Description

Full room new trend system of two-way flow
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a room group ventilation system, and particularly relates to a bidirectional flow full-house fresh air system.
Background
Air, which is a vital element that our human beings cannot leave every minute of every living body, depends on air more than all other vital elements, including food and water. Most of the life of a person is living in a house, essentially in an indoor secondary air environment surrounded by a house wall and a floor. Carbon dioxide and excrement generated by human metabolism, oil smoke flowing out of kitchen cooking, water vapor evaporating out of bath, benzene and formaldehyde volatilized by indoor decoration materials and the like, so that indoor air is polluted, and great demands of people on house ventilation and improvement on indoor secondary environment quality are released.
Our living space requires continuous stable high quality fresh air replacement, but residential ventilation is not equal to opening doors and windows. In summer in winter when quality indexes such as air temperature and humidity deviate from normal values, in climatic periods such as haze days, sand wind days, return to the south, plum rains and the like, in windless periods when the atmosphere is in a static state, and epidemic prevention periods when the indoor ventilation quantity needs to be increased by viruses, mechanical ventilation equipment is needed to carry out concentrated filtration, cooling and dehumidification (heating and temperature rise) treatment on fresh air, fresh air flow with proper temperature, humidity, cleanliness and freshness is input, the quality of secondary environment in a sleeve is improved, and living ideal which is derived from nature and is achieved.
However, in order to meet the fresh air demand of the house, the simple fresh air system assembled on the new building tray is mainly a PVC air supply pipeline used for communicating all rooms on an air supply fan module and a suspended ceiling, and is a blind-intestine type one-way flow, and the system has no actual effect of synchronous running of fresh air pressurization feeding and dirty air negative pressure collecting and discharging, and has the advantages of high processing precision and good air tightness of the existing doors and windows, and no exit of the doors and windows of the room due to the fact that the fresh air cannot be discharged when the doors and windows of the room are opened and the dirty air is matched, and the fresh air cannot be fed. The blind-intestine type unidirectional flow fresh air system in the current building is deviated from the basic principles of three-section type ventilation and bidirectional flow, so that the problems that the room polluted air cannot be discharged and the fresh air cannot be sent in, and the inner wall of the fresh air supply pipe is condensed with dust bacteria microorganisms to form a culture medium to cause secondary pollution are caused.
In fact, in the house design and construction process, the inner wall, the outer wall and the doors and windows divide the originally spacious complete house space into a plurality of functional units such as living rooms, bedrooms, study rooms, kitchens, toilets and storage rooms, and the functional space units are difficult to achieve natural ventilation with outdoor environments and even difficult to operate even forced ventilation.
The basic properties of the low-rise, multi-inner wall and small unit space are different from European villas, the design starting point of the mechanical ventilation system of the Chinese resident is that two sets of pipelines for fresh air feeding and waste air discharging cannot be installed under the condition of 3000mm of the current layer height, the building area for reducing the layer height by 10% from 300mm to 3300mm is not commercially possible, and the cost is difficult to digest because two sets of pipelines for bidirectional flow and exhaust, a fresh air module and an exhaust module are additionally arranged, and the suspended ceiling area is additionally arranged by decorating the two sets of pipelines.
Meanwhile, in the overall planning and design of the residential fresh air system, the problems of residential fresh air replacement and air conditioning energy consumption directly related to fresh air replacement are not only solved to improve the quality of secondary environments in a sleeve, but also the energy consumption of ventilation engineering per se must be concerned, and the ventilation and air conditioning energy consumption becomes a main body of building energy consumption.
The building energy consumption (about 10 hundred million tons of standard coal equivalent) in China has been 22% in total social energy consumption, and is parallel to industrial energy consumption and traffic energy consumption, so that the building energy consumption is three-sisal of total social energy consumption, and the building energy consumption are further improved due to improvement of resident living conditions and urban updating, so that the building energy consumption and the building energy consumption are the focus of carbon-to-carbon neutralization in the peaks of China and the world.
In recent years, the development of building energy-saving technology is extremely rapid, diversified and general in forests, but the technology can be classified into three types of building material energy saving, equipment process energy saving and building structure energy saving:
① The building materials are energy-saving, for example, hollow bricks and foaming cement bricks are adopted to build the wall, rock wool boards and polyurethane foaming boards are adopted to pave the outer wall surface of the building, and the heat insulation performance of the hollow bricks, the foaming cement bricks, the rock wool and the polyurethane foaming boards is utilized to block the heat transmission inside and outside the wall so as to reduce the energy consumption of the building;
② The equipment and process type energy conservation, for example, a residential air conditioner adopts a temperature and humidity independent regulation mode, and the indoor temperature is properly increased under the condition of reducing the indoor relative humidity and maintaining the body feeling comfort level so as to reduce the indoor and outdoor temperature difference and reduce the heat leakage and the energy consumption of the air conditioner;
③ The energy-saving structure adopts a heat-insulating bridge aluminum alloy door and window, an insulating nylon connecting piece is embedded between an inner aluminum alloy frame and an outer aluminum alloy frame to block heat conduction between the inner aluminum alloy frame and the outer aluminum alloy frame, so that the point type residence is reduced, the strip type residence structure design is promoted greatly, the outer wall surface area and the specific surface area of the residence building are reduced, the energy exchange intensity inside and outside the residence is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the like, and the structural energy saving of the building is realized through the optimization of the building structure or the building part structure;
Among the three types of building energy-saving technologies, the first type of wall heat preservation and hollow glass and other building material energy-saving technologies have been widely applied to obtain very excellent technical effects, the space for improving the energy-saving effect by continuously improving the heat insulation performance and thickness of the building material is very narrow, the second type of residential energy equipment is technically energy-saving, the technology is relatively complex, the residential energy equipment such as an elevator, an air conditioner, a water heater and a kitchen range is taken as the representative of 'Chinese building' through the hard effort of Chinese engineers, the energy-saving level of the residential energy equipment is already world-first, the third type of structural energy saving is realized, the area and the specific surface area of the outer wall of the residential building are reduced through the optimization of the building structure, the indoor and outdoor heat transfer temperature difference is reduced through the optimization of the spatial relationship of building parts, and the building space is greatly improved.
