Further, the device management system is further configured to output abnormal state information corresponding to the abnormal state of the device if the device state is the abnormal state of the device; and outputting normal state information corresponding to the normal state of the equipment if the equipment state is the normal state of the equipment.
Step S10, if the emergency signal sent by the field device is detected, determining whether the emergency signal is effective;
the field equipment comprises a mobile terminal and/or first-aid management equipment, the mobile terminal can be a smart phone, the first-aid management equipment comprises an alarm device, a communicator and an article storage device, the article storage device is used for storing first-aid equipment and medical related articles, the first-aid equipment comprises AED (automatic External Defibrillator), the alarm device is used for sending out first-aid signals and alarm eliminating signals, and the first-aid signals of the field equipment are sent to the first-aid rescue system. The communicator is used to establish a communication connection between the field device and the emergency dispatch system for an experienced doctor or nurse to communicate with the field crowd in emergency situations to provide experienced guidance.
In one embodiment, when an emergency occurs, based on the alarm operation of the field device, the field device generates an emergency signal and remotely transmits the emergency signal to an emergency dispatch system in the emergency rescue system, that is, the field device wirelessly interacts information with the emergency rescue system. The emergency dispatching system receives the emergency signal sent from the field device and detects whether the emergency signal is effective, namely, if the emergency signal is detected in the emergency dispatching system, the emergency dispatching system determines whether the emergency signal is effective to determine whether the alarm condition is true. Specifically, the information for judging whether the alarm is valid is collected by the field device, and whether the alarm is true or not is determined. Specifically, when the field device is a mobile terminal, based on an emergency rescue application installed in the mobile terminal or an emergency rescue application in a preset application, an emergency alarm function in the emergency rescue application or the preset application is started, the mobile terminal sends an emergency signal to an emergency dispatch system in the emergency rescue system, and the emergency dispatch system detects the emergency signal and determines whether the emergency signal is valid to determine whether the alarm is true. When the field equipment is first-aid management equipment, the alarm device in the first-aid management equipment is started through certain operation based on the alarm device in the first-aid management equipment, the alarm device in the first-aid management equipment sends first-aid signals to a first-aid dispatching system in a first-aid rescue system, and the first-aid dispatching system detects the first-aid signals and determines whether the first-aid signals are effective or not so as to determine whether the alarm condition is real or not.
Step S20, if the emergency signal is valid, establishing communication connection with the field device;
in one embodiment, if the emergency dispatching system detects that the received emergency signal is valid, a communication connection between the emergency dispatching system and the field device is established, and a video call or a voice call between the field device and the emergency dispatching system is controlled to be started. If the emergency signal is effective, the emergency dispatching system establishes communication connection with the mobile terminal to control starting of video call or voice call. If the emergency signal is effective, the emergency dispatching system establishes communication connection with the emergency management equipment to control starting of video call or voice call.
Further, if an emergency signal sent by the field device is detected in the emergency dispatching system, the emergency dispatching system acquires the position information of the field device through a positioning device in the field device, and acquires the monitoring information through a camera in the emergency management device. The emergency dispatching system displays the acquired position information and the acquired monitoring information on the emergency dispatching system based on the acquired position information and the acquired monitoring information to determine whether the emergency signal is effective, and further, whether the emergency signal is effective can be determined in a manual determination mode or a video detection mode. The communication connection with the field device is established only when the emergency signal is determined to be valid, i.e. if the emergency signal is valid, a communication instruction is sent to the field device, and based on the notification instruction, the communication connection with the field device is established.
And a step S30, based on the communication connection, outputting a rescue operation instruction.
In an embodiment, after the communication connection between the emergency dispatching system and the field device is established, an indication signal corresponding to the rescue operation instruction is obtained, where the indication signal may be a voice signal or a video signal, and the emergency dispatching system establishes the communication connection with the field device, the emergency rescue system sends the indication signal to the field device, and the field device receives the indication signal and plays the voice or the video corresponding to the indication signal on a communicator in the field device.
For ease of understanding, the field devices are illustrated as emergency alarm cabinets, but are not limited to emergency alarm cabinets. When emergency situations happen on site, people on site generate emergency signals and send the emergency signals to an emergency rescue system by pressing an alarm button in an emergency rescue alarm cabinet, the emergency rescue system is generally arranged in a hospital or an emergency center or an enterprise, so that the emergency rescue system detects the emergency signals remotely sent from the emergency rescue alarm cabinet, an alarm prompt is started in the emergency rescue system to inform relevant managers of the emergency rescue system, such as doctors, nurses and other emergency rescue alarm cabinets to generate alarms, the relevant managers are in communication connection with emergency equipment through the emergency rescue system, and voice calls or video calls are carried out with the relevant personnel on site so as to guide the personnel on site to carry out emergency operations or guide some experiences.
