Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a measuring and displaying instrument. The measuring and displaying instrument is applied to a point of grounding wire and comprises a main body part and a display screen arranged on the main body part; the main body part is integrally in a watch chain shape, and an iron core and a coil are arranged in the main body part; the two ends of the main body part are provided with mutually matched connecting pieces, and the main body part can be connected into a closed loop through the connecting pieces; the display screen is electrically connected with the coil and used for monitoring and displaying the current in the coil. The embodiment of the invention can measure and display the change condition of the leakage current in real time, can set an off-line alarm value, and can alarm and remind when the leakage current is larger than a set value.
Description
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to a current induction measuring technology, in particular to a measuring and displaying instrument.
Background
When a system fault occurs, certain voltage exists between different grounding points, secondary voltage neutral point drift is caused, three-phase voltage changes are caused, and protection misoperation or failure accidents are caused. When two-point or even multi-point grounding exists in the transformer substation, the grounding point of one point of the PT of the total station has larger leakage current. Checking whether the leakage current of one point grounding point of the total station PT exceeds the standard is an important means for preventing the accident.
The leakage current of the PT one-point grounding point of the existing inspection total station is mainly measured by a clamp-on ammeter manually, and a detector cannot dynamically and visually see the leakage current obtained by measurement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a measuring and displaying instrument, which is used for realizing real-time measurement and displaying the change condition of leakage current and setting an off-line alarm value, and alarming and reminding when the leakage current is greater than a set value.
The embodiment of the invention provides a measuring and displaying instrument which is applied to a point grounding wire and comprises a main body part and a display screen arranged on the main body part;
the whole body of the main body part is in a watch chain shape, and an iron core and a coil are arranged in the main body part; the two ends of the main body part are provided with mutually matched connecting pieces, and the main body part can be connected into a closed loop through the connecting pieces;
the display screen is electrically connected with the coil and used for monitoring and displaying the current in the coil.
Further, the display screen is used for alarming after the current is larger than a set threshold value.
Further, the connecting piece comprises a buckle, and the main body part is connected into a closed loop through the buckle or is detached into an open loop through the buckle.
Furthermore, the main body part is provided with a groove, and the display screen is embedded into the groove.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the display apparatus 100 is applied to a point ground line, and the display apparatus 100 includes a main body 101 and a display screen 102 disposed on the main body; the whole body part 101 is in a watch chain shape, and an iron core 104 and a coil 103 are arranged in the body part 101; the two ends of the main body part 101 are provided with mutually matched connecting pieces 105 and 106, and the main body part 101 can be connected into a closed loop through the connecting pieces; the display screen 102 is electrically connected with the coil and used for monitoring the magnitude of the current in the coil 103 and displaying the current.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the working condition of the display device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, when measuring the leakage current, the display device 100 is surrounded by a point of the ground wire 200, and the openings of the connectors of the main body parts that are matched with each other are combined together, so that the display device 100 is not easily detached from the leads of the circuit to be measured. At this time, the whole of the display instrument 100 corresponds to an iron core of the current transformer, a lead of the circuit to be tested passing through the iron core corresponds to a primary side coil of the current transformer, a coil provided in a main body portion of the display instrument 100 corresponds to a secondary side coil, and a current flowing through the display instrument 100 induces a current in the secondary side coil, so that a display screen connected to the coil displays a leakage current of the circuit to be tested.

