Description

Foam washing method of jean fabric
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of post-finishing processes of jean fabrics, and particularly relates to a foam washing method of jean fabrics.
Background
The water washing is an important link in the post-finishing process of the jean clothes, and the jean clothes can achieve the effects of soft hand feeling, clear contrast, personalized appearance and the like through a proper water washing process, and simultaneously meets the requirements of shrinkage rate and the like. The common water washing process mainly comprises the following steps: general washing, stone washing, chemical washing, damage washing, rinsing, sand washing, enzyme washing, snowflake washing, hand scrubbing, sanding and sand blasting, jet-horse washing, cat whisker, abrasion and the like.
Stone washing is the most common and basic washing process of early jeans apparel, and mainly uses mediums such as pumice to make dye such as indigo fall off by physical friction, so as to further create the feel of nostalgic time and micro grain texture. The early stone washer adopts natural pumice with rough surface and light weight, but because of irregular shape and loose internal structure, a large amount of stone fragments and slurry can be generated in the process of washing friction collision, a large amount of sewage can be generated, and the quality of clothes and the like can not be effectively controlled. In order to overcome the above problems, researchers have further performed screening, modification and optimization of media, such as washing with water using yellow stone, white stone, AAA stone, artificial pumice stone, rubber balls, etc. However, no matter the natural pumice in early stage or the artificial pumice in later stage, the jean cloth is washed and finished by physical friction, and due to the influence of the attribute of the medium, unnecessary wear can be caused on the cloth, certain damage is caused on washing equipment, and more importantly, excessive water pollution for stone washing is large, so that the jean cloth does not accord with the modern green environment protection concept.
Enzyme washing is also called enzyme washing, and the water washing process is a relatively common jean fabric softness treatment process at present, and mainly uses cellulase to degrade sizing agents (fibers) added in the weaving process, so that part of the fibers are dissolved, and dyes fall off along with the fibers by friction and rubbing effects of washing equipment, thereby achieving or exceeding the worn feeling effect of stone mill washing. Compared with stone washing, enzyme washing can not generate larger abrasion or damage to fabrics and washing equipment, and meanwhile, as surface fluff is removed, the fabric surface becomes smooth and clean, has unique bright apparent effect, and the fabric has soft hand feeling, improved drapability, water absorption and the like.
With the stimulation of market demands and the development of the jean apparel industry, the water washing process is not limited to a single process, but is a combination of multiple water washing processes. However, as the water washing process becomes more complex, the water washing auxiliary agent is continuously enriched, and the water consumption is greatly increased, so that the pollution is more serious.

(2) Rinsing: mixing 10kg of rinse water, 2kg of high-elastic anti-dyeing agent FORTRES TLEX and 500kg of normal-temperature clean water, injecting into a water washing machine, running for 15min, and discharging water;
(3) Clear water is used for: step (3) is the same as in example 1;
(4) Jie Piao: step (4) is the same as in example 1;
(5) Clear water is used for: step (5) is the same as in example 1;
(6) Too soft: step (6) is the same as in example 1;
(7) Dehydrating: step (7) is the same as in example 1;
(8) And (3) drying: step (8) was performed as in example 1.
Comparative example 2 conventional Water washing Process
(1) Desizing and stone grinding: placing jeans (200 pieces, about 115 kg) to be treated in a washing machine, then mixing 1kg of common neutral cellulase, 30kg of pumice, 0.6kg of high-elastic dye-resist agent FORTRES TLEX and 800kg of normal-temperature clear water, injecting into the washing machine, inching for 2min, then running for 40min, and discharging water;
(2) Rinsing: mixing 10kg of rinse water, 2kg of high-elastic anti-dyeing agent FORTRES TLEX and 500kg of normal-temperature clean water, injecting into a water washing machine, running for 12min, and discharging water;
(3) Clear water is used for: step (3) is the same as in example 1;
(4) Jie Piao: step (4) is the same as in example 1;
(5) Clear water is used for: step (5) is the same as in example 1;
(6) Too soft: step (6) is the same as in example 1;
(7) Dehydrating: step (7) is the same as in example 1;
(8) And (3) drying: step (8) was performed as in example 1.
The comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2 are common in the prior art, and because the common neutral cellulase is adopted, the foaming agent is not contained, the desizing and the yeast grinding processes need more water (the bath ratio is at least 1:4) and need to be fully inching before running, otherwise, the osmotic swelling is insufficient, the desizing is not thorough, and further the problems of color cast, white mark, uneven color fading and the like of the surface of the fabric exist. Whereas examples 1 and 2 use foam washing to greatly reduce the water usage, which is only 1/4 of that of comparative examples 1 and 2, the effect on the board and the degree of bloom is due to comparative example 1.
In addition, the common yeast-stone mill washing process adopts a mode of combining yeast washing and stone washing, so that the water consumption is high, the water is required to be discharged, the pumice is removed and the dehydration process is required after the yeast-stone mill is washed, the operation is complicated, the water consumption is high (the bath ratio is at least 1:4) after the subsequent rinsing, the consumption of the water for rinsing and the consumption of the dye-resist agent are high, and the pressure and the cost of wastewater treatment are greatly increased. Whereas the water consumption of examples 1 and 2 was only 1/10 of that of comparative examples 1 and 2, since examples 1 and 2 were free of pumice after desizing and fermenting and enzymes in the water washing system had no effect on the subsequent rinsing, the foaming agent and the stain repellent could be further used in the subsequent rinsing system, thus eliminating the need for water repellency and dewatering, and greatly reducing the water consumption, the amount of rinse water, and the amount of stain repellent.
Fig. 1 is a graph comparing the washing effects of example 1 and comparative example 1, and it can be seen from the graph that compared with the conventional washing process, the foam washing provided by the invention increases the softness of the fabric, has uniform bloom, obvious three-dimensional effect, and no problems of recessive wear, no pulp spots, no flooding, no white mark, no color cast and the like. And after the comparative example 1 is washed with water, the color is not uniform, no obvious stereoscopic effect is achieved, and more white marks, color cast and other problems exist.
Fig. 2 is a graph comparing the effect of the washing of the example 2 and the comparative example 2, and it can be seen from the graph that compared with the conventional washing process, the foam washing provided by the invention increases the softness of the fabric, has uniform bloom, obvious three-dimensional effect, and no problems of recessive abrasion, no pulp spots, no flooding, no white marks, no color cast and the like. And after the comparative example 1 is washed with water, the color is not uniform, no obvious stereoscopic effect is achieved, and more white marks, color cast and other problems exist.
The above examples are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above examples, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications that do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be made in the equivalent manner, and the embodiments are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
