It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an information generating method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method according to the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to a scenario such as online shopping, and the method may be executed by an information generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the apparatus may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner. In a particular embodiment, the apparatus may be integrated into an electronic device, such as a server, which may be a backend server of a shopping application. The following embodiments will be described by taking as an example that the apparatus is integrated in an electronic device, and referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step 110, determining the page identifier of the current page and the replacement mode of the current item displayed on the current page.
Specifically, a shopping Application (APP) can be installed on the terminal, a user can perform online shopping through the APP installed on the terminal, and when the user performs online shopping through the APP installed on the terminal, the terminal can initiate a page acquisition request to the electronic device according to the operation of the user to request for acquiring the current page. The terminal may be a mobile phone, a Personal Computer (PC), a tablet Computer, a notebook Computer, a desktop Computer, or the like. After receiving the page obtaining request, the electronic device may determine a page identifier of the current page and a replacement mode of a current item displayed on the current page.
The page identifier can be used for marking a page, the page identifier can be a page name, a page code number and the like, a specific page requested by the user at present can be determined through the page identifier, and then a shopping link of the user is determined according to the specific page. For example, when the user performs online shopping, the shopping links may include browsing, searching, viewing commodity details, placing an order and settling, and the like, and the specific page identifier may be, for example: a search page, a commodity detail page, a shopping cart adding page and a settlement page.
The replacement mode may represent a sales mode of a current item displayed on a current page, and the sales mode may represent a production situation or an inventory situation of the current item, where the specific replacement mode is, for example: a pre-sale mode, a purchase-in-transit mode, a store-on-sale mode, a current item may be an item of current interest to the user, such as apparel, cosmetics, home appliances, and the like.
The pre-sale mode indicates: currently, the goods are not in stock, the merchant needs to guide the manufacturer to carry out the production activity according to the number of orders generated by the pre-sale activity, and the merchant can provide the expected delivery time for the user in the pre-sale mode.
The procurement in transit mode represents: the current goods are in stock, the merchant purchases the current goods from the manufacturer, but the current goods do not arrive at the warehouse designated by the merchant, and the merchant can definitely know the time when the current goods arrive at the designated warehouse and the time when the current goods can be delivered to the user according to the logistics data when the current goods are in transit.
Spot mode representation: the current item is in a warehouse designated by the merchant, and the merchant can ship the current item at any time according to the order placing time of the user.
And step 120, acquiring a first time efficiency commitment template matched with the page identifier, and acquiring a second time efficiency commitment template matched with the replacement pattern.
Specifically, in order to reduce customer complaints and improve the accuracy of the aging commitment information, for a current page, a corresponding aging commitment template can be provided through two dimensions, namely a page dimension and a substitution pattern dimension. Aiming at the page dimension, an aging commitment template matched with the page identifier, namely a first aging commitment template can be obtained, and the first aging commitment template can comprise an aging commitment item; for the replacement pattern dimension, a replacement pattern-matched aging commitment template, that is, a second aging commitment template, may be obtained, and the second aging commitment template may include a replacement pattern item and an aging commitment item.
In a specific embodiment, the electronic device may previously establish a template set, that is, a page template set, from a page dimension, where the page template set may include a plurality of age commitment templates in which page identifiers are correspondingly matched; each page identifier may include a corresponding aging commitment item in the corresponding matched aging commitment template, and certainly, the aging commitment template may also include other items, which is not specifically limited herein. The electronic device may obtain the time efficiency commitment template matched with the page identifier of the current page from the page template set to obtain the first time efficiency commitment template. The page template set can be shown in the following table 1:
page identification Aging commitment template (aging commitment item)
Search page Aging commitment template 1 (aging commitment item 1)
Commodity detail page Aging commitment template 2 (aging commitment item 2)
Adding pages of shopping cart Aging commitment template 3 (aging commitment item 3)
Payment page Aging commitment template 4 (aging commitment item 4)
TABLE 1 Page template set
Illustratively, as can be derived from table 1, the "search page" matching aging commitment template may be aging commitment template 1, and aging commitment item 1 is included in aging commitment template 1; the aging commitment template matched with the commodity detail page can be an aging commitment template 2, and the aging commitment template 2 comprises an aging commitment item 2; the matched aging commitment template of 'adding shopping cart page' can be an aging commitment template 3, and the aging commitment template 3 comprises an aging commitment item 3; the age commitment template matched with the settlement page can be an age commitment template 4, and an age commitment item 4 is included in the age commitment template 4.