The present embodiment is refined based on the above embodiments, and optionally, the display screen is used for alarming after the current is greater than the set threshold.
The total station PT one-point grounding current is generally not more than 50mA, and once the total station PT one-point grounding current is larger than the value, the total station PT secondary circuit may have multipoint grounding, which may cause distance protection, zero sequence direction protection rejection or malfunction. Therefore, the current threshold may be set to 50mA, and the specific value of the current threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. When the measured current value is larger than the preset value, the display screen reminds the staff of paying attention in a continuous flashing alarm mode; when the measured current value is smaller than or equal to the set threshold value, the display screen does not flash to give an alarm, but displays the current value obtained by real-time measurement.
With continued reference to fig. 1, optionally, the connecting member 105 and 106 comprises a snap, by which the body portion 101 is connected in a closed loop or detached in an open loop.
The buckles on the connecting member 105 and 106 can be a first buckle 105 with a concave part and a second buckle 106 with a convex part, when the leakage current is measured, the concave part of the first buckle 105 is connected with the convex part of the second buckle 106, and at this time, the main body 101 is in closed-loop connection; when the worker needs to perform maintenance, the recessed portion of the first hook 105 is separated from the protruding portion of the second hook 106, and the main body 101 is opened.
Optionally, a groove is formed in the main body portion, and the display screen is embedded in the groove.
For example, a first magnet can be arranged in a groove formed in the main body, a second magnet can be arranged on the surface, closest to the groove, of the display screen, the display screen and the main body are electrically connected through the cooperative matching of the first magnet and the second magnet, and the metal nodes on the magnets can be used for transmitting measurement data; the design of the groove can further improve the overall sealing performance of the measuring and displaying instrument, prevent moisture absorption damage, effectively prolong the service life and bring better use prospect.
Optionally, the main body portion is provided with a first connection end portion, the first connection end portion is electrically connected with the coil, and the display screen is provided with a second connection end portion corresponding to the first connection end portion; the display screen can be dismantled and be fixed in on the main part, and the back is fixed in on the main part to the display screen, and first connecting end portion is connected with the second connecting end portion electricity.
The main body part is provided with a first connecting end part, the first connecting end part is firstly electrically connected with the coil and then electrically connected with a second connecting end part arranged on the display screen, the first connecting end part is opened and closed, the connection between the coil and the display screen is never realized, and the leakage current flowing in the coil can be transmitted to the display screen in a digital visual mode.
Optionally, a first connector and a second connector are respectively disposed at two ends of the main body portion, the first connector and the second connector are a male connector and a female connector, a first end of the coil is electrically connected to the first connector, and a second end of the coil is electrically connected to the second connector.
The first connector may be a male connector, and the second connector may be a female connector. And the first end of the coil is electrically connected with the first connector, the second end of the coil is electrically connected with the second connector, and the coil forms a closed coil so as to facilitate the measuring instrument to measure the induced current generated in the coil.
Optionally, the coils include a first coil and a second coil, a first end of the first coil is electrically connected to the first connector, and a second end of the first coil is electrically connected to the display screen;
the first end of the second coil is electrically connected with the first connector, and the second end of the second coil is electrically connected with the display screen.
Wherein, two ends of the first coil are respectively and electrically connected with the first connector and the display screen; the second coil is electrically connected with the first connector and the display screen respectively; the connection mode enables the display and the whole coil to form closed-loop connection, and the error of the leakage current data measured by the closed-loop connection mode is small, and the precision is higher.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an operation of a second embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6, optionally, the display screen 102 includes a controller 1021 and a display 1022, and the controller 1021 is electrically connected to the coil.
The measuring and displaying instrument is arranged around a point of the grounding wire 200, the conducting wire of the measured circuit passing through the measuring and displaying instrument is equivalent to a primary side coil of the current transformer, the coil arranged in the main body part of the measuring and displaying instrument is equivalent to a secondary side coil, the current flowing through the measuring and displaying instrument induces current in the secondary side coil, and the display screen displays the measured leakage current. The controller 1021 can be a microprocessor or a micro-singlechip, the controller 1021 is electrically connected with the coil, and the controller 1021 is mainly used for acquiring the measured value of the coil and displaying the measured value to the display 1022. The display 1022 may be an AMOLED display screen or an OLED display screen, and the display 1022 is configured to display the acquired current data on a screen in a more intuitive digital form, and may set a current offline alarm value, and alarm when the measured current value is greater than a set value. It should be noted that the length × width × height of the display screen may be 170mm × 100mm × 30 mm.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of an internal structure of the observation instrument according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 7, optionally, the coil 103 is densely distributed in the main body 101.
The manner of the coils 103 being densely arranged in the main body 101 may be set as required, for example, the coils 103 may be vertically densely arranged in the main body 101, or the coils 103 may be curved and spirally densely arranged in the main body 101. Preferably, the coil 103 can be densely distributed from the head end of the main body 101 to the tail end of the main body in an S-shaped manner, the dense distribution makes the contact between the coil 103 and the line to be tested more sufficient, and the data obtained by measurement is more accurate.
With continued reference to fig. 1, optionally, the body 101 comprises a plurality of connecting links, the coils 103 extending in the direction of extension of the body of the connecting links.
The shape and specific number of the connecting links are set according to the requirement, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited thereto. The coil 103 includes a first coil and a second coil, which extend along the extension direction of the body of the connecting link, respectively, wherein the extension directions of the first coil and the second coil may be the same or opposite directions. The length × width × height of the main body may be 500mm × 150mm × 30.06 mm.
The measuring and displaying instrument in the embodiment of the invention is convenient and quick to mount, fix and dismount, can measure and display leakage current in real time, and can set an off-line alarm value to alarm and remind when the leakage current is larger than a set value. In addition, the labor amount of workers can be reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the measurement precision is high, the structure is reliable, the service life is long, and the application prospect is good.

the whole body of the main body part is in a watch chain shape, and an iron core and a coil are arranged in the main body part; the two ends of the main body part are provided with mutually matched connecting pieces, and the main body part can be connected into a closed loop through the connecting pieces;
the display screen is electrically connected with the coil and used for monitoring and displaying the current in the coil.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the display screen is configured to alarm after the current is greater than a set threshold.
3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the connector comprises a snap, and the body portion is connected to a closed loop by the snap or detached to an open loop by the snap.
4. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the main body has a recess, and the display screen is embedded in the recess.

The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the main body has a first connecting end electrically connected to the coil, and the display screen has a second connecting end corresponding to the first connecting end; the display screen is detachably fixed on the main body part, and after the display screen is fixed on the main body part, the first connecting end part is electrically connected with the second connecting end part.

8. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the display screen includes a controller and a display, the controller being electrically connected to the coil.
9. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the coil is densely packed in the body portion.
10. The scope of claim 1 wherein the body portion includes a plurality of connecting links, the coil extending in a direction of extension of the body of the connecting links.