The method takes the basic attributes of low-rise, multi-inner wall and small unit space of the resident house of China as the starting point, focuses on the problems of path, power and efficiency of fresh air replacement and ventilation and building energy conservation, effectively solves the two problems of fresh air replacement and building energy conservation through the optimization of building parts, particularly electromechanical parts and building relations, and is a great mission and a difficult task of the real estate industry, the building design industry and the fresh air conditioner industry.

The return air inlet 601 of the room return air pipe 6 and the first room fan coil 7 are both arranged in the suspended ceiling and are respectively arranged at two ends of the same room outer wall 502 in the length direction, and the return air inlet 601 of the room return air pipe 6 and the air suction inlet of the first room fan coil 4 are both arranged downwards;
The air outlet 7011 of the fan coil 7 of the first room faces away from the outer wall 502 and faces toward the deep part of the first room:
When the fresh air in the first room 5 is replaced, the fan coil 7 of the first room is operated, the fresh air in the fan coil 7 of the first room is emitted to the deep part of the first room from the air outlet 7011 of the fan coil, reflected and sunk by the inner wall of the deep part of the first room, flows to the outer wall 502, and is finally discharged through the air return inlet 601 of the air return pipe 6 of the first room;

When the first room fan coil 7 runs compared with a full-room fresh air system arranged on an adjacent outer wall, the full-room fresh air module 1, the full-room exhaust module 2, the first room fan coil 7 and the first air door of the first room fresh air port 501 are synchronously started, the fresh air module 1 sends fresh air to each first room fresh air port 501 by means of a living room passageway, the exhaust module 2 sucks the first room 5 polluted air to generate primary negative pressure, the first room fan coil 7 runs the air suction port to generate lower secondary negative pressure, the primary negative pressure and the secondary negative pressure push the room fresh air flow to do spiral motion together, and the return air port 601 for driving the polluted air in the first room 5 to flow into the room return air pipe 6 is conveyed to the outside through the exhaust module 2:
① The exhaust module 2 operates in each first room 5 to pump sewage and generate primary negative pressure, pulls fresh air in the public space 8 outside the room to pass through a room fresh air port, and flows into the lower space of the first room 5 under the guidance of a first grid of the first room fresh air port 501;

③ The fresh air which is directed to the inner wall of the first room 5 is reflected by the inner wall to flow back to the main body space at the lower part of the first room 5 again, so that the sewage air is driven to flow into the return air inlet of the room return air pipe 6;
the fresh air flow is spirally propelled, continuously presses and drives the polluted air to be conveyed outdoors through the return air inlet 601 of the room return air pipe 6 and the whole room exhaust module 2, and high-efficiency non-blind area room fresh air replacement is realized.
The whole-room fresh air system provided by the embodiment is arranged adjacent to the outer wall of the fan coil of the first room, and is based on the following judgment:
① The fan coil of the first room has the function of gravity slingshot for replacing fresh air in the room
The room fresh air replacement is an intermediate link and a key link of the whole house fresh air replacement of a house, under the 'primary negative pressure' generated by the room blow-down wind suction through a room return air pipe, a deeper 'secondary negative pressure' is generated at an air suction inlet of a first room fan coil when the air exhaust system operates;
② Optimizing the spatial location of the fan coil in the first room reduces the heat exchange strength inside and outside the room
When the first room fan coil is in internal circulation, an asymmetric temperature field is established in the first room, the temperature of the air outlet of the first room fan coil is lowest, the temperature of the upper part of the first room is lower, the temperature of the lower part of the first room is higher, the temperature of the air suction inlet of the first room fan coil is highest, the temperature of the air outlet of the first room fan coil is highest, the temperature of the upper part of the first room is higher, the temperature of the lower part of the first room is lower, the temperature of the air suction inlet of the first room fan coil is lowest, the spatial position of the first room fan coil determines the spatial characteristics of the room temperature field and the internal and external heat exchange strength of the first room, the position setting of the first room fan coil is adjusted, the spatial structural relation between the first room fan coil and the first room is optimized, the gravitation slingshot function of the first room fan coil is supported during fresh air replacement of the room, the room temperature field structure is changed, the internal and external wall temperature difference during cooling and heating in winter is reduced, and thus the energy consumption of the building is reduced.
When the first indoor circulation is executed, the first room fan coil reverses a first room temperature field constructed when the traditional room fan coil is arranged close to the inner wall, and a brand new first room temperature field space structure is formed.
The whole-house fresh air system provided by the embodiment is an integrated innovation based on the room fresh air system arranged on the adjacent outer wall of the room fan coil, and has quite clear technical and economic comparison advantages:
1. Extremely optimized whole-house fresh air replacement path
The whole-room fresh air system of the embodiment adopts a whole-room bidirectional flow fresh air conditioning system, a plurality of small rooms are arranged in a pocket-facing rotating sleeve, no obstacle exists behind the front door of a digging room door and has the resource endowment of an airflow channel on the premise of arranging only one set of air pipes in the sleeve, ductless air supply is implemented to directly support fresh air sent out by a balcony fresh air module to each room door head by means of living room passageways, an electric air door opened on the door head is sucked by a room fan coil twice negative pressure arranged in the room and is then blown to the inner wall of the room by a room fan coil 'attractive force slingshot', the return air is blocked by the inner wall, the polluted air in the room is driven to flow into an air return inlet of a room remote-angle room air return pipe in a spiral mode, the polluted air enters a negative pressure central air pipe, and the polluted air is finally sucked by an exhaust fan to boost the outside.