In a specific embodiment, the electronic device may further establish a template set from the dimension of the replacement pattern, that is, the replacement pattern template set, and the replacement pattern template set may include a plurality of replacement patterns corresponding to matching age commitment templates. Each replacement pattern may include a corresponding replacement pattern item and an aging commitment item in the corresponding matched aging commitment template, and certainly, the aging commitment template may also include other items, which is not specifically limited herein. The electronic device may obtain an aging commitment template matched with the replacement pattern of the current item from the replacement pattern template set to obtain a second aging commitment template. A particular set of permutation pattern templates may be, for example, as follows
Shown in Table 2:
permutation mode Aging commitment template (replacement mode item + aging commitment item)
Pre-sale mode Aging commitment template a (replacement mode item a + aging commitment item a)
Procurement in transit mode Aging commitment template b (replacement mode item b + aging commitment item b)
Store sales mode Aging commitment template c (replacement mode item c + aging commitment item c)
TABLE 2 replacement Pattern template set
For example, as can be seen from table 2, the "pre-sale pattern" matching aging commitment template may be an aging commitment template a, where the aging commitment template a includes a replacement pattern item a + an aging commitment item a; the aging commitment template matched with the purchasing in-transit mode can be an aging commitment template b, and the aging commitment template b comprises a replacement mode item b + an aging commitment item b; the aging commitment template matched with the store sale mode can be an aging commitment template c, and the aging commitment template c comprises a replacement mode item c + an aging commitment item c.
It should be noted that the page identifier, the replacement pattern item, and the aging commitment item shown in tables 1 and 2 are only exemplary illustrations, and do not form final limitations on the settings of the actual page identifier, the replacement pattern item, and the aging commitment item, and in actual applications, related data may also be adjusted according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited herein.
Step 130, generating a first time efficiency commitment information according to the first time efficiency commitment template, and generating a second time efficiency commitment information according to the second time efficiency commitment template.
For example, if the page identifier of the current page is "search page", the first time effective commitment template matched with the page identifier may be: lightning delivered goods, expected { duration } minutes delivery. The estimated { duration } minute delivery in the template is an aging commitment item, and the lightning delivery goods can be additional items in the template. Wherein { duration } may represent a committed duration from the time the user acquires the search page through the terminal to the time the current item displayed on the search page is delivered to the user's hand. The first time efficiency commitment information generated according to the first time efficiency commitment template matched with the search page can be: lightning strikes were expected to arrive in 45 minutes.
For example, if the replacement pattern of the current item displayed on the current page is "pre-sale pattern", the second aging commitment template matched with the replacement pattern may be: pre-sold items, { date 1} to { date 2} pre-sold items are expected to be shipped before { date 3 }! The special commodities such as large customization and the like are subject to store consultation. The pre-sold goods in the template are replacement mode items, the goods pre-sold from { date 1} to { date 2} are expected to be delivered before { date 3} and are age commitment items, and special goods such as large customization and the like can be additional items in the template according to store consultation. Where { date 1} may be a pre-sale start date, { date 2} may be a pre-sale end date, and { date 3} may be a committed shipping date. The second aging commitment information generated according to the second aging commitment template matched with the pre-sale pattern can be: pre-sold merchandise, 2021-5-10 through 2021-5-15 Pre-sold merchandise is expected to be shipped before 2021-6-30! The special commodities such as large customization and the like are subject to store consultation.
And 140, generating target time efficiency commitment information for the current page by combining the first time efficiency commitment information and the second time efficiency commitment information.
Specifically, because any page has a page identifier and the current item displayed on the page has a corresponding sale mode, when the user browses the current page, the electronic device may match the page identifier of the current page with the first efficiency commitment template to generate first efficiency commitment information, or match the page identifier of the current item displayed on the current page with the second efficiency commitment template to generate second efficiency commitment information, and the electronic device may generate target efficiency commitment information for the current page by combining the first efficiency commitment information and the second efficiency commitment information.
Specifically, the first temporal commitment template may have a first priority, the second temporal commitment template may have a second priority, and the first temporal commitment information and the second temporal commitment information may be combined according to the first priority and the second priority to generate the target temporal commitment information for the current page.
