Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fresh air systems, and particularly relates to a room fresh air system with an electric air door and a whole-room fresh air system.
Background
The living of people is in a house for most of the time, and essentially in an indoor secondary air environment surrounded by a house wall body and a floor slab, carbon dioxide and excrement generated by human metabolism, oil smoke and water vapor discharged by cooking and bathing, benzene and formaldehyde volatilized by indoor decoration materials and the like, so that indoor air is polluted.
The fresh air outside the house is introduced into the house and the indoor polluted air is synchronously discharged, so that the 'bidirectional flow' fresh air replacement of the house is realized, and the house is the home position of the house.
The system solves the ventilation problem of a plurality of closed spaces such as a living room bedroom study room bathroom and the like formed by separating the inner wall and the outer wall and doors and windows of the housing, only has the unique scheme of a bidirectional flow ventilation system, wherein the bidirectional flow is the basic principle of ventilation of the closed spaces, namely, an air supply pipeline is arranged to send fresh air to each closed space, and another set of air exhaust pipeline is arranged to extract dirty air in each closed space, the fresh air is sent to and discharged from the dirty air, namely, the bidirectional flow is two aspects of the same problem of building ventilation, and the two aspects depend on each other, are not available, and the practically significant unidirectional flow fresh air replacement does not exist.
The difficulty with residential ventilation is in room ventilation. Because, even if the whole room air inlet module and the exhaust module are arranged, the condition that fresh air is sent to the fresh air port of each room door through the living room passageway, and the outdoor condition is pumped out through the room return air pipe is provided, if the fresh air port of each room does not have relay air supply power, the room high-efficiency fresh air replacement is still impossible by only relying on the air supply positive pressure of the living room passageway and the air suction negative pressure of the room return air pipe, firstly, the fresh air sent to the door of each room from the living room passageway can only be 1 pa-grade micro positive pressure and can not be 101 pa-grade positive pressure and 102 pa-grade positive pressure, when the micro positive pressure drives the living room passageway to pass through the fresh air port of each room, the speed of more than 2m/s and the corresponding dynamic pressure head can not be generated, the room internal airflow field is difficult to be stirred, and secondly, the room negative pressure generated by the exhaust module and the room return air pipe is also insufficient to pull the speed of more than 2m/s and the corresponding dynamic pressure at the room fresh air inlet, especially when the fresh air inlet of each living room passageway is arranged at the same side as the fresh air inlet of the living room passageway, the fresh air inlet is arranged at the air return pipe, the fresh air inlet is seriously, the fresh air channel is shortened, and the fresh air channel is not wasted, and the fresh air channel is more than the fresh air source is seriously arranged, and the fresh air is more than the room air can be more completely arranged, and the fresh air can be more has a space, and has a small air inlet space.
The ' no blast pipe based on room fan coil relay power ' provided by Shanghai Bo culvert heat energy science and technology limited company in 2021 combines the blast pipe and the blast pipe to be arranged as a main whole house bidirectional flow fresh air system ', develops the blast function of a living room passageway to replace the traditional blast pipe, develops the secondary negative pressure of each room door head fan coil as room fresh air replacement relay power to comprehensively integrate a residential fresh air system and an air conditioning system, and is a marked event in the development process of the residential fresh air system.
In a full-house bidirectional flow fresh air system which is mainly arranged by combining air supply and discharge without an air supply pipe based on relay power of a room fan coil of Shanghai Bo culvert heat energy science and technology limited company, room fresh air replacement is an intermediate link and a key link of full-house fresh air replacement, and consists of a room door fresh air port, a room fan coil and a room return air pipe which are connected in series, and the development of a secondary negative pressure function of the room door fan coil is a key of the full-house bidirectional flow fresh air system.
When the room fresh air replacement is operated, on the basis of primary negative pressure generated by the suction of an exhaust system and a room dirty air return pipe, a suction port generates secondary negative pressure when a door fan coil is operated, so that the air pressure at the door head in the room is the lowest, a maximum pressure difference is formed between a fresh air port of the door head and a fresh air region of an aisle, the aisle fresh air is pulled to quickly flow into the room through the fresh air port of the door head, is sucked and boosted by the fan coil to be emitted to an outer wall, is reflected by the outer wall and then flows back to one side of an inner wall where the door is positioned, and the room dirty air is driven to enter the room return pipe, so that the problem of fresh air short circuit in room replacement is fundamentally solved, and the technology endowment of ' secondary negative pressure ', ' deep suction high-level exhaust ', and room replacement clear ' is realized, as shown in figure 1.
In the above-mentioned room fan coil relay power-based no blast pipe send row to combine to arrange as the two-way fresh air system of whole room, although there is the secondary negative pressure vortex in the fan coil inlet scoop in each room in the furred ceiling, this secondary negative pressure vortex can become the power that living room passageway new trend gushes into the room, but still face the problem how the new trend that sends into living room passageway spanned the door.
In a house, a door is a connection node between a room and an aisle, and has the characteristics of being open in front and back and free of obstacles.
The special position advantage of the door is utilized, the characteristics of front and back opening and no obstacle of the door are developed, the door is used as a whole house traffic node and also becomes a whole house air path node, and three stages of fresh air feeding, room fresh air replacement and dirty air discharging of a whole house bidirectional flow fresh air system are linked through the door, so that the door becomes an important technical problem in the air conditioning and heating field and the building field.