The embodiment adopts a full-house bidirectional flow fresh air conditioning system, and links 'environment fresh air → fresh air module → living room passageway replacing air supply pipes → fresh air port of each room → room fan coil → inner wall → room return air pipe → central air pipe → exhaust fan → environment atmosphere' to form a very optimized fresh air replacement path, and the fresh air replacement path is linked to form a complete air supply and exhaust bidirectional flow airflow organization form comprising three stages of supply, replacement and exhaust. In spring and autumn with proper ambient air cleanliness and temperature and humidity, the novel air module can be short-circuited, and the novel air directly enters the corridor from the balcony screen door through the living room and then turns into the room, so that the flow is simplified.
A full-house bidirectional flow fresh air conditioning system is characterized in that a house ventilation main path which mainly comprises feeding, replacement and discharging is connected with a house air path which is formed by a house fresh air inlet, a fan coil, an inner wall and a house return air pipe of each house in parallel, so that the problem of the old and difficult short circuit of the house fresh air is solved, all the houses in the house comprise a bathroom and enjoy the fresh air replacement of 'large water flood filling', and the full-house fresh air replacement has no blind area and dead angle.
2. Fully compatible fresh air replacement power
The whole-house bidirectional flow fresh air conditioner integrated system of the embodiment is based on the current household central air conditioner system, and the potential of a room fan coil is explored to serve as the power of a whole-house total fresh air module and the relay power of room fresh air.
The combined fresh air module is arranged in a living room and is compatible for two times, because the fresh air fan coil is installed close to a balcony door from the deep part of the traditional living room, the structural inversion of a living room temperature field realizes transition energy conservation, thereby bringing about reduction of the heat load of the living room, 2 fresh air fan coils (originally split into 2 for noise reduction) in the traditional living room are combined into 1, then the air conditioning treatment of the fresh air fed by a balcony air inlet booster device is combined with the circulating function in the living room again, and the same-machine air conditioning is implemented. After the fresh air module and the fan coil are subjected to 2 times of functional recombination and 1 time of space recombination to form the combined fresh air module, the cost of living room fresh air conditioning equipment and the cost of installation and operation are reduced compared with those of the traditional double fan coils.
The room fresh air system sets a room fan coil as relay power for room fresh air replacement on the premise of not increasing an independent air supply pipeline and power equipment, a room fresh air electric air door is arranged on a room door leaf (or above a door frame), an induced draft opening secondary negative pressure function of the room fan coil during running is developed on the basis of primary negative pressure of a room generated by exhausting waste air between rooms by a whole room exhaust system, the induced draft opening of the fan coil becomes a room lowest air pressure area, the biggest pressure difference generated inside and outside the door leaf electric air door pulls aisle fresh air to flow into the room, the air is blocked by the fan coil to return to a room main space by 'attractive force slingshot', the room main space is blocked by the inner wall, the waste air is driven to flow into a fan return air opening, the problem of room fresh air short circuit is solved, the fresh air replacement power is fully compatible with internal circulation air conditioning power, and the potential of the room fan coil is deeply developed.
3. Fine fresh air replacement efficiency
When the whole-room bidirectional flow fresh air conditioning system performs fresh air replacement, the introduced outdoor fresh air is firstly filtered in an air inlet boosting device, then enters a living room large-size fresh air fan coil (more than FP 102) for air conditioning modulation, and comprises the steps of cooling and dehumidifying in summer, heating and heating in winter, and sending high-quality fresh air reaching the standards of freshness, cleanliness and temperature and humidity into living room channels in a sleeve to directly prop against the door heads of each room;
When the room fresh air is replaced, in order to reduce the mixing of the room fresh air and the polluted air, reduce the wind age of the room, implement the time-staggered fresh air replacement of the separated rooms, so as to increase the air quantity of the room in the fresh air replacement state, enable the air quantity to approach the running air quantity of the room fan coil at a low speed gear, reduce the partial internal circulation air quantity possibly existing in the fan coil during the room fresh air replacement, and enable the fresh air ejected by the gravity slingshot of the room fan coil to be pushed to the inner wall in a laminar flow mode and then folded to the return air inlet, thereby improving the room fresh air replacement efficiency.
The central air duct exhaust system is arranged above the corridor, and is used for accommodating the dirty air of the return air ducts of each room from two ends, flowing to the waist air outlet and then flowing through 2 small-diameter beam penetrating air ducts to be sent to an exhaust fan, and the air ducts are connected in parallel to form a network, so that the sectional area of the air ducts is enlarged, the flow speed is reduced, the resistance is reduced, and the exhaust energy consumption and the noise are greatly reduced.
The embodiment adopts a three-level link conveying mode of ' fresh air positive pressure feeding + fan coil gravity slingshot + dirty air negative pressure pumping ', and measures and calculates according to ' 1-day 4 fresh air replacement, 45min each time and 400m3 full-scale scanning replacement of ventilation quantity ' of a large household ' 1, wherein a fresh air module and an exhaust module adopt outer rotor centrifugal fans YWF-B2S-220-065AB00,540m 3/h and power 80w, living rooms and room fan coils respectively adopt FP102 and FP51, replacement air quantity respectively selects 540 and 270m 3/h, motor power is respectively 54 and 98w, 2 room fan coils are simultaneously operated when the fresh air partition replacement in the cover is executed, the total power of the fan is 2×80+2×54+1×98=366 w, 4 times total 3 hours in the whole day is operated, 24-hour average value 45.75w and the total power consumption of fresh air is 1.1kwh (excluding the energy consumption of a host machine operation). Compared with air conditioning (heating) load of about 15kw and 5kw power load of an air conditioning (heat pump) host in winter and summer, the energy consumption average value of the full-house bidirectional flow fresh air replacement is lower by 2 orders of magnitude, and the energy consumption is also greatly lower than the energy-saving building energy consumption caused by the transition of a living room fan coil, and can be ignored.
