Description

一种太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法
技术领域
本公开涉及一种太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,以及根据该方法制备的太阳能控制夹层玻璃。
背景技术
夹层玻璃,也被称之为“夹胶玻璃”,其通过粘结力很强的中间层将两块玻璃板胶合在一起。当玻璃受到外力冲击时,中间层可以吸收大部分冲击的能量以阻止冲击物穿透玻璃,并且中间层还可以粘附玻璃碎片从而避免对人员造成二次伤害。因此,夹层玻璃在建筑领域和汽车领域得到了广泛应用。
为了确保用于形成夹层玻璃的玻璃板具有相同或相似的曲率,通常使用配对热弯工艺,其包括在热弯炉入口处先将用于形成夹层玻璃的两块玻璃板进行配对,然后再放置到同一个弯曲模具上同时进行热弯以获得曲率一致的玻璃板。
根据当前市场的需求,人们不仅对玻璃的曲率设计多样性要求变高,而且期望玻璃能够将大部分太阳能量阻挡在车外。以汽车玻璃为例,当前汽车玻璃的设计趋于非常规化,而且对隔热的期望也非常高。这一方面要求用于形成夹层玻璃的两块玻璃板在热弯之后曲率保持一致,另一方面两块玻璃板中至少一块包含太阳能控制涂层或者两块玻璃板分别包含不同功能的太阳能控制涂层,例如红外线反射涂层或低辐射率涂层。
发明内容
然而,本公开发明人意识到当两块玻璃板仅其中之一设置了太阳能控制涂层,或两块玻璃板分别设置了不同性能的太阳能控制涂层时,两块玻璃板在相同热弯参数下的热弯速率是不同的。这使得根据现有的配对热弯工艺,两块玻璃板无法获得一致的曲率,进而无法形成令人满意的夹层玻璃。
针对此,本公开的实施例提供了一种太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,解决了或至少部分地解决了现有技术中的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法中存在的上述问题和其它潜在的问题。
具体而言,本公开提供了一种太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,该夹层玻璃包括外玻璃板10、内玻璃板20和夹在两者之间的中间层30,所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20;
在所述外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20中至少一个玻璃板的表面上形成太阳能控制涂层;
加热外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20;
分别热弯加热后的外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20以获得适于随后配对的玻璃板形状,一般以玻璃板对着弯曲模具进行所述热弯;
配对热弯后的外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20,并在二者之间插入中间层30形成复合物;
对复合物进行加热和加压来将外玻璃板10、中间层30和内玻璃板20层压在一起形成夹层玻璃。
根据本公开的方法,本领域技术人员将用于形成夹层玻璃的两块玻璃板分批次先后分别进行热弯处理,这与现有的配对热弯工艺不同。具体而言,在现有配对热弯工艺中,两块玻璃板在相同的热弯参数下同时进行热弯处理;根据本公开的方法,两块玻璃板可以分批次分别在不同的热弯参数下进行热弯处理。也就是说,本领域技术人员可以根据用于形成夹层玻璃的两块玻璃板是否包含太阳能控制涂层以及太阳能控制涂层的性能分别设置相应的热弯参数,以确保热弯后的两块玻璃板具有一致的曲率,从而满足随后两块玻璃板之间的曲率配合。因此,根据本公开的方法,可以满足夹层玻璃的设计多样性,进一步提高玻璃的附加价值。
此外,太阳能控制涂层通常较为脆弱,在和金属弯曲模具接触的过程中可能发生刮擦而使得太阳能控制涂层被破坏。根据本公开,通过在弯曲模具的表面上设置耐高温聚合物混合物,可以实现其与太阳能控制涂层的温和接触,从而保护太阳能控制涂层免受破坏。
应当理解的是,发明内容部分并不旨在确定本发明的关键或基本特征,也并非旨在限制本发明的范围。通过下面的描述,本发明的其它特征将变得容易理解。

具体实施例
如前所述,在相互配对的玻璃板具有不同热弯特性的情形下,现有配对热弯技术不适于用此类玻璃板制备夹层玻璃的应用。以太阳能控制夹层玻璃为例,当用于形成夹层玻璃的两块玻璃板中仅一块玻璃板包含太阳能控制涂层,而另一块玻璃板不含太阳能控制涂层时,或者当两块玻璃板包含辐射率值不同的太阳能控制涂层时,这两块玻璃板的热弯速率不一致,很难以现有的配对热弯技术实现互相匹配的曲率。
为了解决上述问题,本公开提供了一种制备太阳能控制夹层玻璃的方法。根据本公开的方法,本领域技术人员可以根据用于形成夹层玻璃的两块玻璃板是否包含太阳能控制涂层,以及太阳能控制涂层的性能分别设置相应的热弯参数,以确保热弯后的两块玻璃板具有一致的曲率,从而满足随后两块玻璃板之间的曲率配合。