The length and width of the ventilation opening 66 are respectively smaller than those of the slots, and the length and width of the circular arc sliding sheet 63 are respectively larger than those of the ventilation opening 66, so that the circular arc sliding sheet 63 can cover the ventilation opening 66 completely, and air leakage is prevented when the circular arc sliding sheet 63 covers the ventilation opening.
In this embodiment, the circumferential angle of the fixed arc piece 65 is not smaller than the circumferential angle of the arc sliding piece 63, and the height of the fixed arc piece 65 is larger than the height of the arc sliding piece 63, so as to ensure that the arc sliding piece 63 can axially slide on the slot of the fixed arc piece 65.
In this embodiment, the electric push rod 124 may be disposed in the inner cylindrical sleeve 61 or may be disposed on the outer wall of the outer cylindrical sleeve 62.
When the electric air valve 6 of the embodiment operates, the arc sliding sheet 63 slides in the middle interlayer under the drive of the electric push rod 124 to complete the opening and closing of the ventilation opening 66, when the arc sliding sheet 63 slides to leave the ventilation opening 66, the electric air valve 6 is opened, the air duct communicated with the outer side of the ventilation opening 66 by the room return air duct 4 is opened, and when the arc sliding sheet 63 slides to completely cover the ventilation opening 66, the electric air valve 6 is closed, and the air duct communicated with the outer side of the ventilation opening 66 by the room return air duct 4 is cut off.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the fixed circular arc piece 65 is greater than that of the circular arc sliding piece 63, when the dirty air in the room is discharged through the air return pipe 4 of the room, that is, the ventilation opening 66 is opened, the electric air valve 6 sucks air inwards, please refer to fig. 9, the inside of the cylindrical pipe is negative pressure, the outside of the cylindrical pipe is positive pressure, the air outside of the ventilation opening 66 (that is, the air in the room) is sucked into the cylindrical pipe through the ventilation opening 66, the outer layer cylindrical sleeve 62 only limits the circular arc sliding piece 63, and the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the air channel after the ventilation opening 66 is closed presses the circular arc sliding piece 63 on the outer surface of the inner layer cylindrical sleeve 61, please refer to fig. 10, so that the inside of the inner layer cylindrical sleeve 61 is the air channel body.
Example 3
This example was further modified based on examples 1 and 2. Referring to fig. 11, the present embodiment provides a whole-room fresh air system with an electric air door, which is used for a room group, wherein the room group comprises a plurality of rooms and a public space communicated with each room, each room is provided with a door 1, the door 1 comprises a door leaf 12, each room comprises the room fresh air systems described in embodiments 1 and 2, a room fresh air port 121 of each room is communicated with the public space, the electric air door described in embodiments 1 and 2 is arranged on the room fresh air port 121, and the whole-room fresh air system comprises:
The main air inlet is arranged on the outer wall of the public space and is used for realizing the communication between the public space and the outside atmosphere of the room group, and a fresh air module 10 is arranged on the main air inlet;
the main air outlet is arranged on the outer wall of the room group and communicated with the outside air of the room group, and an air exhaust module 20 is arranged on the main air outlet;
The main exhaust pipe is communicated with the main exhaust outlet and is respectively communicated with each room through a plurality of room return air pipes 4.
When the whole-house fresh air system is operated, fresh air replacement is not needed in some rooms, so that the room fresh air inlets 121 of the rooms and the electric air valves 6 on the room return air pipes 4 can be selectively closed, and the room fresh air inlets 121 of the rooms requiring fresh air replacement and the electric air valves 6 on the room return air pipes 4 are opened.
When the whole-room fresh air replacement operation is performed, the fresh air module 10, the room fan coil 5 and the air exhaust module 20 are started, the fresh air positive pressure pushing of the fresh air module 10, the relay conveying of the room fan coil 5 and the negative pressure pumping and exhausting of the dirty air of the air exhaust module 20 are simultaneously forced, so that the whole-room fresh air replacement with 'two-way flow' is formed together, and the whole-room fresh air replacement process is divided into three sections:
1. fresh air feeding section
After the fresh air module 10 sucks in ambient fresh air and carries out pretreatment such as filtration, cooling, dehumidification (heating), and the like, the fresh air with the temperature, humidity and cleanliness reaching the standards is directly sent into a living room aisle serving as a public space in a positive pressure manner, and directly abuts against the doors 1 of each room;
2. fresh air replacement section
Under the secondary negative pressure generated by the suction of the air suction inlet 52 of the room fan coil 5 which is close to the room fresh air inlet 121 on the basis of the primary negative pressure generated by the suction of the air return inlet of the room air return pipe 4, the air suction inlet 52 of the room fan coil 5 is positioned in the lowest pressure area of the room, a large pressure difference is formed between the close room fresh air inlet 121 and the air suction inlet 52 of the room fan coil 5, the room door 1 fresh air rapidly floods into the room through the room fresh air inlet 121, is sucked, boosted and accelerated by the room fan coil 5 to be directed to the outer wall side of the room, and is reflected by the outer wall to flow back to the inner wall side of the room door 1, so that the room dirty air is pressed into the room air return pipe 4;
3. Dirty air discharge section
Dirty air entering the room return air pipe 4 quickly flows into the main exhaust pipe, enters the exhaust module 20, is boosted again by the exhaust fan, and finally is exhausted to the outdoor atmosphere for diffusion.
