Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fresh air systems, in particular to a full-house fresh air system for forming a negative pressure functional area by using an exhaust module.
Background
In the functional space units of the kitchen, bedroom, toilet, living room and the like of the building space, particularly the residence, the living space of the human being is dirty due to the volatilization of waste gas, water vapor, odor and harmful components such as formaldehyde and the like in various artificial decorative materials generated by physiological breathing activities, excretory activities, cooking and bathing activities and the like of the human being and the limitation of the mobility of indoor dirty air formed by the segmentation and sealing of the outer wall and the inner wall of the residence.
The new trend engineering of the building, including the residential bi-directional flow new trend system, which is just dedicated to the fresh air entering and the dirty air discharging of the enclosed space in the building, creates the indoor secondary environment system with excellent physical and chemical indexes such as cleanliness, temperature, humidity, oxygen content and the like, and achieves great progress and achievement.
The fundamental problem of the whole house fresh air system is to implement fresh air replacement in functional space units such as a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and the like, and how to implement fresh air replacement efficiency of fresh air intake and dirty air discharge.
The problem to be solved is how to utilize the exhaust module of the whole house fresh air system to build and maintain a plurality of negative pressure areas in the sleeve while replacing fresh air, and develop and expand the functions of the negative pressure areas. Some space areas in a house, such as a kitchen, a restaurant, a smoke sucking area, a shoe changing area, a shoe cabinet, a bathroom, a drying area, a pet area and the like, are sources for generating dirty air, and if an air pressure state of micro negative pressure is established and maintained in the areas by using an air exhaust module of a full-house fresh air system, the dirty air generated in the areas can be subjected to negative pressure collection and discharge, so that the aggregation diffusion and the transverse migration in a sleeve are prevented.

Preferably, the inner diameter of the exhaust pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of the branch exhaust pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
1. Negative pressure collecting source polluted air
According to the invention, when fresh air is replaced, a plurality of in-sleeve negative pressure areas are built and maintained in the sleeve by using the exhaust module of the whole-room fresh air system, and the functions of the negative pressure areas are developed and expanded.
Under the condition that the fan of the fresh air module is operated at a high speed or a low speed, the invention establishes and maintains the air pressure state of micro negative pressure by using the pumping and exhausting power of the air exhausting module of the whole fresh air system in source areas of dirty air generated in a kitchen, a dining room, a smoke sucking area, a shoe changing area, a shoe cabinet, a bathroom, a drying area, a pet area and the like, and performs negative pressure collection and exhaust on the dirty air generated in the areas, thereby effectively preventing aggregation and diffusion in a sleeve.
2. Accurate ventilation
When the personnel in the house in the building changes or the contents and modes of work, study, life and entertainment activities change, for example, a part of bedroom and bathroom are empty, the invention can selectively give up the empty rooms to ventilate the space units with the fresh air replacement requirement for the activities of the personnel, realize accurate ventilation, and reduce ventilation energy consumption, ventilation duration and ventilation equipment loss.
3. Efficient ventilation
Because the discharge rate q=the replacement air quantity m is the difference between the concentration of the discharged dirty air and the concentration of the incoming fresh air in the room air during fresh air replacement, the replacement air quantity m is the fresh air quantity, namely the discharge amount of the dirty air, plays a key role in the real-time concentration of pollutants in a building, and the higher the air quantity m is, the higher the discharge rate q of the dirty component is, the better the fresh air replacement effect of the room is;
the invention implements 'full-house regional scanning fresh air replacement' through the opening and closing switching of the air door between each exhaust branch and the negative pressure cavity, so that the fresh air volume of the room in the fresh air replacement state enlarges the discharge rate of the dirty components in the room, and the indoor secondary environment with excellent physical and chemical indexes such as cleanliness, temperature, humidity, oxygen content and the like is rapidly created, thereby realizing high-efficiency ventilation.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product to practice the invention to achieve all of the advantages set forth above at the same time.

The air door 17 can be an inserting type air door, namely the air door 17 is arranged on the air inlet in a sliding way and driven by the driving device 15 to do linear motion, or a rotating type air door, namely the air door 17 is arranged on the air inlet in a rotating way and driven by the driving device 15 to do rotary motion. The insert damper is preferred in this embodiment because the insert damper has better sealing properties.
