hospitals are gradually improved and mature at present, but the pre-hospital first aid work still needs to be strengthened.
Currently, the traditional pre-hospital emergency mode is generally: the method comprises the steps of calling for help by the sick and wounded or the witnesses → the emergency center receives the call for help and dispatches the call out → the first-aid staff and the ambulance arrive at the scene → the first-aid staff makes a diagnosis and treatment on the scene of the sick and wounded → the sick and wounded are carried to the ambulance → the monitoring on the way of transferring the hospital → the first-aid staff transfers the sick and wounded to the medical staff of the emergency department of the hospital after arriving at the hospital, and the first-aid process before the medical staff of the emergency department of the hospital is completed. Thereafter, the emergency department doctor can monitor and evaluate the sick and wounded again, and treat the sick and wounded in emergency (operation) or take further treatment in a specialized ward.
However, the above existing single, traditional pre-hospital emergency mode has many problems, such as, untimely visit: the hospital often cannot hear the telephone call in time for 120 emergency treatment due to no special person answering the telephone call, or cannot inquire an address and contact the telephone call in detail after answering the telephone call, so that the medical treatment, nursing and driver visit speed is low, the path is not good, the medical staff cannot timely and effectively treat the patient, the rescue opportunity of the critical patient can be delayed, and the life safety of the patient is threatened without prolonging the treatment period before the hospital.
Or, for example, emergency resources are not utilized properly: the whole demand of pre-hospital emergency car delivery is on the trend of increasing year by year, but the empty diagnosis of the ambulance (the condition that the ambulance runs empty due to the self-transportation or the rejection of examination, medical delivery and the like of patients after the car delivery) caused by various reasons is increased, and a lot of emergency resources are wasted.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
The embodiment of the invention provides a pre-hospital emergency method, which is implemented by positioning a wounded person, establishing communication with the wounded person and monitoring an emergency process after a visit, so as to optimize a traditional pre-hospital emergency mode by combining an information technology, and the embodiment of the invention provides the following specific steps:
101. receiving a first aid request operation instruction triggered by a user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a system is established between a wounded terminal side and an emergency service site terminal side, the wounded terminal side is a user terminal side that triggers an emergency request operation command, and a device for implementing the pre-hospital emergency method provided by the present invention is applied to the wounded terminal side.
The emergency service site refers to a medical service site with pre-hospital emergency capability, such as: the emergency service stations are integrated into information data, necessary information equipment is built, and the emergency service stations are constructed as the terminal side of the emergency service stations.
For the embodiment of the invention, when a user needs emergency treatment in distress, an emergency request operation instruction can be triggered through one-key triggering operation, the user is the wounded person mentioned in the embodiment of the invention or a person helping the wounded person on site, and when the terminal side of the wounded person receives the emergency request triggered by the user, the emergency distress request is sent to the emergency service site.
102. Location information of the user is located.
103. And sending an emergency distress request to at least one emergency service site within a first preset range from the position information according to the position information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as for step 102 and step 103, the emergency service site terminal side may include a plurality of terminals, that is, a plurality of emergency service sites exist correspondingly, and the dispersed locations are also different, so as to ensure that the user is timely rescued, the user may be positioned, and according to the positioned location information, an emergency distress request is sent to the emergency service site terminal within a preset range, so as to utilize the effective preset range to send a distress signal to a nearby emergency service site in a targeted manner.
Further, for the preset range, it should be ensured that there are a plurality of emergency service sites within the preset range as much as possible, because considering the current working carrying capacity of one emergency service site (for example, a situation that the current emergency service site is a non-dispatchable vehicle may occur), in the embodiment of the present invention, emergency distress requests are sent to a plurality of emergency service sites within the preset range, so that the wounded terminal is indirectly presented with a responding form on the terminal side of the emergency service site, and it is ensured that the distress information sent by the wounded terminal is timely responded.
104. And when the emergency service site is detected to answer the emergency distress request, locking the emergency service site as a target emergency service site.
For the embodiment of the invention, when the wounded terminal side detects that one emergency service site terminal answers in the preset range, the wounded terminal side locks the emergency service site as a target emergency service site for executing the pre-hospital emergency task, and the locking operation avoids that a plurality of emergency service site terminals all answer, but can also issue a locking message to other emergency service sites in the preset range so that other emergency service site terminals can detect or receive distress signals triggered by other wounded terminals, thereby indirectly and reasonably configuring emergency service site resources.