The priority may be used to determine a display method of the validity acceptance information, such as determining a layout order of the validity acceptance information, a font size of the display, a display position, and the like. For example, of the two aging commitment information, the aging commitment information with higher priority may be displayed at the front position of a row, and the aging commitment information with lower priority may be displayed at the rear position of the same row; for example, the aging commitment information with higher priority may be displayed in a larger font, and the aging commitment information with lower priority may be displayed in a smaller font; for another example, the aging commitment information with higher priority may be displayed in a more conspicuous font color (e.g., red), and the aging commitment information with lower priority may be displayed in a normal font color (e.g., black), which is not limited herein.
For example, the priority may be quantified by a numerical value, for example, the priority may be 1, 2, or 3, and the embodiment is described with the highest priority being 1 as an example.
Specifically, for example, the first time-use promise information may be: the lightning delivery commodity is estimated to be delivered within 45 minutes, and the first priority corresponding to the first time-effect promise information is 2; the second age commitment information may be: pre-sold merchandise, 2021-5-10 through 2021-5-15 Pre-sold merchandise is expected to be shipped before 2021-6-30! The special commodities such as large customization and the like are subject to store consultation, and the second priority corresponding to the second timeliness commitment information is 3; since the first priority (2) corresponding to the first timeliness commitment information is higher than the second priority (3) corresponding to the second timeliness commitment information, the target timeliness commitment information generated in combination may be: lightning commodities, expected to arrive 45 minutes, pre-sold commodities, commodities ordered 2021-5-10 to 2021-5-15, expected to be shipped before 2021-6-30! The special commodities such as large customization and the like are subject to store consultation.
Further, after the target aging commitment information is generated, the current page with the target aging commitment information can be sent to the terminal, so that the target aging commitment information is displayed on the current page through the terminal, and more accurate aging commitment information is provided for the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the page identification of the current page and the replacement mode of the current article displayed on the current page can be determined; acquiring a first time efficiency commitment template matched with the page identifier, and acquiring a second time efficiency commitment template matched with the replacement mode; generating first time efficiency commitment information according to the first time efficiency commitment template, and generating second time efficiency commitment information according to the second time efficiency commitment template; and generating target time efficiency commitment information for the current page by combining the first time efficiency commitment information and the second time efficiency commitment information. Namely, in the embodiment of the present invention, template matching may be performed from two dimensions, namely, a page dimension and a replacement mode (for example, a sales mode) dimension, and aging commitment information generated by the matched templates is combined, so that aging commitment information is generated for a current page, and thus, different aging commitment information may be generated for pages with different page identifications and item sales modes, and the aging commitment information is more accurate, so that customer complaints can be reduced, and user experience can be improved.
Fig. 2 is another schematic flow chart of an information generating method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is described with reference to generating first time-efficient commitment information as an example, and with reference to fig. 2, the method according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step 210, determining the page identifier of the current page.
Specifically, a specific page currently requested by the user may be determined through a page identifier, and then a shopping link where the user is located is determined according to the specific page, where the specific page identifier may be, for example: a search page, a commodity detail page, a shopping cart adding page and a settlement page.
Specifically, the terminal may initiate a page acquisition request to the electronic device according to an online shopping operation of the user in the shopping application program to request to acquire the current page. After receiving the page obtaining request, the electronic device may determine a page identifier of the current page.
Step 220, obtaining the first time-efficiency commitment template matched with the page identifier.
Specifically, since online shopping operations of the user in the shopping application program are different, the page identifier of the current page determined by the electronic device after receiving the page acquisition request sent by the terminal is also different, and therefore, the time effectiveness commitment information which can be matched with different page identifiers is also different. In order to reduce customer complaints and improve the accuracy of the timeliness commitment information, different timeliness commitment information can be matched according to different online shopping operations of users. Further, in order to increase the generation speed of different aging commitment information, aging commitment templates can be correspondingly matched for different page identifications. The electronic device may generate the aging commitment information according to the current page identifier and the corresponding matched aging commitment template.
Specifically, for the current page, a corresponding aging commitment template, i.e., a first aging commitment template, may be provided through the page dimension. The first time-efficiency commitment template can include time-efficiency commitment items, and the first time-efficiency commitment template can also include other items, which are not limited in detail herein. Different page identifications can be matched with the corresponding first time-effect template, for example, a search page can be matched with the first time-effect template corresponding to the search page, a commodity detail page can be matched with the first time-effect template corresponding to the commodity detail page, and a settlement page can be matched with the first time-effect template corresponding to the settlement page.