首先结合图1和图2a至图2c介绍根据本公开的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法的一个实施例。应当理解,尽管这里示出了若干特定步骤,在不脱离本公开的原理和精神的情况下,本领域技术人员也可以向其中添加一个或多个步骤、从中删除一个或多个步骤或者用其他的步骤来替换一个或多个步骤等等。
本实施例以应用于汽车玻璃为例,但是需要说明的是,本发明并不仅限于汽车领域,所述太阳能控制夹层玻璃还可以是例如建筑用玻璃。
该太阳能控制夹层玻璃包括外玻璃板10、内玻璃板20和夹在两者之间的中间层30。其中,在一个实施例中,外玻璃板10被设置为朝向外部环境(例如室外或车外),内玻璃板20被设置为朝向内部环境(例如室内或车内)。进一步地,外玻璃板包括朝向外部环境的第一表面(面I)以及朝向中间层的的第二表面(面II),内玻璃板包括朝向内部环境(例如室内或车内)的第四表面(面IV)以及朝向中间层的第三表面(面III),外玻璃板的第二表面(面II)和内玻璃板的第三表面(面III)彼此相对。
中间层30通过一个或多个热塑性薄膜形成。该热塑性薄膜优选含有聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚氨酯(PU)和/或其混合物和/或其共聚物,更优选聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。薄膜优选基于所述材料形成,但也可以含有其它成份,例如增塑剂、着色剂、IR或UV吸收剂,其含量优选小于50%。
具体而言,该太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法包括以下步骤:
结合图1,执行步骤S110:提供外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20;以及步骤S120:在所述外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20中的至少一个玻璃板的表面上形成太阳能控制涂层。
在本公开中,“太阳能控制涂层”是指能够控制太阳光辐射透过玻璃比例的涂层。一般情况下所述控制是为了减少太阳光辐射透过玻璃的比例,当太阳光辐射到达所述太阳能控制夹层玻璃时,太阳能控制夹层玻璃能够阻挡部分辐射,从而使得夹层玻璃相对于太阳光辐射源的另一侧的辐射程度变得相对较低。
本领域已知,到达玻璃表面的太阳能,除了一部分通过玻璃的反射而离开,一部分通过透射到达车内,还有一部分被玻璃体自身而吸收。被吸收部分的能量会向所有方向发生二次辐射,其中一部分会进入车内。
在本公开中,太阳能控制涂层包括红外线反射涂层和低辐射率涂层。通过设置红外线反射涂层,可以提高玻璃对红外波段太阳能的反射能力。低辐射率涂层为长波长红外波段的不良辐射体,其辐射率值通常为0.05-0.45(根据EN12898测量)。通过在最靠近内部环境(室内或车内)的玻璃表面上(例如上述第四表面)设置低辐射率涂层,可以减少玻璃吸收的热量产生的二次辐射,从而使得进入内部环境的总能量减少。炎热的夏季,通过低辐射率涂层可以显著降低通过二次辐射进入车内的热能,而在寒冷的冬季,低辐射率涂层则可以将人体产生的热辐射反射回车内,从而抑制车内热量的流失。根据该低辐射率涂层,可以有效减少夏季时玻璃板向车内的二次辐射,和冬季时玻璃板向外部环境的辐射。
上述关于太阳能控制涂层的举例仅限于示意,并不旨在限制本公开的保护范围。在不脱离本公开内容的保护范围的情况下,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要选择合适的太阳能控制涂层。例如,在一些替代的实施例中,太阳能控制涂层也可以是能够反射或吸收太阳辐射的可见光谱波段之外的波段的涂层,例如红外线反射涂层或红外线吸收涂层。
太阳能控制涂层通常为包括至少一个金属层和至少一个介电层的叠层结构。具体地,红外线反射涂层包括至少一个透明金属层,金属层和介电层相邻设置。金属层优选包括银,因为它既具有相对中性的颜色效果,而且选择性地反射红外线。在优选的实施方案中,该红外线反射涂层具有两层、三层、四层或以上的银功能层,随着银功能层的增加,其对于红外线的反射性能也更高,本公开对此不作具体限定。
介电层优选是基于介电氧化物或氮化物,例如ZnO、SnZnO、AIN、SiO2、TiO2或Si3N4形成的。介电层主要是通过它们的折射率改进经涂覆的玻璃板的光学性能并保护金属层免于氧化。
本领域技术人员知晓,红外线反射涂层可以例如通过磁控溅射方法形成于玻璃板的表面。合适的红外线反射涂层已在例如WO2013/104439A1和DE19927683C1中所描述,此处通过引用的方式将全文包含在本文中。