4. Super-large building energy-saving
The full-house bidirectional flow fresh air conditioning system of the embodiment has the advantages that all functions of an air conditioner are continued, a traditional deep room setting mode of a room fan coil is innovatively set to a position adjacent to an outer wall, novel structural relation between an air conditioner and a building is innovated, indoor temperature field distribution is changed, and temperature difference delta T between the inner side and the outer side of the outer wall is reduced, so that indoor and outdoor heat exchange strength Q and building energy consumption are reduced.
Because the air-conditioning heating energy consumption is basically derived from heat exchange inside and outside a building, the heat exchange inside and outside the building involves 3 heat exchange stages of indoor side air convection, outer wall heat conduction and outdoor side air convection, so that the calculation and control of the heat exchange inside and outside the building are very complex, but the calculation and control of the heat exchange inside and outside the building are further complex in summer winter, in the formula of Q (heat exchange intensity) =K (total heat transfer coefficient) ×S (outer wall area) × (inner and outer wall temperature difference) T (outer wall area) × (outer wall temperature difference), only the component factors and interrelationships of K are complex, and the structural complexity and the calculation complexity of K do not change the simple mathematical relationship that the heat exchange intensity Q is in direct proportion to the outer wall area S and the outer wall inner and outer wall temperature difference T.
In the traditional air conditioner installation engineering, a room fan coil is usually arranged at the deep part of a room relative to an outer wall, and in the case of refrigerating operation under the standard working condition of an air conditioner in summer, the room fan coil arranged at the deep part of the room is sucked into a room return air at about 27 ℃ to cool and dehumidify, then cold air flow at about 14 ℃ after cooling and dehumidification passes through the upper space of the room and is blown to the outer wall, the cold air flow is blocked and reflected by the outer wall, and flows back to the lower part of the room fan coil from the middle lower space of the room to the deep part of the room, and is sucked into the room fan coil again to cool and dehumidify by the room fan coil to start a new cycle.
If the ambient temperature is 32 ℃, the air outlet temperature of a traditional deeply arranged room fan coil is 14 ℃ when in refrigeration operation, the temperature of the vertically sinking airflow which is blown to the inner side of the outer wall is near 19 ℃, the return air is about 27 ℃, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference at the outer wall is=32-19=13 ℃, and then the outdoor environment leaks into the indoor heat quantity Q1=KxSx x delta T1=13 KxS through the outer wall.
In the embodiment, the traditional deeply arranged room fan coil is innovatively arranged at a position adjacent to the outer wall, so that a novel structural relation between the air conditioner and the building is created, the indoor temperature field is changed along with the novel structural relation, the temperature difference delta T between the inner side and the outer side of the outer wall is changed along with the novel structural relation, and accordingly the indoor and outdoor heat exchange strength Q and the building energy consumption are changed along with the novel structural relation.
According to the same room structure with the same environment temperature of 32 ℃ and the same room temperature, compared with the air outlet temperature of the room fan coil arranged adjacent to the outer wall during the cooling operation of 14 ℃, the temperature of the vertical sinking airflow blown to the deep part of the room is near 19 ℃, the return air temperature at the outer wall is 25 ℃, the temperature of the fresh air inlet of the room fan coil is 27 ℃, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference at the outer wall is=32-25=7 ℃, then the outdoor environment leaks into the indoor heat Q2=KxSx (delta) T2=7KxS through the outer wall, and compared with the scene arranged at the deep part of the room fan coil in the traditional air conditioner building structure, the heat leakage into the room is reduced by the range of (Q1-Q2)/Q1= (13-7)/13=46%.
5. Extreme cost performance
If the bidirectional pipeline bidirectional flow fresh air standard of the public building is implemented, the height of a residential floor needs to be increased by 300mm to 3300mm to solve the problem of air supply and exhaust 2-pipeline space interference, the building area is reduced by 10 percent, the loss of real estate development projects is directly caused, the public building has an intolerable weight for real estate enterprises, meanwhile, each house is added with an air supply and exhaust 2-pipeline valve, 1 fresh air module and 1 exhaust module, the equipment cost is increased by 5080 yuan (2 pipelines are multiplied by 1000 yuan/each pipeline+12 air valves are multiplied by 140 yuan/each pipeline+800 yuan of a central control large screen+800 yuan of a fresh air module+800 yuan of an exhaust module), and the installation cost is reduced by 2140 yuan (2 pipelines are multiplied by 12 air valves of the fresh air modules+50 percent of equipment cost of the exhaust modules), and the total is 7220 yuan.
The embodiment adopts a full-house bidirectional flow fresh air conditioning system, based on innovations of 'transition energy conservation', 'same air conditioner', 'ductless air supply', 'gravitation slingshot', 'central air duct exhaust', the cost performance is extremely high, on the basis of a 130m2 house type structure and a household type central air conditioning system, only 6 house fresh air port electric air doors, 5 return air duct electric air valves and 1 set of exhaust pipelines are added, equipment cost 3400 yuan (11 air door air valves multiplied by 140 yuan/medium control large screen 800 yuan+exhaust fan air duct 1000 yuan), the whole fresh air equipment installation cost is increased by about 850 yuan (5 return air duct electric air valves and 50 percent of 1 set of exhaust air duct fan equipment cost), the total 4250 yuan equipment cost installation cost is increased, and a set of full-house bidirectional flow air conditioning system with high quality and high efficiency and greatly saving space resources is obtained, and the problems of air flow path optimization, power adaptation and efficiency improvement in three stages of fresh air supply, fresh air replacement and dirty air exhaust are comprehensively and completely solved under house scenes with low-level high-level, multiple inner walls and small unit space are solved.