For example, searching for a first time-efficient template of page matches may include: lightning sent commodities, and estimated { duration } minute delivery; reaching the time efficiency at the highest speed, and predicting the arrival time of { duration } hour; normal delivery, expected { duration } days delivery. Wherein { duration } may represent a committed duration from the time the user acquires the search page through the terminal to the time the current item displayed on the search page is delivered to the user's hand.
Step 230, determining the distribution aging granularity of the current article.
The distribution time limit can be the estimated distribution time length of the current goods, the distribution time limit can show the actual transportation capacity of the logistics system, and the distribution time limit can comprise warehouse distribution time limit, pure distribution time limit and crowd distribution time limit as the logistics transportation system relates to multiple departments and multiple links.
Binning timing effect represents: the sum of the time required for the factory to produce the current item and the time required for the current item to be transported from the factory warehouse to the user who places the order by online shopping.
The pure timing effect shows that: after the current item is produced by the factory, the current item is transported from the factory warehouse to the user who places the order by online shopping.
Crowdsourcing aging represents: when the current item reaches the city where the user who orders through online shopping is located, the logistics company needs to perform the same-city distribution, and the specific logistics company may be, for example: beautifying the masses and achieving the goal. The operator can predict the time required by the corresponding city distribution according to the city distribution distance.
Specifically, the distribution aging granularity may be a timing unit of distribution aging, the electronic device may determine the distribution aging granularity of the current article by analyzing actual distribution durations of different articles in daily operations, and the specific distribution aging granularity may be, for example: minutes, hours, days, within 60 minutes, greater than 24 hours, and is not specifically limited herein.
Specifically, since the distribution timeliness granularities of different items are different, in order to improve the accuracy of the timeliness commitment information, the first timeliness commitment template matched with each page identifier may be further subdivided into first timeliness commitment templates matched with different distribution timeliness granularities under the page identifier, and the specific first timeliness commitment template may be set by itself according to the business mode, which is not limited herein.
For example, for a current item a of the search page, if the distribution aging granularity of the current item a is: if the time is less than or equal to 60 minutes, the matched first time effect template can be a lightning commodity, and the delivery in { duration } minutes is predicted; if the distribution aging granularity of the current article A is as follows: if the time is more than 60 minutes, the matched first time effect template can be the highest speed, and the delivery is estimated to be { duration } hour; if the distribution aging granularity of the current article A is as follows: greater than 24 hours, the first time-efficient template that matches may be a normal delivery, anticipating { duration } day delivery. Wherein { duration } may represent a committed duration from the time the user acquires the search page through the terminal to the time the current item displayed on the search page is delivered to the user's hand.
For another example, for a current item B on a shopping cart page, if the distribution aging granularity of the current item B is: less than or equal to 60 minutes, the first time-efficient template that matches may be: projected { duration } minute delivery; if the distribution aging granularity of the current article B is as follows: greater than 60 minutes, the first time-efficient template that matches may be: projected { duration } hour delivery; if the distribution aging granularity of the current article B is as follows: greater than 24 hours, the first time-efficient template that matches may be: expected { duration } days of delivery. Wherein { duration } may represent a committed duration from the time the user acquires the shopping cart page through the terminal to the time the current item displayed on the shopping cart page arrives at the user's hand.
And 240, generating first timeliness commitment information according to the distribution timeliness granularity and the timeliness commitment item acquisition information.
When a user performs shopping operation through a shopping application installed on a terminal, the electronic device may receive a page acquisition request sent by the terminal, and then determine the delivery timeliness granularity of the current item, and acquire information according to timeliness commitment items included in an timeliness commitment template matched with the delivery timeliness granularity of the current item and the page identifier of the current page, where the acquired information may include merchant information, manufacturer information, warehouse information, and the like of the current item displayed on the current page, and may also include personal information (such as a common receiving address) of the current user and current time information, and the acquired information is combined with the first timeliness commitment template to generate first timeliness commitment information.
