Description

Normal-temperature rapid repairing material for track disease of asphalt pavement and repairing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pavement rut repair, in particular to a normal-temperature rapid repair material for asphalt pavement rut diseases and a repair method thereof.
Background
With the vigorous development of economic construction and urban modernization in China, road traffic facilities are rapidly developed as key projects in the last 30 years. By the end of 2020, the total highway mileage in China is 519.81 kilometers, the highway density is 54.15 kilometers per hundred square kilometers, the total highway maintenance mileage also reaches 514.40 kilometers and accounts for 99.0 percent of the total highway mileage, and the development of the highway industry is changed from the prior 'construction as a main' to 'maintenance and repair combination'. Therefore, the main problem of highway construction in China at the present stage is how to repair the 'problem road surface' by adopting an effective means, so that the driving safety and the comfort of the 'problem road surface' are improved, and the service life of the 'problem road surface' is prolonged so as to achieve the purpose of saving the maintenance cost.
Through the research of asphalt pavement disease data and the field disease survey, it can be found that the rut pit slot is one of the common damage forms of the asphalt pavement. In the daily maintenance and repair work of asphalt pavement, the maintenance work of the rut pit slot is frequent, is easily influenced by traffic volume and external environment, and has higher maintenance difficulty, and if the rut pit slot is not repaired in time, the damage of the pavement can be accelerated, and the vehicle and a driver are threatened greatly. Practice shows that the traditional repairing material is not suitable for complex weather conditions of high temperature and raininess of urban main road heavy-load traffic pavements and wet and hot areas, the use requirement of pavement durability cannot be met, the problems of low early strength, easy premature damage, water damage and the like after the rut pit grooves of the heavy-load traffic pavements are repaired are very common and prominent, if the potential safety hazards are not solved in time, road congestion can be caused, even malignant traffic accidents are induced, and the problems that later strength attenuation is often ignored when the traditional repairing material is used for repairing, and obvious color difference exists between a repairing area and the original pavement and the like are solved.
In conclusion, the traditional repair materials are divided into hot-mix asphalt mixtures and cold-mix asphalt mixtures, the hot-mix asphalt mixtures have high temperature sensitivity and high requirements on construction environments, the quality of repair construction in a low-temperature wet state is difficult to control, the repair effect depends on the quality of repair equipment and repair constructors to a great extent, and the uncontrollable factors of the repair quality are more; the cold-mixed asphalt mixture has the defects of low early strength, insufficient compactness of the mixture, easy peeling, secondary damage and the like; in addition, the aesthetic effect of the repaired pavement is not considered in the traditional two repairing materials, and the repaired area has larger color difference with the original pavement. The traditional asphalt pavement rut pit slot cold-patch material has the problems of slow increase of early strength, long condensation time, poor mixing performance, attenuation of later strength, easy falling off under the impact action of vehicles, easy generation of secondary damage, poor repair aesthetic effect and the like.
The invention provides a material for quickly repairing an asphalt pavement track disease at normal temperature and a repairing method thereof, aiming at the defect of insufficient performance of the existing asphalt pavement track pit slot cold-repairing material.

s3, predetermining a repairing window according to the size range and the depth of the rutting pit groove, wherein the window range is enlarged by 9-11cm towards the periphery according to the actual range of the surface defect;
s4, milling or chiseling loose mixture in the asphalt pavement repairing window, cleaning the repairing range by using a blower and a cleaning tool, removing broken stones and dust in the window, and uniformly spreading emulsified asphalt as an interface bonding material;
s5, dry-mixing the aggregate and the prepared quick cement for 50-70S according to the mixing proportion, adding the modified emulsified asphalt, continuously stirring for 50-70S to obtain a quick repairing material, then uniformly spreading the quick repairing material in a repairing window, wherein the loose square coefficient is 1.4, and leveling and compacting;
and S6, compacting by adopting a three-ton smooth-wheel road roller, and opening traffic after the surface of the repair material is solidified without obvious moisture.
7. The method for repairing the normal-temperature rapid repair material for the rut diseases on the asphalt pavement according to claim 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: in the step S2, the aggregate can be preferably used as an old asphalt road milling material.
8. The method for repairing the normal-temperature rapid repair material for the rut diseases on the asphalt pavement according to claim 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: in the S5, the repair material is mixed without adding water.
9. The method for repairing the normal-temperature rapid repair material for the rut diseases on the asphalt pavement according to claim 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: in the step S6, the rapid repair material is added with emulsified asphalt from the beginning and mixed to be compacted for 25-35min under the precondition of executing the mixture ratio and the material drying, and then heavy traffic is opened.