The installation position of the toilet vent 4021 is not limited in this embodiment, the toilet vent 4021 may be installed on a wall of the toilet 402, a door head of the door of the toilet 402, or a door leaf of the door of the toilet 402, and in this embodiment, the toilet vent 4021 is preferably installed below the door leaf of the door of the toilet 402.
The toilet ventilation opening 4021 may be provided with a third air door, or may not be provided with a third air door, and may be set according to actual use requirements. If the third air door is provided on the toilet ventilation opening 4021, the third air door may be an electric air door, a pneumatic air door, or the like, which is not limited in this embodiment, and for example, the electric air door of the first room may be used.
The two sides of the toilet ventilation opening 4021 are provided with third grids, each third grid comprises a plurality of third grid bars which are sequentially arranged in parallel from top to bottom, and each third grid bar is inclined from the inner side to the outer side from top to bottom.
In this embodiment, the relay fan 3 and the return air inlet 901 of the toilet return air pipe 9 are all disposed in the suspended ceiling, and the air suction inlet of the relay fan 3 and the return air inlet 901 of the toilet return air pipe 9 are all disposed downward. When the fresh air replacement operation of the second room 4 is performed, the second air door of the second room fresh air inlet 4011 and the third air door of the toilet air inlet 4021 are both opened, the relay fan 3 is operated, the air return inlet 901 of the toilet air return pipe 9 is sucked, under the action of the relay fan 3, fresh air in the public space 8 enters the room body 401 from the second room fresh air inlet 4011, the fresh air injected into the room body 401 through the 'attraction slingshot' of the relay fan 3 is sucked by the air suction inlet of the relay fan 3 under the secondary negative pressure, dirty air in the room body 401 is driven to flow back from the lower position of the room body 401 through the space at the bottom of the room body 401, flows into the toilet 402 through the toilet air inlet 4021 at the bottom of the toilet 402, and finally is discharged outside through the toilet air return pipe 9 at the top of the toilet 402.

Example 2
In this embodiment, a second room fan coil 10 is added to the second room 4, and referring to fig. 9 to 13, the second room fan coil 10 is disposed in the room body 401 and is located on the outer wall 4012 of the room body 401 or adjacent to the outer wall 4012. The air outlet of the second room fan coil 10 faces to the deep part of the room body 401, the external wall 4012 is located at the shallow part of the room body 401, and the deep part of the room body 401 is opposite to the external wall 4012.
The exterior wall 4012 of the present embodiment includes at least one of a solid exterior wall, a hollow exterior wall, a foam exterior wall, and an exterior wall provided with an exterior window. And when the circulation in the second room 4 is executed, the second room fan coil 10 reverses the room temperature field constructed when the traditional fan coil is arranged close to the inner wall, so that a brand new second room temperature field space structure is formed.
When the second room fan coil 10 circulates, under the action of the fan of the second room fan coil 10, the air in the room body 401 enters the second room fan coil 10 from the air suction inlet of the second room fan coil 10, and is discharged into the room body 401 through the air outlet of the second room fan coil 10.
The first room fan coil 7 and the second room fan coil 10 are arranged adjacent to the outer wall, and are judged based on the analysis of building physics that air conditioning and heating energy consumption in summer and winter is the main body of building energy consumption, the air conditioning heating energy consumption is essentially generated by heat exchange inside and outside the building, and the heat exchange inside and outside the building relates to 3 heat exchange stages of indoor side air convection, outer wall heat conduction and outdoor side air convection, so that the calculation and control of the heat exchange inside and outside the building are very complex.
The heat exchange power Q 1 of the environment atmosphere and the indoor space is equal to K, the total heat transfer coefficient inside and outside the outer wall body is equal to K, the surface area S of the outer wall body is equal to delta T of the heat transfer inside and outside the wall body;
The calculation formula of the total heat transfer coefficient K inside and outside the wall body is as follows:
Wherein, alpha 1 is the air heat transfer coefficient of the outer side of the wall body, alpha 2 is the air heat transfer coefficient of the inner side of the wall body, b is the thickness of the wall body, and lambda is the heat transfer coefficient of the wall body.
Referring to fig. 14, the middle part in fig. 14 is an outer wall, the left side is an external environment, the right side is an indoor space, and when the ambient air temperature is higher than the indoor temperature, the outdoor heat is transferred to the indoor by three-stage relay along the heat flow direction in fig. 14:
1. convection heat exchange area for hot air outside outer wall body
The first section is an external hot air convection heat transfer area of the external wall, the convection heat transfer coefficient is alpha 1, the hot air forms a laminar flow bottom layer F 1-F1 near the wall surface of the external wall, and the hot air leaks heat to the laminar flow bottom layer F 1-F1 through convection.
2. External wall heat conduction
The second section is wall heat conduction, the thickness of the wall is b, the heat conduction coefficient is lambda, and the heat of the external hot air laminar flow bottom layer F 1-F1 is conducted to the indoor cold air laminar flow bottom layer F 2-F2 through the wall in a heat conduction mode;
3. Indoor cold air convection heat exchange area
The third section is an indoor cold air convection area, the convection heat transfer coefficient is alpha 2, the cold air forms a laminar flow bottom layer F 2-F2 near the inner surface of the outer wall body, and the laminar flow bottom layer F 2-F2 transfers heat leakage to the deep space of the room through indoor cold air convection.