For example, for a current item C of a checkout page, the first time-efficient template that the current item C matches may include an immediate delivery time ({ time 1} - { time 2}) and a reserved delivery time ({ time 1} - { time 2 }). Wherein { time 1} to { time 2} may represent the time interval for the current item to reach the user. Specifically, the electronic device may directly generate the first timeliness commitment information according to the delivery timeliness granularity and the timeliness commitment item acquisition information: the time for immediate delivery (18: 00-19: 00). The electronic device may also generate the first time-to-live promise information according to the reserved delivery time selected by the user: the delivery time is reserved (18: 00-19: 00).
For another example, for an item on a shopping cart page, if the distribution age granularity of the item is: less than or equal to 60 minutes, the first time-efficient template that matches may be: projected { duration } minute delivery; if the distribution age granularity of the article is: greater than 60 minutes, the first time-efficient template that matches may be: projected { duration } hour delivery; if the distribution age granularity of the article is: greater than 24 hours, the first time-efficient template that matches may be: expected { duration } days of delivery. Wherein { duration } may represent a committed duration from the time the user acquires the shopping cart page through the terminal to the time the current item displayed on the shopping cart page arrives at the user's hand. Specifically, if the actual delivery time limit of the current article a obtained by the electronic device is 45 minutes, the first time limit information matched with the current article a may be: projected 45 minutes delivery; if the actual delivery aging of the current article B obtained by the electronic device is 25 hours, the first aging information matched with the current article B may be: delivery was expected for 2 days.
The method for generating the first time-efficient promise information is further described below with reference to fig. 3, for example, as shown in fig. 3:
at a terminal side (i.e., a front-end display system), a user can perform online shopping through a shopping application installed on the terminal, when the user performs online shopping, the terminal can send a page acquisition request to a server (i.e., electronic equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention) according to the operation of the user, and in different shopping links, different pages can be requested from the server, for example, a search page, a commodity detail page, a shopping cart page, a settlement page, an order detail page, and the like can be requested from the server.
On the server side (i.e. performing system), a template set, i.e. a page template set, may be established in the page dimension according to the information of the commodity system, the production system, and the distribution system, where the page template set may include a plurality of age commitment templates corresponding to and matching with a plurality of page identifiers, and different page identifiers correspond to and match different age commitment templates. After the server receives a page acquisition request sent by a terminal, the server can determine the page identifier of the current page requested by the terminal, centrally acquire an aging commitment template matched with the page identifier of the current page from the page template, generate aging commitment information for the current page according to the acquired aging commitment template, and feed back the current page with the aging commitment information to the terminal. For example, if the current page of the request is a search page, the time-efficiency commitment information can be generated for the search page, and the search page with the time-efficiency commitment information is fed back to the terminal; for another example, if the current page of the request is a settlement page, the time-based commitment information may be generated for the settlement page, and the settlement page having the time-based commitment information may be fed back to the terminal. Because each page identification has the corresponding matched aging commitment template and different page identifications have different corresponding matched aging commitment templates, the aging commitment information generated for different pages is different, and the accuracy of the aging commitment information is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the page identifier of the current page can be determined; acquiring a first time-effect commitment template matched with the page identifier; determining the distribution aging granularity of the current article; and generating first timeliness commitment information according to the distribution timeliness granularity and the timeliness commitment item acquisition information. Namely, in the embodiment of the invention, template matching can be performed from the page dimension, and the matched template is combined with the delivery timeliness granularity, so that the timeliness commitment information is generated for the current page, therefore, the pages with different page identifications have different timeliness commitment information, the timeliness commitment information is more accurate, customer complaints can be reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow diagram of an information generating method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is described with reference to generating second age commitment information as an example, and with reference to fig. 4, the method according to the embodiment of the present invention may specifically include the following steps:
step 310, determining a replacement mode of the current item displayed on the current page.
Wherein the replacement pattern may represent a sales pattern of the current item displayed on the current page. Specific substitution patterns may be, for example: a pre-sale mode, a purchase in transit mode, and a store available sale mode.
At step 320, several permutation patterns are determined.
Specifically, if only one replacement mode of the current item displayed on the current page is available, step 330, step 331, and step 350 are sequentially executed; if there are multiple replacement modes for the current item displayed on the current page, step 340 is executed.
And step 330, obtaining a second aging commitment template matched with the replacement pattern.
