9. A clamping arrangement according to claim 1 wherein at least one of the hard side clamp assembly and the hard carrier assembly includes a slide shaft, the slide shaft being slidably disposed on the frame.
10. A clamping arrangement according to claim 1 wherein at least one of the soft side clamp assembly and the soft bracket assembly includes a slide shaft, the slide shaft being slidably disposed on the frame body.