When the ambient atmospheric temperature is lower than the indoor temperature, heat is transferred from the indoor to the outdoor along the three-section relay in the heat flow direction, and the heat exchange principle is the same as that of the heat exchange between the inside and outside of the building, and the heat flow direction is opposite to that of the heat exchange between the inside and outside of the building:
1. indoor hot air convection heat exchange area
The first section is an indoor hot air convection area, the convection heat transfer coefficient is alpha 2, the hot air forms a laminar flow bottom layer F 2-F2 near the inner surface of the outer wall body, and the indoor hot air leaks heat to the laminar flow bottom layer F 2-F2 through convection.
2. External wall heat conduction
The second section is the heat conduction of the wall body, the thickness of the wall body is b, the heat conduction coefficient is lambda, and the heat of the indoor hot air laminar flow bottom layer F 2-F2 on the inner wall surface of the wall body is conducted to the cold air laminar flow bottom layer F 1-F1 on the outer wall surface in a heat conduction mode;
3. External cold air convection heat exchange area of external wall body
The third section is an external wall external cold air convection heat transfer area, the convection heat transfer coefficient is alpha 1, the cold air forms a laminar flow bottom layer F 1-F1 near the external wall surface of the external wall, and the laminar flow bottom layer F 1-F1 transfers the heat leakage from the indoor to a far place through cold air convection.
Although the three-stage heat leakage process of the outdoor hot air from the outside wall to the indoor through the outside wall or the indoor hot air from the outside wall to the outdoor through the outside wall in winter is complex, in the formula of Q (heat exchange intensity) =k (total heat transfer coefficient) ×s (outside wall area) ×× T (inside and outside temperature difference), only the component factors and interrelationships of K are complex, and the mathematical structure complexity and the computational complexity of K do not change the simple mathematical relationship of the heat exchange intensity Q being directly proportional to the outside wall area S and the inside and outside temperature difference Δt of the outside wall.
According to the embodiment, by changing the positioning method of the room fan coil, the traditional deep room setting mode of the room fan coil relative to the outer wall (taking the first room 5 as an example, the outer wall 502 in the first room 5 is a shallow room, the traditional room fan coil is arranged at a position far away from the outer wall 502 of the room, namely, the deep room), the novel structure relationship between the novel air conditioner and the building is innovated, the indoor temperature field distribution is changed, the temperature difference delta T between the inner and outer surfaces of the outer wall is reduced, and therefore the indoor and outdoor heat exchange strength Q and the building energy consumption are reduced.
The present embodiment takes hotel standard guest rooms as an example.
In the traditional air conditioner installation engineering, the room fan coil is arranged at the deep part of a room relative to an outer wall, the cooling operation under the standard working condition of an air conditioner in summer is taken as an example, the room fan coil arranged at the deep part of the room is sucked into the room return air at about 27 ℃ to cool and dehumidify, then cold air flow at about 14 ℃ after cooling and dehumidification passes through the upper space of the room and blows to the outer wall, the cold air flow is blocked and reflected by the outer wall, the cold air flow flows back to the lower part of the room fan coil from the middle lower space of the room and is sucked into the room fan coil again by the room fan coil to cool and dehumidify, and a new cycle is started.
If the ambient temperature is 32 ℃, the air outlet temperature of a traditional deeply arranged room fan coil is 14 ℃ when in refrigeration operation, the temperature of the vertically sinking airflow which is blown to the inner side of the outer wall is near 19 ℃, the return air is about 27 ℃, and the indoor-outdoor temperature difference at the outer wall is=32-19=13 ℃, then the outdoor environment leaks into the indoor heat quantity Q 1=K×S×⊿T1 =13 K×S through the outer wall.
In the embodiment, the traditional deeply arranged room fan coil is innovatively arranged at a position close to the outer wall, so that a novel structural relation between the air conditioner and the building is created, the indoor temperature field is changed along with the change of the indoor temperature field and the outdoor temperature difference delta T of the outer wall, and accordingly the indoor and outdoor heat exchange strength Q and the building energy consumption are changed along with the change of the indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T, as shown in fig. 16.
In this embodiment, the temperature of the air outlet of the room fan coil arranged close to the outer wall is 14 ℃ when the room is in cooling operation, the temperature of the vertical sinking airflow blown to the deep part of the room is near 19 ℃, the return air temperature at the outer wall is 25 ℃, the temperature of the air return opening 601 of the room fan coil is 27 ℃, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference at the outer wall is=32-25=7 ℃, then the outdoor environment leaks into the indoor heat Q 2=K×S×⊿T2 =7kxs through the outer wall, and compared with the scene of the deep part of the room fan coil arranged in the traditional air-conditioning building structure, the heat of the environment leaking into the room is reduced (Q 1-Q2)/Q1 = (13-7)/13=46%).
The same architectural analysis and comparison is applicable to heating operation of the room fan coil in winter:
If the ambient temperature is 5 ℃, the air outlet temperature of a traditional deeply arranged room fan coil is 45 ℃ when the traditional room fan coil is in heating operation, the temperature of vertical sinking airflow blown to the inner side of an outer wall is near 35 ℃, the air return is about 21 ℃, and the indoor and outdoor temperature difference at the outer wall is 35-5=30 ℃, then indoor air leaks to the outdoor heat quantity Q 1=K×S×⊿T1 =30KxS through the outer wall.