Specifically, the electronic device may obtain a second aging commitment template matched with a current replacement pattern from the replacement pattern template set, and the replacement pattern template set may include a plurality of second aging commitment templates matched with the replacement patterns correspondingly. The second aging commitment template matched with the current replacement pattern may include a replacement pattern item and an aging commitment item, and certainly, the aging commitment template may further include other items, which are not specifically limited herein.
The replacement mode item can be filled in a replacement mode of a current item displayed on a current page, and the aging commitment item can be filled in aging information committed by a merchant in the replacement mode of the current item displayed on the current page.
For example, the specific permutation pattern template set may be, for example: pre-sold items, { date 1} to { date 2} pre-sold items are expected to be shipped before { date 3 }! The special commodities such as large customization and the like are subject to store consultation. Wherein { date 1} may be a pre-sale start date, { date 2} may be a pre-sale end date, { date 3} may be a committed shipping date; the purchase is completed on the way, { date 1} before, the order is placed { date 2} before, and { date 3} before delivery is expected. Wherein { date 1} may be a stock date, { date 2} may be a user order date, { date 3} may be an item delivery date; the offline store is sold and the order is expected to arrive on date 1. Where { date 1} may be the item delivery date.
For example, if the replacement pattern of the current item a is the pre-sale pattern, the second aging commitment template for the current item a matching successfully may be: pre-sold items, { date 1} to { date 2} pre-sold items are expected to be shipped before { date 3 }! The special commodities such as large customization and the like are subject to store consultation.
And step 331, determining the second aging commitment template as a target aging commitment template.
Specifically, if there is only one second aging commitment template for which the replacement pattern of the current item is successfully matched, the second aging commitment template may be determined as the target aging commitment template.
And step 340, acquiring a second aging commitment template matched with each replacement pattern.
Specifically, if there are multiple replacement patterns of the current item displayed on the current page, the electronic device may obtain the second aging commitment template matched with each replacement pattern, to obtain multiple second aging commitment templates. For example, if an item is sold in a pre-sale mode in an online shopping channel and is sold in a physical store on line, the electronic device may obtain a second timeliness commitment template matched with the pre-sale mode of the current item; a second age commitment template matching store available patterns may also be obtained.
Specifically, each second aging commitment template has attribute information, and the attribute information of each second aging commitment template may include exclusive attribute information and priority information, where the exclusive attribute information is used to identify an exclusive relationship between the templates, and the priority information is used to identify a priority order of use of the templates. A target age commitment template may be determined from a plurality of second age commitment templates according to the attribute information of each second age commitment template.
Step 341, determining the target aging commitment template from the plurality of second aging commitment templates according to the exclusive attribute information of each second aging commitment template.
If the target aging commitment template can be determined from a plurality of second aging commitment templates according to the exclusive attribute information of each second aging commitment template, executing step 350; if the target aging commitment template cannot be determined from the plurality of second aging commitment templates according to the exclusive attribute information of each second aging commitment template, executing the steps 342 and 350;
specifically, the exclusive attribute information may include exclusivity and non-exclusivity; if the template with the exclusive attribute information as the exclusivity is matched in the using process, other templates with the exclusive attribute information as the matched attribute information need to be considered at the same time, namely other templates are not excluded; if the template with the exclusive attribute information being non-exclusive is matched in the using process, the template is directly used without considering other templates or other matched templates, namely excluding other templates; the exclusive attribute information may be set in the system in advance by an operator.
For example, if the exclusive attribute information of a certain second aging commitment template is non-exclusive, when the electronic device determines the target aging commitment template from a plurality of second aging commitment templates, the electronic device may directly determine the second aging commitment template whose exclusive attribute information is non-exclusive as the target aging commitment template, and no longer determine other second aging commitment templates.
For example, the second aging commitment template matched with the pre-sale pattern may be a pre-sale template, and the corresponding exclusive attribute information is: non-exclusive; the second age commitment template matched with the store sale pattern can be a store sale template, and the corresponding exclusive attribute information is as follows: exclusivity. That is, when article a is both sold at a store and pre-sold, the electronic device may determine the pre-sale template as the target age commitment template.
For another example, if the plurality of second aging commitment templates are all set as exclusive, when the electronic device determines the target aging commitment template from the plurality of second aging commitment templates, the electronic device may determine all of the plurality of second aging commitment templates whose exclusive attribute information is exclusive as the target aging commitment template.
