Specifically, the openings of the connecting ports of the water inlet pipe 4 and the water outlet pipe 9 face upward, the direction of the water inlet 21 faces the radial direction of the water storage tank 2, the direction of the water outlet port 3122 faces the radial direction of the steam tank body 31, and the two connecting ports of the water inlet valve 5 and the water outlet valve 6 face downward and the radial direction of the water storage tank 2 respectively, so that the water inlet valve 5 is installed while the water inlet pipe 4 is communicated with the water storage tank 2, the water outlet valve 6 is installed while the water outlet pipe 9 is communicated with the steam tank body 31, the structure can be further simplified, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 9 and 11, the humidifying device 100 further includes a water level detecting unit 7 electrically connected to the control unit, and the water level detecting unit 7 is disposed in the water storage chamber 2 a.
In this embodiment, a water level detection unit 7 is disposed in the water storage tank 2, the water level detection unit 7 can detect the water level in the water storage cavity 2a in real time, and set a low water level preset value and a high water level preset value, when the water level in the water storage tank 2 is lower than the low water level preset value, an alarm can be given, the water inlet valve 5 is manually controlled to feed water, and when the water level reaches the high water level preset value, the water inlet valve 5 is controlled to close, so as to prevent the steam generation unit 3 from being dry-burned or the water in the water storage tank 2 from overflowing. The high water level preset value needs to be lower than the second communication portion 3121 in order to ensure that the water does not flow into the steam tank 31 through the second communication portion 3121 without exceeding the second communication portion 3121. Certainly, the water level detection unit 7 may be electrically connected to the control unit, and when the water level in the water storage tank 2 is lower than the preset low water level value, a water supply signal may be sent to the control unit, and the control unit controls the water inlet valve 5 to open for water inflow; when the water level reaches the high water level preset value, the water level detection unit 7 sends a water cut-off signal to the control unit, and the control unit controls the water inlet valve 5 to be closed, so that full-automatic operation is realized, manual operation is not needed, and the operation is more convenient and faster. If the control unit or the water level detection unit 7 malfunctions, the excessive water can be discharged by controlling the drain valve 6, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the humidifying device 100. In addition, the outer peripheral surface of the water storage tank 2 can also be provided with a liquid level line, the height of the liquid level line in the vertical direction is lower than that of the second communicating portion 3121, and the water level in the water storage tank 2 is monitored by using the water level detection unit 7, so that the water level is ensured to be positioned near the liquid level line, and the normal operation of the humidifying device 100 is ensured.
In an alternative embodiment, the water level detecting unit 7 is a float switch or an electrode switch. Specifically, a reed switch float switch or a water level probe switch can be selected. Of course, the water level switch may be a capacitive water level switch, a photoelectric water level switch or other water level switches, and is not limited herein.
In the above embodiment, specifically, the water outlet pipe 9 and the water inlet pipe 4 are installed on the base 12, so as to improve the stability of the water outlet pipe 9 and the water inlet pipe 4, and the specific connection mode may be a threaded connection or a clamping connection.

In this embodiment, the first protrusion 123 and the second protrusion 124 may have the same shape or different shapes, and both of them are frustum-shaped, so that the first fixing groove 125 and the second fixing groove 126 formed by the first protrusion 123 and the second protrusion 124 in a matching manner may be flared, and the water inlet pipe 4 and the water outlet pipe 9 may be conveniently installed. The plurality of first protrusions 123 are arranged in a row along the length direction of the base 12, the second protrusions 124 respectively arranged on the first protrusions 123 at two sides along the width direction of the base 12 are also arranged in two rows, so that the center lines of the first protrusions 123 and the plurality of first fixing grooves 125 formed by matching with one of the second protrusions 124 corresponding to the first protrusions 123 in the width direction of the base 12 are on the same straight line, the center lines of the second fixing grooves 126 formed by matching the first protrusions 123 and the other second protrusions 124 are also on the same straight line, and the first fixing grooves 125 are tightly matched with the water inlet pipe 4 and the water outlet pipe 9, so that the water inlet pipe 4 and the water outlet pipe 9 are clamped and fixed.
Meanwhile, in order to further improve the structural stability of the steam box body 31 and the water storage box body 2, the height of the second protrusion 124 is higher than that of the first protrusion 123, a first mounting hole 1241 is formed at the top of the second protrusion 124, second mounting holes 23 are formed at the lower ends of the water storage box body 2 and the steam box body 31, and a locking member penetrates through the first mounting hole 1241 and the second mounting hole 23 to fix the water storage box body 2 and the steam box body 31.
In this embodiment, because of storage water tank 2 and steam box 31 install on inlet tube 4 and outlet pipe 9 through water intaking valve 5 and drain valve 6 respectively, so storage water tank 2 and steam box 31's bottom highly is higher than inlet tube 4 and outlet pipe 9's central line, it is higher to set up the height of second arch 124, convenient connection, storage water tank 2 and steam box 31 perisporium are all protruding to be equipped with the engaging lug, and set up second mounting hole 23 on the engaging lug, thereby increase connection area, and then improve bolted connection's stability. Storage water tank 2 and steam box 31 are screwed on corresponding second arch 124 respectively, also can play certain pushing down effect to the card of inlet tube 4 and outlet pipe 9 admittedly, guarantee that the card of inlet tube 4 and outlet pipe 9 and base is solid more stably, further improve humidification device 100's overall structure stability.
In addition, the water supply port 43 and the water discharge port 93 are disposed on the same side of the housing 1, which facilitates the connection between the water inlet pipe 4 and the water outlet pipe 9, and saves space, which is beneficial to the regularity of the humidifying device 100. In order to avoid the connecting pipeline between the water inlet 21 and the water outlet 3122, the cover cap 11 corresponds the water outlet pipe 9 and the water inlet pipe 4 are provided with avoiding holes 113, the avoiding holes 113 are U-shaped or rectangular, the water inlet pipe 4 and the water outlet pipe 9 can be avoided simultaneously, and the cover cap 11 is conveniently covered downwards and arranged on the base 12.
Referring to fig. 2 and 12, the present invention further provides a multi-connected air conditioning system, which includes an outdoor unit 200, a plurality of indoor units 300 connected to the outdoor unit 200, and the humidifying device 100, wherein each steam generating unit 3 of the humidifying device 100 is correspondingly connected to one of the indoor units 300. The specific structure of the humidifying device refers to the above embodiments, and since the multi-connected air conditioning system adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
In this embodiment, the multi-connected air conditioning system includes an outdoor unit 200 and a plurality of indoor units 300 connected in parallel, and the plurality of indoor units 300 may be used for humidifying the same room in a centralized manner, thereby increasing the amount of humidification, or may be used for independently humidifying a plurality of rooms, which is flexible and convenient.
Specifically, the humidifying device 100 is in communication with the indoor unit 300 via a steam delivery pipe. The plurality of steam outlets 3111 of the humidifying device 100 are connected to the indoor unit 300 of the air conditioner through a plurality of steam delivery pipes. The steam conveying pipe can be a rubber hose, a copper pipe or a stainless steel pipe and the like, and in order to ensure the temperature of steam in the steam conveying process, a heat-insulating sleeve is sleeved on the steam conveying pipe, so that the effective conveying of the steam is ensured, the liquefaction of the steam caused by heat dissipation is avoided, and the conveying capacity of the steam is improved.