In the embodiment, in the room fan coil arranged close to the outer wall, the air outlet temperature during heating operation is 45 ℃ under the same environment temperature of 5 ℃ and the same room structure, the temperature of the vertical sinking airflow blown to the deep part of the room is also near 35 ℃, the return air temperature at the outer wall is 23 ℃, the return air temperature at the air outlet of the room fan coil is 21 ℃, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference at the outer wall is=23-5=18 ℃, then indoor air leaks to the outdoor environment through the outer wall to enable the heat quantity Q 2=K×S×⊿T2 =18KxS, and compared with the scene arranged at the deep part of the room fan coil in the traditional air conditioner building structure, the heat quantity of the indoor leakage to the outdoor environment is reduced (Q 1-Q2)/Q1 = (30-18)/30=40%).
According to the embodiment, from building physics research analysis, a traditional setting mode of a room fan coil relative to an outer wall is innovatively set to the outer wall or a position close to the outer wall by changing a setting method of the room fan coil, novel structural relation between an air conditioner and a building is innovated, reverse phase change of a room air temperature field is promoted, indoor temperature field distribution is remodeled, a room summer 'inside-high-outside-low' temperature field is turned into a room 'outside-high-inside-low' temperature field, a room winter 'outside-high-inside-low' temperature field is turned into a room 'inside-high-outside-low' temperature field, and temperature difference T between the inside and outside of the outer wall is reduced, so that indoor and outdoor heat exchange strength Q and building energy consumption are reduced.
Example 3
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 17, the fresh air module 1 includes an air inlet boosting device 11, a header 12 and a fresh air fan coil 13, which are sequentially connected, where the header 12 communicates with the air inlet boosting device 11 and the fresh air fan coil 13, the air inlet boosting device 11 is communicated with the outside atmosphere, an air inlet fan is disposed in the air inlet boosting device 11, and the fresh air fan coil 13 is disposed in the public space 8 or a third room.
The header 12 is of a hollow structure, for example, the header 12 may be formed by punching, bending and riveting a 1.2-1.5 mm cold-rolled sheet or an aluminum sheet and then riveting two end caps, and of course, the embodiment is not limited to the cold-rolled sheet aluminum sheet, and may be a pipe made of other materials. Because the header 12 is used for communicating the air inlet boosting device 11 and the fresh air fan coil 13, the header 12 is provided with an air inlet II and an air outlet II.
The air inlet boosting device 11 comprises a shell and an air inlet fan, wherein the shell is provided with a first air inlet, a first air outlet and an air inlet channel communicated with the first air inlet and the first air outlet, the air inlet fan is arranged in the air inlet channel, the first air inlet of the air inlet boosting device 11 is communicated with the outside air, the first air outlet of the air inlet boosting device 11 is communicated with a second air inlet of the header 12, and the second air outlet of the header 12 is communicated with the fresh air fan coil 13.
The fresh air fan coil 13, i.e. the broad-sense room fan coil, can be a split-type air duct machine, or can be a fan coil or an indoor unit at the tail end of a room of a household central air conditioner. The fresh air fan coil 13 belongs to a mature technology in the field, and therefore, the structure of the fresh air fan coil 13 is not particularly limited. In this embodiment, the fresh air fan coil 13 includes the return air box and a fan coil body that communicates with the return air box, the fan coil body includes a housing and a heat exchanger disposed in the housing, and two end ports of the housing are respectively communicated with the return air box and the public space 8 or the third room. The air return box is internally provided with a fan assembly, the air return box is provided with an air inlet III and an air return opening, the air inlet III is communicated with an air outlet II of the header 12, and the air return opening is communicated with the public space 8 or a third room. When the fresh air module 1 operates, outdoor fresh air is boosted by an air inlet fan of the air inlet boosting device 11 and then is fed into the header 12, after the speed and noise reduction and vortex elimination in the header 12, the fresh air is sucked into the air return box through the air inlet for three times, and then is subjected to air conditioning treatment of cooling, dehumidifying or heating of a fan coil body and finally is fed into the public space 8 or a third room.
In this embodiment, the air inlet booster device 11 is installed in a ceiling manner, and the fresh air port is downward. And a filter layer is arranged in the air inlet channel. In this embodiment, taking the example that the air inlet boosting device 11 is disposed on a balcony and the fresh air fan coil 13 is disposed in a living room, an air outlet of the air inlet boosting device 11 is connected with an air inlet of the header 12 through at least one air outlet pipe, and the air outlet pipe passes through a beam or a shear wall. In order not to damage the integrity and strength of the beam or the shear wall, the air outlet of the air inlet boosting device 11 generally passes through the beam or the shear wall through two or more air outlet pipes, namely, two or more air outlets are arranged on the air inlet boosting device 11, and each air outlet is connected with an air outlet pipe. In operation, the air inlet boosting device 11 sucks outdoor fresh air at low position, filters and boosts the air and then transmits the air to the header 12.
The header 12 is used as a fresh air channel and has the function of opening up and down, the second air inlet of the header is communicated with the first air outlet of the air inlet boosting device 11, and the second air outlet of the header is communicated with the return air box of the fresh air fan coil 13. In order to prevent the fresh air flow from impacting or even disturbing the blower impeller in the air return box of the fresh air blower coil 13 in a high-speed jet mode to damage the dynamic balance of the blower impeller (the blower assembly in the air return box of the fresh air blower coil 13 comprises two blowers, the impellers of the two blowers are coaxially arranged at two sides of the same motor), the header 12 carries out vortex elimination on the fresh air from the air inlet boosting device 11, and the speed and the noise are reduced, so that the fresh air flows into the air return box of the fresh air blower coil 13 in a low-speed laminar flow mode less than or equal to 3 m/s. The header 12 is horizontally disposed, and the shape of the air channel of the header 12 is not limited in this embodiment, and the header 12 is generally designed to have a rectangular cross section. In this embodiment, the header 12 has a strip structure, so that the air duct in the header 12 is disposed along the length direction of the header 12, and the air inlet and the air outlet of the header 12, which are communicated with the air duct in the header 12, are disposed along the length direction of the header 12, and are disposed on both sides of the header 12 in a staggered manner.
