Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-3, the humidifying device comprises a box body with an upper opening and a lower opening, a fixing frame 201 is embedded in an opening at the lower part of the box body, a water tray 202 is arranged at the upper part of the fixing frame 201, an air inlet channel is formed in the bottom of the water tray 202 and the space inside the box body between two sides of the water tray 202, a water tank 203 is arranged in the water tray 202, a cylindrical wet film 204 is arranged in the water tank 203, and the upper part of the wet film 204 is embedded in the opening at the upper part of the box body. The water for humidification is placed in the water tank 203, and the wet film 204 automatically absorbs the water in the water tank 203 due to capillary phenomenon, and outside air penetrates into the wet film 204 through the air inlet passage, and leaves from the upper part of the wet film 204 after humidification is completed. This structure may be provided inside a fresh air fan or an air conditioner, and the air flow may be driven by the power of the fresh air fan or the air conditioner, or may be driven by a pressurizing or a negative pressure device to flow through the wet film 204. The structure is simple, low in energy consumption and low in noise, and the wet film 204 automatically absorbs water due to capillary phenomenon, and water in the wet film is uniformly distributed, so that the humidifying effect of the structure is good. Air filtering devices such as filter elements, filter screens and the like can be arranged in the air inlet channel so as to ensure air quality.
Heaters 205 are respectively arranged on two sides of the water tray 202, and the heaters 205 close the air inlet channel. The heater 205 may heat the air entering the intake passage.
The heater 205 is net-shaped or fin-shaped, and a temperature sensor 213 is arranged at the upper part of the heater 205. The mesh-shaped or fin-shaped heater 205 can have a larger and more uniform contact area with air, so that the heating effect of the air is good, and the temperature sensor 213 can measure the temperature of the heated air or the heating temperature of the heater 205, so that the temperature can be adjusted.
The upper part of the wet film 204 is provided with a cover plate 214, the cover plate 214 is provided with at least two clamping grooves 215 along the circumference, the upper part of the wet film 204 is provided with at least two clamping blocks 216 along the circumference, and the clamping grooves 215 are connected with the corresponding clamping blocks 216 in a matching way. The cover plate 214 can shield the wet film 204 from dust.
The water tray 202 is internally provided with a boss 208, the boss 208 is positioned on the periphery of the water tank 203 and higher than the water tank 203, and the shape of the water tank 203 is matched with the shape of the wet film 204. This configuration facilitates the installation of the wet film 204.
The water tank 203 is provided with a conical base 219, and the wet film 204 is mounted on the base 219. The interior of the wet film 204 is a cylindrical cavity, so that the conical base 219 is convenient for positioning and mounting the wet film 204, can avoid sound amplification, and can occupy the volume of the water tank 203 to avoid excessive water in the water tank 203.
The water pan 202 is internally provided with a water inlet 206, the bottom of the water pan 202 is provided with a water outlet, and the water pan 202 is provided with an overflow port 209. This structure can be through the continuous water filling of water inlet 206 in to water tray 202, and the unnecessary water in the water tray 202 flows out by overflow port 209, can close water inlet 206 when shut down, makes the water that holds in the water tray 202 flow out by the outlet. The water outlet and the overflow port can be converged into a channel at the bottom of the water tray, so that overflow and drainage can be discharged from one water pipe, the number of pipelines is reduced, and the installation space is saved. A spray pipe 207 is arranged in the water tray 202, one end of the spray pipe 207 is communicated with the water inlet 206, and the other end of the spray pipe 207 is positioned at the side part of the wet film 204. The water tank is matched with the spray pipe 207, so that the humidifying effect can be improved, and the characteristics of small volume, large evaporating area, long service life, uniform water distribution and high humidifying efficiency are realized.
The water pan 202 is provided with a mounting hole 210, and a water level sensor 211 is arranged in the mounting hole 210. The water level sensor 211 can facilitate knowledge of the water level within the water tray 202 to control the amount of water within the water tray 202.
The two sides of the bottom of the water tray 202 are respectively provided with a first inclined plane 217 and a second inclined plane 218, the inclined directions of the first inclined plane 217 and the second inclined plane 218 face the air inlet channel of the adjacent side, one ends of the first inclined plane 217 and the second inclined plane 218 are intersected, and the air inlet is positioned under the intersection. The first inclined plane 217 and the second inclined plane 218 can guide wind to the air inlet channel, namely balance the wind quantity at two sides, and simultaneously avoid the turbulence of the wind.
The water inlet 206, the water outlet and the overflow port 209 are respectively communicated with the connecting holes 212, the connecting block is arranged on the box body, the water inlet channel and the water drainage channel are respectively arranged on the connecting block, the connecting holes 212 are in plug-in fit with the connecting block, the water inlet 206 can be communicated with the water inlet channel after the connecting holes 212 are plugged in the connecting block, the water drainage channel is communicated with the water outlet and the overflow port 209, the water inlet channel can be communicated with a water source or a water inlet pipeline, and the water drainage channel is communicated with a water drainage pipeline or a water tank. Such a structure can facilitate connection or disconnection of the fixing frame 201 or the water tray 202 with the case.