同样地,低辐射率涂层通常包括多个层的堆叠,其包括至少一个金属层和至少一层介电层,金属层和介电层相邻设置。随着层数的增加,可以进一步增强涂层的低辐射性能。其中,金属层通常由导电的金属化合物形成。导电的金属化合物包括氧化铟锡、掺锑或氟的氧化锡和/或掺镓和/或铝的氧化锌(ZnO:Ga或ZnO:Al),其中优选氧化铟锡。还可以包含其它的导电氧化物,例如铟-锡混合氧化物(IZO)、掺铌的氧化钛、锡酸镉和/或锡酸锌等。介电层包括介电氧化物或氮化物,例如ZnO、SnZnO、AIN、SiO2、TiO2或Si3N4形成。
类似地,该低辐射率涂层可以通过离线工艺形成于玻璃表面,例如通过磁控溅射在真空条件下沉积的溅射涂层,其通常比通过在线工艺例如化学气相沉积法(CVD)形成的涂层软。合适的低辐射率涂层已在例如WO2013/1316672A1中所描述,此处通过引用的方式将全文包含在本文中。
如图2a和图2b所示,在一些实施例中,在外玻璃板或内玻璃板的至少一个表面上设置红外线反射涂层40,而另一块玻璃板上不设置任何涂层;优选地,在外玻璃板或内玻璃板靠近中间层的表面上(例如上述第二表面或第三表面)设置红外线反射涂层40;更优选地,在上述第二表面上设置红外线反射涂层40。例如在一个具体的实施例中,仅在上述第二表面上设置红外线反射涂层40,而夹层玻璃的其它表面不设置任何涂层。
如图2c所示,在另一些实施例中,在内玻璃板朝向内部环境的表面上(例如上述第四表面)设置低辐射率涂层40’;而另一块玻璃板上不设置任何涂层。
继续结合图1,执行步骤S130和S140:加热外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20,以及使加热后的外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20对着弯曲模具分别进行热弯以获得适于随后配对的玻璃板形状。
在一些实施例中,在加热步骤,将两块玻璃板分不同的批次先后进入加热炉内加热到接近玻璃板软化点的温度,随后继续加热到超过600℃以上,再将加热后的玻璃板放置在弯曲模具(例如成型环)上通过重力弯曲成型,或者通过辊道弯曲成型。
在一些实施例中,所述外玻璃板和内玻璃板在不同的热弯参数下进行热弯,所述加热参数包括温度、风速、下沉时间等。本领域技术人员可以根据用于形成夹层玻璃的两块玻璃板是否包含太阳能控制涂层以及太阳能控制涂层的性能分别设置相应的热弯参数,以确保热弯后的两块玻璃板具有一致的曲率,从而满足随后两块玻璃板之间的曲率配合。在实际操作中,本领域技术人员可以根据过往经验设定相应的热弯参数,也可以根据机器学习模型设定相应的热弯参数,本公开对此没有具体限定。
此外,太阳能控制涂层通常较为脆弱,在和金属弯曲模具接触的过程中可能发生刮擦而使得太阳能控制涂层被破坏。根据本公开,通过在弯曲模具与玻璃板接触的表面上设置耐高温聚合物混合物,可以实现其与太阳能控制涂层的柔性接触,从而保护太阳能控制涂层免受破坏。
在本公开中,“耐高温聚合物混合物”是指耐高温聚合物和金属纱线的混合物。在一些实施例中,所述耐高温聚合物选自PBO纤维或Kevlar纤维,其中PBO纤维是聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑纤维(Poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole)的简称;Kevlar纤维也被称为凯夫拉纤维,是聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维的品牌名。应当理解的是,上述关于耐高温聚合物混合物的举例只是示意性的,并不旨在限制本公开的保护范围。在不脱离本公开内容的保护范围的情况下,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要选择合适的材料。
继续结合图1,执行步骤S150:配对热弯后的外玻璃板10和内玻璃板20,并在二者之间插入中间层30形成复合物。具体地,该步骤可以在洁净房中进行,将一层PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)插入两块热弯好的玻璃板之间。
继续结合图1,执行步骤S160:对复合物进行加热和加压来将外玻璃板10、中间层30和内玻璃板20层压在一起。具体地,该加热加压处理通常通过高压釜进行彻底的抽真空,以保证两块玻璃板和中间层之间完全附着。
应当理解,尽管这里示出了若干特定步骤,在不脱离本公开的原理和精神的情况下,本领域技术人员也可以向其中添加一个或多个步骤、从中删除一个或多个步骤或者用其它的步骤来替换一个或多个步骤等等。例如,在玻璃板表面上形成涂层步骤之前,通常还包括切割、清洗等步骤,以及在热弯步骤之后,通常还包括冷却步骤以及清洗步骤等。
相应地,本公开提供一种太阳能控制夹层玻璃,以下参考图2a至图2c介绍其具体结构。图2a示出了根据图1所示流程图制备的太阳能控制夹层玻璃的一个实施例,其包括外玻璃板10、内玻璃板20、夹在两者之间的中间层30,其中外玻璃板10朝向中间层30的表面上设置有太阳能控制涂层40。图2b示出了太阳能控制夹层玻璃的另一个实施例,其与图2a的区别在于,内玻璃板20朝向中间层30的表面上设置有太阳能控制涂层40。在上述图2a和图2b所示的太阳能控制夹层玻璃中,该太阳能控制涂层40为红外线反射涂层。如上所述,红外线反射涂层可以反射红外波段的太阳能,从而减少透过玻璃到达内部环境的热量。
