The invention discloses a thick-walled part optical system for automobile illumination, which comprises a condenser refraction surface, a thick-walled part light-emitting surface and a thick-walled part light guide, wherein the condenser refraction surface is provided with a plurality of light sources; one side of the light guide of the thick-wall part is connected with the refraction surface of the condenser through the thick-wall part connecting structure; the other side of the thick-wall part light guide is a thick-wall part light-emitting surface; the refracting surface of the condenser is set to have a large-angle diffusion effect structure, and meanwhile, the diffusion structure is added on the refracting surface, and the refracting surface is connected together through a thick-wall piece connecting structure in a close packing mode, so that light can be diffused, and all the condensers are connected together. The light emitted by the LED is diffused to the central light intensity by the corresponding condenser and diffused to the edge light by the peripheral condenser, so that the light distribution in the whole space is more uniform, the space required by a thick-wall part is small, and a good diffusion effect can be achieved. In addition, because the light emitted by the LED is transmitted in the whole thick-wall part system, the whole optical system has higher latitude on the position of the LED.

The conventional condenser has obvious granular sensation during lighting, and cannot realize the overall uniform lighting effect of the light-emitting surface. And the shallower the depth of the thick-wall part is, the more obvious the granular sensation is, and the design of the lamp is often limited by the modeling space and cannot reach a certain depth. And the condenser has high requirement on the positioning accuracy of the LED, has slight deviation and has more obvious lightening dark areas.

Further, the diffusion structure is a stripe structure, a corn kernel structure, or a skin stripe. The structure of the light direction can be changed to achieve the purpose of light diffusion.
Furthermore, the distance between the LED and the upper surface of the thick-wall part is small, and the diffusion structure is the corn grain patterns, so that when light source light passes through the refraction surface of the condenser, the light is diffused through the corn grain patterns and then is refracted to a required angle from the light-emitting surface patterns. The thick-walled member light guide 15 is removed, and the thick-walled member connecting structure 13 is made into a plane, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of texture structures for increasing diffusion effects, such as dermatoglyphs, vertical stripes, corn grain patterns and the like, can be added on the plane of the thick-walled member connecting structure, so that the light-emitting surface can obtain a uniform lighting effect.
