Background
If the pipelines, containers and equipment are suddenly leaked in the production and application process and the parking is relatively difficult or the loss is large, the method for performing online non-stop leakage stoppage repair by adopting a cement injection method is a scientific, reasonable and economic method. The leakage-stopping glue has the characteristics of short curing leakage-stopping time and quick leakage stopping, and is widely applied to the leakage-stopping industry. However, the leakage-blocking glue sold on the market at present has the following problems: 1. the internal quality of the leakage blocking glue is soft, when the leakage blocking glue is added into a leakage blocking gun, the bolt of the leakage blocking gun is adhered to the gun wall of the leakage blocking gun by the leakage blocking glue, the glue overflows from the leakage blocking bolt and the gun wall, and the bolt cannot return. In order to return the bolt, the bolt body must be disassembled, the operation is complicated, the time and the labor are wasted, and the time for leaking stoppage is easily delayed; 2. the hardness of the leakage-blocking glue is poor, and the leakage-blocking glue is easy to break; 3. the surface of the leakage-blocking glue is rough, and the appearance is not beautiful enough.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the water-carrying oil-binding leakage-stopping adhesive and the preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is that the oil-carrying adhesive leakage-blocking glue with water comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of iron oxide red, 8-15 parts of low molecular polyamide, 3-8 parts of cement powder, 5-10 parts of rubber powder, 2-5 parts of tackifier and 1-3 parts of curing agent.

The tackifier is any one of an aqueous tackifier emulsion, an aqueous tackifier resin and an aqueous tackifier powder.
Further, any of an epon hpt curing agent 1061, and HardeneHY940 may be used.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the oil-carrying adhesive plugging glue, which comprises the following steps: taking epoxy resin, low molecular polyamide and rubber powder according to weight parts, uniformly mixing the epoxy resin, the low molecular polyamide and the rubber powder to obtain a master batch, then adding iron oxide red, cement powder, a tackifier and a curing agent according to weight parts at the temperature of 25-35 ℃, and stirring the mixture again until the mixture is sufficiently and uniformly to obtain a finished product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the formula and the manufacturing process of the invention are reasonable in design, and the prepared leakage-blocking glue has good hardness and is not easy to break; after the plugging gun is placed in the plugging gun, the bolt of the plugging gun cannot be adhered to the gun wall of the plugging gun, glue cannot overflow from the positions of the plugging bolt and the gun wall, the bolt can return normally, the gun body does not need to be disassembled, and the plugging gun is simple and convenient to operate, time-saving and labor-saving in use; the surface of the plugging rubber is smooth, the appearance is attractive, and the plugging rubber has the advantages of high curing speed and good plugging effect.

The components are taken according to the following parts by weight: the epoxy resin adhesive is prepared by uniformly mixing 15 parts of epoxy resin, 5 parts of iron oxide red, 8 parts of low molecular polyamide, 3 parts of cement powder, 5 parts of rubber powder, 2 parts of tackifier and 1 part of curing agent, uniformly mixing the epoxy resin, the low molecular polyamide and the rubber powder to obtain a master batch, then adding the iron oxide red, the cement powder, the tackifier and the curing agent according to parts by weight at the temperature of 25-35 ℃, and stirring again until the master batch is sufficiently and uniformly to obtain a finished product, wherein the tackifier is any one of aqueous tackifying emulsion, aqueous tackifying resin and aqueous tackifying powder, and the curing agent is an epoxy resin curing agent and can be any one of Epon HPT HY curing agent 1061 and Hardee 940.

Example 4
For a high-pressure pipeline, a forced injection method is adopted, a part of the high-pressure pipeline, which is provided with a sealing cavity, is selected, a drilling tool and a 2.5mm drill bit are used for drilling and damaging the pipeline, when the drilling tool is lifted out, the leakage-blocking glue prepared according to the embodiment 2 is extruded into the sealing cavity through an external acting force, the required amount of the leakage-blocking glue is calculated according to the space of the sealing cavity, the leakage-blocking work is completed, and the glue body is solidified for about 0.5-1min to complete the leakage-blocking work; for low-pressure pipelines, the plugging glue can be directly coated on gaps and cracks by an external coating method, and the glue is cured within 15-20 s after the test to finish the plugging work; the leakage stoppage glue prepared in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 3 has good leakage stoppage effect in a short time.

The oil-bonded leakage-blocking glue with the water belt is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of iron oxide red, 8-15 parts of low molecular polyamide, 3-8 parts of cement powder, 5-10 parts of rubber powder, 2-5 parts of tackifier and 1-3 parts of curing agent.

The oil-carrying adhesive leakage blocking glue according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of epoxy resin, 5 parts of iron oxide red, 8 parts of low molecular polyamide, 3 parts of cement powder, 5 parts of rubber powder, 2 parts of tackifier and 1 part of curing agent.

The oil-carrying adhesive leakage blocking glue according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 23 parts of epoxy resin, 8 parts of iron oxide red, 11 parts of low-molecular polyamide, 5 parts of cement powder, 7 parts of rubber powder, 3 parts of tackifier and 2 parts of curing agent.

The preparation method of the oil-bonded leakage-blocking glue with the water belt is characterized by comprising the following steps: taking epoxy resin, low molecular polyamide and rubber powder according to weight parts, uniformly mixing the epoxy resin, the low molecular polyamide and the rubber powder to obtain a master batch, then adding iron oxide red, cement powder, a tackifier and a curing agent according to weight parts at the temperature of 25-35 ℃, and stirring the mixture again until the mixture is sufficiently and uniformly to obtain a finished product.