When the fresh air fan coil 13 operates, air conditioning internal circulation can be performed (in the embodiment, when the fresh air fan coil 13 performs internal circulation, the air inlet boosting device 11 is closed), air conditioning treatment of fresh air cooling and dehumidifying (heating and warming) can also be performed, a return air box of the fresh air fan coil 13 is communicated with the header 12 and an indoor space below the fresh air fan coil 13, and an air outlet of the fan coil body is three-way to the indoor space.
When the fresh air module 1 operates, an air inlet fan in the air inlet boosting device 11 and a fan in the fresh air fan coil 13 simultaneously operate, the air inlet boosting device 11 sucks outdoor fresh air and filters and boosts the air to be sent into the header 12, fresh air flows in the header 12 to eliminate vortex, decelerate and reduce noise, flows into a return air box of the fresh air fan coil 13 in a low-speed laminar flow mode of less than or equal to 3m/s, and the low-speed fresh air flows into the return air box are boosted and accelerated again by the fresh air fan coil 13 and then sent into the public space 8 or the second room 4 from an air outlet III of the fan coil body after air conditioning treatment of cooling, dehumidifying or heating and warming of the fan coil body.
In this embodiment, in order to effectively realize the function of reducing the speed and noise of the fresh air flow from turbulent flow to laminar flow of the header, an air distribution orifice plate 121 is disposed in the inner cavity of the header 12, and the air distribution orifice plate 121 is formed by densely distributing micropores on a plate, and the micropores throttle, reduce the speed and homogenize the high-speed fresh air flow. The shape of the air distribution plate 121 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and may be a flat plate, a folded plate, or a curved plate. In order to improve the throttling, decelerating and homogenizing effects of the air distribution plate 121, the flat plate is waved to increase the area of the air distribution plate 121 and the number of ventilation micropores.
Example 4
The present embodiment is further improved on the basis of any one of the above embodiments. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the air exhaust module 2 includes a central air duct 24 and an air exhaust fan 22, the air return duct 3 of each room is connected to the central air duct 24, the central air duct 24 is connected to the air suction opening of the air exhaust fan 22 through at least one rear air duct 23, and the air outlet of the air exhaust fan 22 is communicated with the outside.
In this embodiment, the central air duct 24 is laid flat (not bent, not curled) over the group of rooms, the diameter of the central air duct 24 is not smaller than the diameter of the return air duct 6 of each room, and the diameter of the rear air duct 23 is not larger than the diameter of the central air duct 24.
In this embodiment, there is no limitation on where the central air duct 24 and the air exhaust fan 22 are specifically disposed in the room group in the building, for example, the central air duct 24 and the air exhaust fan 22 may be disposed in a kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room, a living room, a passageway, etc., and the air exhaust fan 22 is disposed in the kitchen, and the central air duct 24 is disposed in the passageway, and since a cross beam is disposed between the kitchen and the passageway, the rear air duct 23 communicating the central air duct 24 and the air exhaust fan 22 passes through the cross beam, if only one rear air duct 23 is disposed between the air exhaust fan 22 and the central air duct 24, the diameter of the rear air duct 23 will be relatively thick, and the corresponding hole for the rear air duct 23 to pass through is relatively large on the cross beam, so as to damage the integrity and strength of the cross beam. Therefore, in this embodiment, the exhaust fan 22 and the central air duct 24 are preferably connected through two or more than two small rear end air ducts 23 with smaller diameters, and correspondingly, a plurality of small holes adapted to the small rear end air ducts 23 are formed on the cross beam, and the small rear end air ducts 23 respectively pass through the small holes. Specifically, the exhaust fan 22 is provided with two or more air suction openings, and each air suction opening is connected with the central air pipe 24 through a rear air pipe 23.
If the exhaust fan 22 is arranged on a balcony, the balcony is communicated with the outside, so that an exhaust outlet of the exhaust fan 22 can be communicated with the outside without an exhaust pipe. If the exhaust fan 22 is provided in a room with an outer wall, an exhaust port of the exhaust fan 22 communicates with the outside through the exhaust duct 21.
The number of exhaust pipes 21 is not limited in this embodiment, and may be one or more. Since the exhaust fan 22 is provided in the building and the exhaust duct 21 is extended from the inside of the building to the outside of the building, the exhaust duct 21 is extended from the outside of the building. If the air outlet of the air exhaust fan 22 is communicated with the outside through only one air exhaust pipe 21, a total air outlet with a relatively large caliber for the air exhaust pipe 21 to pass through needs to be arranged on the outer wall of the building, and the integrity and the strength of the outer wall can be damaged. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the exhaust pipes 21, that is, the exhaust fans 22, are provided with two or more total air outlets, and each total air outlet is provided with an exhaust pipe 21 communicating with the outside.
The air return pipes 6 of each room can be distributed at any position of the central air pipe 24, preferably, the rear end air pipe 23 is connected with the waist of the central air pipe 24, the air return pipes 6 of each room are distributed at two ends of the central air pipe 24, namely, two ends of the central air pipe 24 respectively reach pipe sections between the waist, namely, two sides of the waist of the central air pipe 24.
The foregoing describes specific embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the application is not limited to the particular embodiments described above, and that various changes or modifications may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the appended claims without affecting the spirit of the application. The embodiments of the application and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other arbitrarily without conflict.