105. And establishing communication between the user and the target emergency service site, and monitoring pre-hospital emergency services provided by the target emergency service site.
For the embodiment of the present invention, after the target emergency service site is determined, the communication between the wounded terminal and the target emergency service site terminal is established, where the communication may be a telephone, an instant messaging voice/video, so as to facilitate the communication, guidance, and understanding of the wounded situation between the terminal side of the emergency service site and the wounded, and after the diagnosis information is sent out by the terminal side of the emergency service site, the terminal side of the wounded may also monitor the pre-hospital emergency service provided by the target emergency service site, specifically, but not limited to: monitoring routes, emergency vehicle positioning, establishing communication with emergency vehicles, and the like.
The embodiment of the invention provides a pre-hospital emergency method, which is characterized in that when a wounded person is detected to send an emergency request, a plurality of emergency service sites within a preset range are called according to the position of the wounded person, so that the wounded person can be responded as soon as possible, after the responded emergency service sites are determined, communication between the terminal side of the wounded person and the emergency service site side is established, communication is conveniently realized according to the communication, accurate injury is known as soon as possible, and the process of pre-hospital emergency service provided by the emergency service sites is monitored after a visit. Compared with the traditional pre-hospital emergency mode, the method and the device solve the problems that the traditional pre-hospital emergency mode is not timely in outpatient service and resources cannot be reasonably configured.
In order to describe the above embodiment in more detail, another pre-hospital emergency method is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, which is a further detailed statement and supplementary statement of the method of the above embodiment, and the following specific steps are provided for the embodiment of the present invention:
201. receiving a first aid request operation instruction triggered by a user.
202. Location information of the user is located.
203. And sending an emergency distress request to at least one emergency service site within a first preset range from the position information according to the position information.
204. And when the emergency service site is detected to answer the emergency distress request, locking the emergency service site as a target emergency service site.
In the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to the description of steps 101 and 104 for steps 201 and 204, which are not described herein.
Where, with respect to step 203 sending an emergency distress request to the emergency service site, and further supplementing the statement, the emergency distress request may be sent prior to sending the emergency distress request, the wounded terminal side pops up an event frame, the wounded or the live rescuers can receive the description of the wounded situation in the form of characters or voice in the event frame, the description can be a few simple words or sentences, so that the wounded terminal side can also carry the description of the injury in the event sending frame when sending the emergency distress request, therefore, for the terminal side of the emergency service site, when the emergency distress request is detected, the terminal side can make the self prejudgment according to the description of the injury condition to judge whether the injury condition has the processing capability or not, therefore, the emergency service station without processing capacity is prevented from mistaking a response to the emergency distress request, and the rescue is delayed in time.
However, in the case that the wounded person or the rescue person on site has no time to fill in the event frame, the effective display time of the event frame can be preset, the effective display time is missed, the event frame automatically disappears, and the operation of sending the emergency distress request is performed in time.
205. And establishing communication between the user and the target emergency service site, and monitoring pre-hospital emergency services provided by the target emergency service site.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the detailed statement for establishing communication between the user and the target emergency service site may specifically be as follows:
establishing an instant messaging connection between the user and the target emergency services site, the instant messaging connection comprising at least: instant messaging voice conversations, instant messaging video conversations. And reporting the image or video shot of the wounded state to a target emergency service site according to the instant communication connection.
For the embodiment of the present invention, detailed statements about pre-hospital emergency services provided by the monitoring target emergency service site may specifically be as follows:
firstly, the wounded terminal side receives the identification information and the positioning information of the emergency ambulance assigned by the target emergency service station, and receives the path information issued by the target emergency service station, wherein the path information is a driving path for the emergency ambulance to reach a user. Furthermore, the identification information, the positioning information and the corresponding path information of the emergency ambulance are displayed to a user by calling the electronic map at the wounded terminal side, so that the wounded terminal side can conveniently monitor the position and the route of the emergency ambulance in real time.