图2c示出了根据图1所示流程图制备的太阳能控制夹层玻璃的另一个实施例,其包括外玻璃板10、内玻璃板20、夹在两者之间的中间层30,其中内玻璃板20远离中间层的表面上(即靠近内部环境的表面上)设置有太阳能控制涂层40’,该太阳能控制涂层40’为低辐射率涂层。如上所述,低辐射率涂层可以降低玻璃吸热后向内部环境的二次辐射,从而减少太阳辐射到达内部环境的能量。
此外,请参考图3和图4,本发明还提供所述太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法的另一个实施例,其中图3为太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法的流程图,图4是根据图3所示夹层玻璃制备方法制备的太阳能控制夹层玻璃的结构示意图。
本实施例与前述实施例相同之处,本公开在此不再赘述。本实施例与前述实施例不同之处在于步骤S220:在所述外玻璃板10和内玻璃板的表面上分别形成辐射率不同的太阳能控制涂层。在一个具体实施例中,在外玻璃板10朝向中间层的表面上(例如第二表面)设置红外线反射涂层,在内玻璃板20朝向内部环境(例如室内或车内)的表面上(例如第四表面)设置低辐射率涂层。
通过在外玻璃板和内玻璃板的表面上同时设置具有不同功能的太阳能控制涂层,这使得所获得的夹层玻璃不仅可以减少红外线透过玻璃的能量,还可以进一步降低玻璃向车内的二次辐射。
根据本公开的方法,本领域技术人员可以根据用于形成夹层玻璃的两块玻璃板包含的太阳能控制涂层的性能设置相应的热弯参数以确保热弯后的玻璃板具有一致的曲率,以满足两块玻璃板之间的曲率配合。这可以进一步满足玻璃的设计多样性和提高玻璃的附加价值。
图4示出了根据图3所示流程图制备的太阳能控制夹层玻璃,其包括外玻璃板10、内玻璃板20、夹在两者之间的中间层30,其中外玻璃板10朝向中间层30的表面上设置有太阳能控制涂层40,内玻璃板20朝向内部环境的表面上设置有太阳能控制涂层40’。在一个具体实施例中,该太阳能控制涂层40为红外线反射涂层,太阳能控制涂层40’为低辐射率涂层。如上所述,红外线反射涂层可以反射红外波段的太阳能,低辐射率涂层可以降低玻璃吸热后向内产生的二次辐射。通过在玻璃上同时设置红外线反射涂层和低辐射率涂层,不仅可以减少红外波段太阳能透过玻璃到达内部环境的比例,而且可以进一步降低玻璃向内部环境的二次辐射热量。
此外,在汽车玻璃领域,出于美观的需求,如图5所示,通常在外玻璃板朝向中间层的表面和/或内玻璃板朝向内部环境(例如室内或车内)的表面的边缘区域印刷油墨,以便于遮挡用于与车身粘结部位的胶水、或安装汽车玻璃的机械部件和线路等。然而,由于油墨的辐射率通常高于太阳能控制涂层的辐射率,这将导致玻璃板的油墨区域(图5所示E区域)和涂层区域图(5所示C区域)出现不同的温度梯度,从而使得热弯后两处区域的曲率不一致。然而,如果为了使得涂层区域达到热弯温度而提高加热温度时,则又将会导致油墨区域过热从而导致边缘应力问题。
针对此,根据本公开的一些实施例,通过在油墨中添加太阳辐射反射颗粒例如近红外(NIR)反射颗粒,可以降低油墨区域的吸热能力,从而使得整个玻璃板的受热更加均匀,最终使得油墨区域和涂层区域的热弯速率趋于一致。
根据本公开的另一些替代性实施例,通过在涂层区域形成一层包含红外吸收剂例如炭黑或石墨的有机层可以提高涂层区域的吸热能力,该包含炭黑或石墨的有机层可以在高温下最终被烧掉。在一个具体实施例中,可以使用主要由石墨和水制备的油墨通过喷涂的方式形成在涂层区域之上。这可以使得整个玻璃板的受热更加均匀,最终使得油墨区域和涂层区域的热弯速率趋于一致。
应该理解的是,本公开以上详细实施例仅仅是为了举例说明或解释本公开的原理,而不是限制本公开。因此,凡在本公开的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替代以及改进等,均应包含在本公开的保护范围之内。同时,本公开所附的权利要求旨在覆盖落入权利要求的范围和边界的等同替代的范围和边界的所有变化和修改。

Claims (18)

1.一种太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,该夹层玻璃包括外玻璃板(10)、内玻璃板(20)和夹在两者之间的中间层(30),所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20);
在所述外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20)中的至少一个玻璃板的表面上形成太阳能控制涂层;
加热外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20);
