Background
The blower is a mechanical device for moving air, and can be installed in various devices such as an air conditioner to move air, and includes a rotor and a casing for guiding the flow of air flowing into the rotor and then flowing out. The air supply device is used for supplying air treated by a building ventilation system into a room, and for example, the air is supplied downwards from the ceiling of a hall of a certain building, and the requirement on an air supply outlet has two aspects. Firstly, the air supply distance is called the air supply jet range; the second is the air supply diffusion range corresponding to the air supply distance.
The air supply device of the existing building ventilation system is generally internally provided with a filter element or a filter, and is generally a dual-purpose system for winter and summer, wherein warm air is supplied in winter, and cold air is supplied in summer. This requires that the air supply ports have different air supply ranges in winter and summer.
The conventional maintenance mode is a mode of disassembling and replacing the filter, time and labor are wasted, cost is high, and when the conventional air supply device is used for conveying outside air to a room for ventilation, necessary functions of humidification, heating and sterilization are lacked, so that the conventional air supply conveying device cannot be well applied. The air supply use requirement of the building ventilation system can not be met.

a temperature and humidity adjusting filtering, sterilizing and air supplying device comprises an air inlet cover, an air filter, fan blades, an atomizing nozzle, an electric heating wire cylinder, an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, an air supplying and filtering cylinder and a fresh air machine shell, wherein the bottom of the fresh air machine shell is fixedly connected with a base; the bottom of the air inlet cover is connected with an air guide cylinder, fan blades are arranged in the air guide cylinder and fixed on a rotating shaft, the bottom end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the air guide cover to be connected with a servo motor, the servo motor is fixed at the bottom of a central fixing plate, the air guide cover is fixed at the top of the central fixing plate, an electric heating wire cylinder is arranged between the central fixing plate and the air guide cylinder, and a spraying and humidifying cavity is defined by the inner part of the electric heating wire cylinder; a water distribution ring pipe is sleeved on the rotating shaft below the fan blades, and a plurality of atomizing nozzles are arranged at the bottom side of the water distribution ring pipe; install the air supply cartridge filter in the new fan casing in the heater section of thick bamboo outside, enclose into the sterilization cavity between air supply cartridge filter and the heater section of thick bamboo, install a plurality of ultraviolet ray sterilamp in the sterilization cavity, high temperature filter is installed to air supply cartridge filter bottom, has seted up a plurality of air outlets on the new fan casing lateral wall of high temperature filter bottom side.
As a further scheme of the invention: the air filter is inserted into the inner wall of the air inlet cover, the side face of the air filter is fixed on the inner wall of the air inlet cover through a fixer, and the air filter is formed by a corrugated filter layer with a W-shaped cross section.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: a filtration air supply arrangement that disinfects that warm and humid was adjusted, through flowing through air inlet filter screen, air cleaner, spraying humidification chamber, electric heat wire section of thick bamboo, sterilization cavity, air supply cartridge filter and high temperature filter in proper order with the outside air and discharging from the air exit, realized filtering, humidifying, heating, disinfect, filterable operation processing to the new trend of blowing in, it has effectively solved traditional new fan and has directly blown the outside air indoor, and not filtered and the humidification, the heating, germicidal treatment, lead to the problem of room air quality reduction.

The bottom of the air inlet cover 1 is connected with an air guide cylinder 7, an outdoor air suction channel 30 is arranged in the air guide cylinder 7, a fan blade 8 is arranged in the air guide cylinder 7, the fan blade 8 is fixed on a rotating shaft 16, the bottom end of the rotating shaft 16 penetrates through an air guide cover 18 and is connected with a servo motor 22, the servo motor 22 is fixed at the bottom of a central fixing plate 21, the air guide cover 18 is fixed at the top of the central fixing plate 21, an electric heating wire cylinder 19 is arranged between the central fixing plate 21 and the air guide cylinder 7, the electric heating wire cylinder 19 is internally enclosed to form a spray humidifying cavity 17, a water distribution ring pipe 9 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 16 below the fan blade 8, a plurality of atomizing nozzles 10 are arranged at the bottom side of the water distribution ring pipe 9, the water distribution ring pipe 9 is communicated with a water supply pipe 11, the water supply pipe 11, the bottom of the water storage tank is provided with a water outlet 15, the water filling port 12 and the water outlet 15 are both provided with sealing plugs, and when the sealing plugs are opened, water flow is conveniently injected into the water storage tank 13 or discharged from the water storage tank 13.
The water pump 14 is a submersible pump, when the servo motor 22 is powered on and starts to work, the servo motor 22 drives the rotating shaft 16 and the fan blades 8 to rotate, the fan blades 8 blow external air into the spraying humidification cavity 17 along the outdoor air suction channel 30, meanwhile, the water pump 14 is started to work according to the humidification requirement of indoor air, the water pump 14 pumps water in the water storage tank 13 into the water distribution ring pipe 9 through the water supply pipe 11, the water is sprayed out from the atomizing nozzles 10 at the bottom of the water distribution ring pipe 9, atomized water flows along with the air and passes through the heating electric heating wire cylinder 19 to enter the outer side of the heating electric heating wire cylinder 19, the water mist can be heated and atomized again to form water vapor when passing through the electric heating wire cylinder 19, the hot air can be blown into the room, and the temperature of the blown-in air can be adjusted conveniently.
An air supply filter cylinder 23 is installed in a fresh air machine shell 27 on the outer side of the electric heating wire cylinder 19, a sterilization chamber 31 is formed by the air supply filter cylinder 23 and the electric heating wire cylinder 19 in a surrounding mode, a plurality of ultraviolet sterilization lamps 20 are installed in the sterilization chamber 31, and when the ultraviolet sterilization lamps 20 are powered on and emit ultraviolet rays, the air circulating in the sterilization chamber 31 can be effectively sterilized.
The bottom of the air supply filter cartridge 23 is provided with a high temperature filter 24, the side wall of a fresh air machine shell 27 at the bottom side of the high temperature filter 24 is provided with a plurality of air outlets 25, and air after filtration, humidification, heating, sterilization and filtration is discharged to the indoor from the air outlets 25.