Secondly, the time length corresponding to the path information is calculated, and the time of the emergency ambulance about to arrive is displayed on the wounded terminal side in a countdown mode according to the time length.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, in addition to monitoring the emergency ambulance reaching the location of the injured person, after the emergency medical personnel perform the treatment on site, the emergency medical personnel may also monitor the injured person moving to the emergency service site, which may specifically include the following steps:
according to the emergency service site selected by the medical staff, whether the emergency service site required for rescue is the same as the target emergency service site, that is, whether the emergency service site corresponding to the emergency ambulance is dispatched is the same, is judged, because according to the on-site treatment judgment of the emergency medical staff, for example: according to the judgment of the injury of the injured person, if the injury is only slight, the injured person can be sent to a community medical service site for wound dressing and anti-inflammation infusion treatment, and then the injured person can be sent to the nearest community medical service site, but if the injury of the injured person is serious and needs to be received and treated by a hospital emergency department with high medical level, the injured person should be sent to the hospital emergency department immediately, so that the injured person is guaranteed to be timely and effectively treated, and meanwhile, the emergency resources are reasonably distributed again.
And when the emergency service site required for rescue is judged to be the same as the target emergency service site, continuing to maintain the communication with the target emergency service site, and feeding back the real-time moving position information to the target emergency service site.
When the emergency service site required for rescue is judged to be different from the target emergency service site, communication with the new emergency service site is established in time, and real-time mobile position information is fed back to the new emergency service site.
In the above way, the moving position is fed back to the terminal side of the emergency service site in real time through the wounded terminal side, so that the moving monitoring between the wounded and the emergency service site is monitored, whether the wounded is sent to the first-aid service site in time or not is further judged, and whether the current pre-hospital medical first-aid task is completed or not is judged.
206. And before the emergency ambulance assigned by the target emergency service site does not reach the user position, sending a help-seeking request to other users in a second preset range by using the social software platform, wherein the help-seeking request carries the position information of the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, people nearby can be asked for help before the emergency ambulance assigned by the target emergency service site reaches the user position, and specifically, but not limited to, a help-asking request can be sent to other users within a specified range by using the social software platform, and the help-asking request also carries information of the position of the wounded, so that the wounded is released by using the social software platform to find people nearby who can provide help.
Further, for sending the help-seeking request to other users, the help-seeking request can also be directly sent to a nearby police service site and a nearby social public service organization so as to seek more human help.
207. And when detecting that other users answer the help-seeking request, locking the other users as target users.
When a plurality of other nearby users receive the help-seeking request, the wounded can be quickly found according to the position information of the wounded carried by the help-seeking request, in the embodiment of the invention, the other users are prevented from being disturbed, and too much labor is also prevented from being consumed due to too many user responses, so that the preset number of people for locking the responding users can be set, and further, when the preset number of people is detected to be responded, the people are locked to serve as the target user, and the target user can arrive at the position of the wounded to help the treatment.
208a, if the target user does not reach the user position within the preset time, sending the help-seeking request to other users within the second preset range again.
Since ordinary users who know the first aid knowledge are limited after all and medical first aid is mainly time-consuming, the time from response to arrival at the wounded position of other users can be set and presented in a countdown manner, and when the wounded position is detected not to be reached within the specified preset time, the distress request is immediately resent again to the preset range from the wounded position.
208b, if the target user arrives at the user position in the preset time, the social software platform is used for publishing the arrival information of the target user, and the rescue information is published according to the preset time period.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the person who answers arrives at the wounded position within the preset time, the arrived information can be further issued to be known by other persons who know the help-seeking request event, and the rescue information can also be periodically issued until the emergency service site is reached, namely until the pre-hospital rescue task is ended.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, an emergency knowledge learning window may be preset in the wounded terminal, and emergency knowledge may be fed back to the user by receiving an operation of the user to trigger access to the emergency knowledge learning window.
Furthermore, in order to increase the viscosity of the learning window of the first-aid knowledge used by the user, a plurality of first-aid knowledge breakthrough games, first-aid questions and answers and the like can be developed, corresponding scoring or rating is carried out, and an online score list is made to realize the interaction between the users corresponding to different wounded terminals.
Or, the first aid knowledge learning window is associated with the online platform of the social public service organization, so that the online consultation, the learning and the like of the medical professionals provided by the social public service organization are realized through the first aid knowledge learning window.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, an emergency contact button may be preset in the wounded terminal, and when an emergency request operation instruction triggered by a user is received, the emergency contact button is triggered, and emergency contacts are sequentially contacted according to a preset emergency contact list.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a pre-hospital emergency treatment apparatus.