Illustratively, the second aging commitment template matched with the pre-sale pattern is a pre-sale template, and the exclusive attribute information is: exclusivity; the second aging commitment template matched with the store sale mode is a store sale template, and the exclusive attribute information is as follows: exclusivity. Both the pre-sale template and store available-for-sale template may be determined to be the target age commitment template.
Step 342, determining a target aging commitment template from the plurality of second aging commitment templates according to the priority information of each second aging commitment template.
Specifically, if there is an abnormality as follows: the exclusive attribute information of the plurality of second aging commitment templates corresponding to the replacement mode of the current item is non-exclusive, and then the electronic device may select the second aging commitment template with a higher priority as the target aging commitment template according to the priority information.
In addition, if the priority information of each second aging commitment template is consistent, the electronic device can randomly select one second aging commitment template as a target aging commitment template; after selection, the current item can be marked as an abnormal item and fed back to the commodity system. Specific abnormal conditions are, for example: the replacement mode of a certain commodity a is both a purchasing in-transit mode and a spot mode, which is not in accordance with the actual situation, and the abnormal situation may be caused by the operator mistakenly configuring the exclusive attribute information.
And 350, generating second aging commitment information according to the target aging commitment template.
Specifically, when there is only one target aging commitment template, second aging commitment information can be generated according to the one target aging commitment template; when there are multiple target aging commitment templates, corresponding aging commitment information may be generated according to each target aging commitment template, and then the corresponding aging commitment information may be combined according to the priority of each target aging commitment template, so as to obtain second aging commitment information.
Illustratively, the second time-efficiency commitment template matched with the pre-sale pattern of the commodity a is a pre-sale template, and the exclusive attribute information is as follows: exclusivity, the priority information is: 3; the second aging commitment template matched with the store sale mode of the commodity A is a store sale template, and the exclusive attribute information is as follows: exclusivity, the priority information is: 1. the target aging commitment template of the commodity a may include a pre-sale template and a store sale template, one aging commitment information may be generated according to the pre-sale template, one aging commitment information may be generated according to the store sale template, and since the store sale template has a higher priority (1) than the pre-sale template (3), the second aging commitment information may be: the time effectiveness acceptance information corresponding to the template sold in the store [ the time effectiveness acceptance information corresponding to the template sold in advance ], that is, the time effectiveness acceptance information generated corresponding to the template with high priority is displayed at the front position of a row.
For example, the target age commitment template for commodity a may be: [ store sold ] order placement is expected to arrive before { date 1 }; [ PRESALL ] the items for { DATE 1} through { DATE 2} pre-sale are expected to be shipped { DATE 3} ]! The special commodities such as large customization and the like are subject to store consultation. The second aging commitment information specifically generated according to the replacement pattern item and the aging commitment item collection information may be: [ store for sale ] order placement is expected to arrive 2021.5.22; [ PRESAVE ] the products sold in advance at 2021.5.12-2021.5.17 are expected to be shipped before 2021.5.20! The special commodities such as large customization and the like are subject to store consultation.
It should be noted that, a template set established for a page dimension, that is, a page template set, may default that all the exclusive attribute information of the first time-efficient commitment template corresponding to the multiple page identifiers included in the page template set is set as non-exclusive; the template set established for the replacement pattern dimension, that is, the replacement pattern template set, may be set to be exclusive or non-exclusive, as the case may be. Wherein, the exclusive attribute information setting in the first time efficiency commitment template and the exclusive attribute information setting in the second time efficiency commitment template are not interfered with each other.
In the embodiment of the invention, the replacement mode of the current article displayed on the current page can be determined; if the replacement pattern is only one, the second aging commitment template matched with the replacement pattern is determined as a target aging commitment template; if the plurality of replacement patterns exist, acquiring a second aging commitment template matched with each replacement pattern; and determining a target aging commitment template from the plurality of second aging commitment templates by combining the exclusive attribute information of each second aging commitment template and the priority information of each second aging commitment template, and generating target aging commitment information for the current page according to the target aging commitment template. That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, template matching may be performed from a dimension of a replacement mode (for example, a sales mode), and a target aging commitment template is determined from a plurality of matched aging commitment templates by combining exclusive attribute information and priority information, so as to generate aging commitment information for a current item displayed on a current page, so that pages with different item sales modes and page attribute information have different aging commitment information, and the aging commitment information is more accurate, so that customer complaints can be reduced, and user experience is improved.
