Background
The hospital drug logistics are put on a professional logistics platform to operate, through the standardized flow specification of an information system and the application of a bar code identification technology, the logistics operation specification is simplified, the quality requirement of managers is reduced, meanwhile, the operation efficiency is improved, and errors are reduced, and the hospital logistics information system is called as an SPD system; the SPD system generates a purchase order for the supplier, who delivers the medication directly to the hospital.
The existing SPD system is developed for hospitals, the problem of medicine supply of hospitals is solved, the existing medicine management of hospitals is still centralized in hospital warehouses for unified storage, and enough medicines are stored in the hospital warehouses for ensuring the reserve cargo quantity of the medicines, so that the stock quantity of the hospital warehouses is large, the hospital warehouses are difficult to manage and occupy large area; and because the SPD system faces a plurality of suppliers, the actual purchase order is split by a large amount, and the management is inconvenient.

the cloud platform is used for receiving the purchase order and extracting the first user information from the purchase order; the cloud platform is further used for inquiring second user information corresponding to the first user information in the user database and sending the purchase order to a second terminal corresponding to the second user information;
and the second terminal receives the purchase order through the ERP system and feeds back purchase order receiving and processing information to the first terminal through the cloud platform when the central consumable database is judged to completely contain the purchase consumable information.

and the second terminal 20 receives the purchase order through the ERP system, and feeds back purchase order receiving processing information to the first terminal 10 through the cloud platform when the central consumable database is judged to contain all the purchase consumable information.
In this embodiment, the first user is a hospital, the second user is a vendor, each vendor corresponds to a plurality of hospitals, preferably, a hospital in a regional scope corresponds to one vendor, for example, a hospital in administrative district corresponds to one vendor, and the hospital may include a third hospital, or may include a third-class hospital, or even includes an individual clinic. For example, when the consumables with serial numbers 1-2 in the purchase order in table 1 are covered in the consumable database, and the consumables with serial numbers 3-4 are not covered in the consumable database, part of the purchase order receiving processing information includes the purchase consumable information covered in the consumable database in addition to the feedback information in the purchase order receiving processing information. The consumable information of serial numbers 3-4 in table 1 is the information of the procurement consumables to be processed.
The cloud platform is configured to query third user information corresponding to the consumable information to be processed from the first consumable database; generating a secondary purchase order corresponding to each third user, wherein the secondary purchase order comprises the information of the consumable materials to be processed; and sending the secondary purchase order to a third terminal corresponding to the determined third user information.
Under a normal condition, if the current time is more than 5 days from the required arrival time in the purchase order of the first user, preferably, the third user sends the goods of the secondary purchase order to the central warehouse of the corresponding seller, and the second user distributes the goods to the first user after warehousing and ex-warehouse operations are carried out in the ERP system of the second user; in this embodiment, the second purchase order is suitable for the case that the time of arrival required in the purchase order of the first user at the current time is less than 5 days, and the supplier receives the second purchase order and directly allocates the second purchase order to the first user.

the cloud platform is also provided with a third user, and a first consumable database is arranged on the cloud platform corresponding to each first user; the first consumable database stores a plurality of consumable information and corresponding third user information;
the cloud platform is configured to query third user information corresponding to the consumable information to be processed from the first consumable database; generating a secondary purchase order corresponding to each third user, wherein the secondary purchase order comprises the information of the consumable materials to be processed; and sending the secondary purchase order to a third terminal corresponding to the determined third user information.
4. The SPD system-based integrated purchasing system for medical consumables according to claim 3, wherein the third terminal is configured to feed back secondary purchasing order accepting and processing information to the first terminal through the cloud platform.
5. The SPD system-based integrated purchasing system for medical consumables according to claim 3, wherein in the first consumable database, at least two pieces of prioritized third user information are stored in correspondence to each piece of consumable information;
a second consumable database is further arranged in the cloud platform corresponding to each third user, and inventory information is stored in the second consumable database corresponding to each consumable information;
the cloud platform is configured to query third user information corresponding to the consumable information to be processed from the first consumable database; extracting purchase quantity information from the purchase consumable material information, and screening third user information of which the purchase quantity information is less than or equal to the consumable material inventory information according to the priority; and finally, sending the secondary purchase order to a third terminal corresponding to the determined third user information.
6. An SPD system-based integrated purchasing method for medical consumables, which is applied to the SPD system-based integrated purchasing system of any one of claims 1 to 5, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a purchase order sent by a first terminal, wherein the purchase order is sent by a first user through an SPD system installed at the first terminal; the purchase order comprises first user information and consumable purchase information;
extracting the first user information from the purchase order;
querying second user information corresponding to the extracted first user information in a user database;
sending the purchase order to a second terminal corresponding to the second user information;
receiving purchase order processing information sent by the second terminal and forwarding the purchase order processing information to the first terminal; the second terminal is held by a second user; the second terminal is provided with an ERP system and a central consumable database; the central consumable database stores all consumable information in the central warehouse; and the second terminal receives the purchase order through an ERP system, and feeds back purchase order receiving and processing information to the first terminal through a cloud platform when the central consumable database is judged to completely contain the consumable purchasing information.
7. The integrated purchasing method of medical consumables based on SPD system according to claim 6, further comprising:
receiving part of purchase order receiving processing information and consumable information to be processed sent by the second terminal; the second terminal extracts the to-be-processed consumable material information from the purchase order when the ERP system judges that part or all of the central consumable material database does not contain the purchase consumable material information, wherein the to-be-processed consumable material information is the purchase consumable material information which is not covered by the central consumable material database;
and forwarding the partial purchase order acceptance processing information to the first terminal.
8. The integrated purchasing method of medical consumables based on SPD system according to claim 7, further comprising:
inquiring third user information corresponding to the consumable information to be processed from the first consumable database;
generating a secondary purchase order corresponding to each third user, wherein the secondary purchase order comprises the information of the consumable materials to be processed;
sending the secondary purchase order to a third terminal corresponding to the determined third user information;
and receiving the secondary purchase order receiving processing information sent by the third terminal and forwarding the secondary purchase order receiving processing information to the corresponding first terminal.
9. The integrated purchasing method of medical consumables based on SPD system according to claim 8, further comprising:
extracting the information of the purchased consumables from the secondary purchase order, and inquiring third user information corresponding to the information of the purchased consumables from a first consumable database; in the first consumable database, at least two pieces of third user information which are arranged according to priority are correspondingly stored in each piece of consumable information;
extracting purchasing quantity information from the purchasing consumable material information;
screening third user information with the information of the purchase quantity being less than or equal to the information of the consumable inventory quantity according to the priority; the inventory information of the consumables is extracted from a second consumable database, the second consumable database corresponds to each third user, and the inventory information is stored in the second consumable database corresponding to each consumable information.
10. The integrated purchasing method of medical consumables based on SPD system according to any one of claims 6-8, further comprising:
receiving a replenishment purchase order sent by the second terminal; the replenishment purchase order comprises consumable information and corresponding third user information;
splitting the replenishment purchase order into a plurality of sub replenishment purchase orders according to the type of a third user;
sending the sub replenishment purchase order to a corresponding third terminal;
and receiving and processing information of receiving the replenishment purchase order fed back by the third terminal and feeding back the replenishment purchase order to the second terminal.
