Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of post-finishing processes of denim fabric, and particularly relates to a foam washing method of denim fabric.
Background
The water washing is an important link in the post-finishing process of the jean clothes, and the jean clothes can achieve the effects of soft hand feeling, bright contrast, individualized appearance and the like through a proper water washing process and simultaneously achieve the requirements of shrinkage and the like. The common water washing process mainly comprises the following steps: general washing, stone washing, chemical washing, destructive washing, rinsing, sand washing, enzyme washing, snowflake washing, hand wiping, sanding and sand blasting, horse washing spraying, cat hair, abrasion and the like.
Stone washing is the most common and basic water washing process for early jean clothes, and mainly utilizes pumice and other media to make indigo and other dyes fall off by physical friction, so that the time feeling of nostalgic age and the micro-grain texture are created. Early stone washers used natural pumice with rough surface and light weight, but because of irregular shape and loose internal structure, a large amount of broken stone and slurry can be generated in the process of washing friction collision, so that a large amount of sewage can be generated, and the quality of clothes and the like can not be effectively controlled. To overcome the above problems, researchers have further screened, modified and optimized media, such as water washing with yellow stone, white stone, AAA stone, artificial pumice, rubber balls, and the like. However, no matter the early natural pumice stone or the later artificial pumice stone and the like, the denim fabric is subjected to water washing after-finishing through physical friction, unnecessary abrasion can be caused to the fabric due to the influence of the attribute of the medium, certain damage is caused to water washing equipment, and more importantly, excessive stone washing water causes great pollution, and the denim fabric washing water is not in line with the modern green environmental protection concept.
The enzyme washing is also called enzyme washing, the water washing process is a common softness treatment process for the jean fabric at present, cellulose is mainly used for degrading slurry (fibers) added in the weaving process, so that part of the fibers are dissolved, and the dye falls off along with the friction and rubbing action of water washing equipment, so that the wearing feeling effect of stone mill water washing is achieved or exceeded. Compared with stone washing, the enzyme washing does not generate larger abrasion or damage to fabrics and washing equipment, meanwhile, as the surface fluff is removed, the fabric surface becomes smooth and clean, the enzyme washing has unique bright appearance effect, the fabric has soft hand feeling, and the drapability, the water absorption property and the like are also improved.
With the stimulation of market demand and the development of the jeans garment industry, the water washing process is not limited to a single process, but is a combination of multiple water washing processes. However, with the increasingly complex water washing process, the water washing auxiliary agent is continuously abundant, and the problems that the water consumption is greatly increased and the pollution is increasingly serious are brought.

(7) and (3) dehydrating: same as example 1, step (7);
(8) drying: same as example 1, step (8).
Comparative example 2 conventional Water washing Process
(1) Desizing and grinding with a stone yeast: putting jeans (200 pieces, about 115kg) to be treated into a water washing machine, then mixing 1kg of common neutral cellulase, 30kg of pumice, 0.6kg of high-elastic anti-dyeing agent FORTRES TLEX and 800kg of normal-temperature clean water, injecting into the water washing machine, inching for 2min, then carrying out machine operation for 40min, and discharging water;
(2) rinsing: mixing 10kg of floating water, 2kg of high-elastic anti-dyeing agent FORTRES TLEX and 500kg of normal-temperature clean water, injecting the mixture into a water washing machine, carrying out machine operation for 12min, and discharging water;
(3) and (3) clear water passing: same as example 1, step (3);
(4) bleaching decomposition: same as example 1, step (4);
(5) and (3) clear water passing: same as example 1, step (5);
(6) over-softening: same as example 1, step (6);
(7) and (3) dehydrating: same as example 1, step (7);
(8) drying: same as example 1, step (8).
Comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 are common water washing processes of a yeast stone mill in the prior art, because common neutral cellulase is adopted and no foaming agent is contained, desizing and yeast stone milling processes need more water (the bath ratio is at least 1: 4), and the fabric needs to be fully inching before running, otherwise, the problems of insufficient permeation and swelling, incomplete desizing, color cast, white marks, non-uniform fading and the like exist on the surface of the fabric. While examples 1 and 2 used the foam wash method, the water consumption was greatly reduced, and the water consumption was only 1/4 of comparative examples 1 and 2, but the effect on the board and the flower size was due to comparative example 1.
In addition, the common yeast stone mill water washing process adopts a mode of combining the yeast stone washing and the stone washing, so that the water consumption is large, the processes of draining water, removing pumice and dehydrating are required after the yeast stone mill water washing, the operation is complicated, the subsequent rinsing has large water consumption (the bath ratio is at least more than 1: 4), the consumption of rinsing water and a dye-resistant agent is large, and the pressure and the cost for wastewater treatment are greatly increased. The water consumption of the examples 1 and 2 is only 1/10 of the comparative examples 1 and 2, because the foaming agent and the dye-proofing agent can be further used in the subsequent rinsing system because no pumice exists after desizing and ferment milling and the enzyme in the water washing system has no influence on the subsequent rinsing, so that the water resistance and dehydration are not needed, and the water consumption, the rinsing water consumption and the dye-proofing agent consumption are greatly reduced.
Fig. 1 is a comparison graph of the washing effect of example 1 and comparative example 1, and it can be seen from the graph that compared with the traditional washing process, the foam washing provided by the invention increases the softness of the fabric, the raising is uniform, the three-dimensional effect is obvious, and the fabric has no hidden abrasion, no problems of slurry spots, floating color, white marks, color cast and the like. And after being washed by water, the comparative example 1 has the problems of nonuniform fading, no obvious three-dimensional effect, more white marks, color cast and the like.
Fig. 2 is a comparison graph of the washing effect of the example 2 and the comparative example 2, and it can be seen from the graph that compared with the traditional washing process, the foam washing provided by the invention increases the softness of the fabric, the raising is uniform, the three-dimensional effect is obvious, and the fabric has no hidden abrasion, no problems of slurry spots, floating color, white marks, color cast and the like. And after being washed by water, the comparative example 1 has the problems of nonuniform fading, no obvious three-dimensional effect, more white marks, color cast and the like.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