分别热弯加热后的外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20),以获得适于随后配对的玻璃板形状;
配对热弯后的外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20),并在二者之间插入中间层(30),形成复合物;
加热和加压复合物,使外玻璃板(10)、中间层(30)和内玻璃板(20)层压在一起形成夹层玻璃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中,在所述外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20)的表面上分别形成辐射率不同的太阳能控制涂层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中形成所述太阳能控制涂层包括:形成至少一个金属层和至少一个介电层的叠层结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中形成所述太阳能控制涂层包括:形成红外线反射涂层或低辐射率涂层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中通过磁控溅射方法形成所述低辐射率涂层。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中在不同的热弯参数下分别热弯所述外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中使所述外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20)对着弯曲模具分别进行热弯,在所述弯曲模具与玻璃板接触的表面上设有耐高温聚合物混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中所述耐高温聚合物混合物为耐高温聚合物和金属纱线的混合物,所述耐高温聚合物选自聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑纤维或聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中,在加热外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20)之前,还包括:
在外玻璃板(10)和/或内玻璃板(20)的至少一个表面的边缘区域形成含有太阳辐射反射颗粒的油墨层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中所述太阳辐射反射颗粒为近红外线反射颗粒。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法,其中,在加热外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20)之前还包括:
在太阳能控制涂层之上形成包括炭黑,石墨,或两者混合物的涂层。
12.一种太阳能控制夹层玻璃,其根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃制备方法而制备。
13.根据权利要求12所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃,其中,所述太阳能控制夹层玻璃包括外玻璃板(10)、内玻璃板(20)、夹在两者之间的中间层(30),其中外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20)中至少一个玻璃板的表面上设置有太阳能控制涂层。
14.根据权利要求13所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃,其中,外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20)的表面上均设置有太阳能控制涂层,并且外玻璃板(10)和内玻璃板(20)的表面上的太阳能控制涂层的辐射率不同。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃,其中所述太阳能控制涂层为红外线反射涂层或低辐射率涂层。
16.根据权利要求15所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃,其中,外玻璃板(10)或内玻璃板(20)朝向中间层的表面上设置有红外线反射涂层。
17.根据权利要求15所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃,其中,内玻璃板(20)远离中间层的表面上设置有低辐射率涂层。
18.根据权利要求15所述的太阳能控制夹层玻璃,其中,外玻璃板(10)朝向中间层的表面上设置有红外线反射涂层,内玻璃板(20)远离中间层的表面上设置有低辐射率涂层。