Claims (13)

1. A humidifying device characterized by comprising:
the shell is provided with an accommodating cavity, and an air outlet communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the water storage tanks are arranged in the accommodating cavity;
the steam generating units are arranged in the accommodating cavity, the steam generating units and the water storage tanks are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each steam generating unit is provided with a steam outlet, and the steam outlets are communicated with the air outlet holes;
the water storage tank is communicated with the steam generation unit through a first communication part so as to supply water to the steam generation unit; the water storage tank is communicated with the steam generation unit through a second communicating part, wherein the first communicating part is lower than the second communicating part.
2. The humidification apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first communicating portion is provided at lower ends of the water storage tank and the steam generating unit, and the second communicating portion is provided at upper ends of the water storage tank and the steam generating unit.
3. The humidifying device according to claim 1, wherein each of the steam generating units comprises a steam box body and a heating device mounted on the steam box body, the steam box body comprises a steam box and a water inlet box which are vertically arranged and communicated, the second communicating part is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the steam box, and the steam outlet is arranged at the top of the steam box.
4. The humidifier of claim 3, wherein the heating device is a thick film heating tube, the heating device is sandwiched between the steam box and the water inlet box, and the heating device is communicated with the steam box and the water inlet box.
5. The humidification apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein each of the steam generation units further comprises a baffle plate disposed in the steam box to shield the steam outlet, the baffle plate being provided with a through air hole.
6. The humidification device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe mounted to the housing, the water inlet pipe communicating with the plurality of water storage tanks, the water outlet pipe communicating with the plurality of steam generation units.
7. The humidifying device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a water inlet is provided at a lower end of each water storage tank, a water outlet is provided at a lower end of each steam generating unit, the water inlet pipe comprises a first pipe body and a plurality of first mounting seats arranged in a length direction of the first pipe body, and each first mounting seat is communicated with one water inlet;
the outlet pipe includes the second body and locates a plurality of second mount pads on the second body length direction, each the second mount pad with one the outlet intercommunication.
8. The humidifying device as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a control unit and a plurality of water inlet valves and water discharge valves electrically connected to the control unit, wherein two ports of each water inlet valve are respectively connected to one water inlet and a first mounting seat, and two ports of each water discharge valve are connected to one water outlet and a second mounting seat.

The humidifying device according to claim 8, wherein a liquid level line is further provided on an outer peripheral surface of the water storage tank, and a height of the liquid level line in a vertical direction is lower than a height of the second communicating portion, and the humidifying device further comprises a water level detecting unit electrically connected to the control unit, the water level detecting unit being provided in the water storage tank to control a water level in the water storage tank not to be higher than the liquid level line.
10. The humidifying device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the housing comprises a base and a cover covering the base, the cover and the base are arranged to form the accommodating cavity, the air outlet is arranged at the top of the cover, and the cover is provided with avoiding holes corresponding to the water outlet pipe and the water inlet pipe respectively.
11. The humidifying device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the base is provided with a plurality of first protrusions arranged side by side at intervals along a length direction thereof, second protrusions are respectively provided on both sides of each first protrusion along a width direction of the base, the first protrusions and one of the second protrusions corresponding thereto cooperate to form first fixing grooves in the width direction of the base, the first protrusions cooperate with the other second protrusions to form second fixing grooves, the water inlet pipes are fastened in the plurality of first fixing grooves arranged along the length direction of the base, and the water outlet pipes are fastened in the plurality of second fixing grooves arranged along the length direction of the base.
12. The humidifying device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the second protrusion is higher than the first protrusion, a first mounting hole is formed at the top of the second protrusion, a second mounting hole is formed at the lower ends of the water storage tank and the steam tank body, and a locking member is inserted through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole to fix the water storage tank and the steam tank body.
13. A multi-connected air conditioning system, comprising an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units connected to the outdoor unit, wherein each steam generating unit of the humidifying device of any one of claims 1 to 12 is connected to a corresponding one of the indoor units.
